Almost immediately, Fernando reached to me, and was able to get to my house within the hour for a quote. His bid was extremely reasonable, and he was able to cut me an even better deal than he originally proposed because he was going to be in the area doing other jobs. Very happy with the work done by Bernabé Tree Service! Got several quotes and Bernabé was the best by far. Originally asked for just the trees to be trimmed and I would use my own wood chipper to take care of the debris. After they finished the trimming, the crew went to my neighbors house to take a tree down. I realized that with the amount of debris I really was in over my head and went to talk to the crew at my neighbors house to see if they could come back and chip the debris for me. They came back and finished the work in about an hour or so! We were so pleased with the way the trees turned out, our yard looks so much better! Thanks for the hard work! I had an extremely large tree that was near the property line. The winds brought a large piece of the tree down so my family decided to remove the entire tree, which was about 3 stories high. Mixed feelings. Loved that they were able to come out same day as my inquiry and they gave me the cheapest quote ($700) out of the three other quotes I received ($750, $800, $1,000). But, the owner left after he came out and greeted me and left his guys here to do the work. Pretty soon into the job they cut through my Internet cable. I was working from home that day so I had to call out the rest of the day. None of the workers said anything to me either. I went outside about 15 minutes later to look at the wire and that was when they stopped what they were doing and pointed it out to me. I asked the owner to reimburse any cost my Internet company might charge (thankfully it ended up being a free repair) and he agreed. But then after the job was finished and the guys left, I saw they had shattered a large flower pot in my yard and hadn't said anything to me about it. And I know they saw it because they had picked up all of the broken pieces and put them inside the base of the pot and moved to pot to a different location. The cost and availability was great but how they treated my property was upsetting. I wonder if they would have even mentioned the Internet wire if I hadn't gone out there and brought it to their attention. read more

Fernando came knocking on my door to offer his service. He was polite, gave me a good price to trim/clean 8 messy palm trees and he did my neighbors yard which seemed like a good job. I usually clean the trees myself but they've grown too tall so we decided to give it a try. Fernando was very good in keeping me informed by text the evening before their service. They worked on my trees while I was at work, and when I came home to take a look at things, I was very disappointed. They dropped the trimmings on not just 1 but 3 bushes. Each of them by a different tree so I felt they were careless with the rest of my landscaping. When I showed Fernando the bushes, he said, they'll grow back and apologized. I paid for his service as agreed, he took my money and I asked him to never come knocking on my door again. He said, esta bien, and that was it. He never offered to help fix them. Obviously by his reaction this was not a big deal to him and he did not care to end things on better terms. They claim to treat your home as it was their own -I beg to differ Fernando, I never expected you to replace them. if you would have offered to clean up the broken areas, I would have been happy with that. He was willing to come back out at any time that day if I could fix the issue. I was not able to fix it that day so they came out the following day.
