After taking care of my baby Owen for every two weeks for 15 years she was really there for me step-by-step as it became time for him to cross over the rainbow bridge. At the end of the day, she took better care of him than even we did, and as you can see from his picture, he was pretty spoiled. There is no per Spa better for your fur babies than TLC period.

Unfortunately there was a mixup and she scheduled me for a day when they are closed, she apologized profusely and gave me a discount on the grooming service! Very attentive and genuinely wanted to make up for her mistake. Shampoochies did a great job grooming my little pup, she generally doesn't like being groomed so I appreciate that they gave her special attention. They also don't force the dogs to be blow dried if they don't like to be, and will wait for them to air dry if needed. Lastly, when we got home she had these adorable little bows on. :) Give them a try if you're looking for a groomer!

Strangers regularly comment on how wonderful his coat feels and how good he smells. This is even 3 days after he's been groomed and has been playing hard for those days. When I wanted to bring him weekly, they said he didn't need it - so no false up-selling which I appreciate. They now have a day play offering with great prices. While I've transition to more work from home, so he doesn't need to go to day play as often, I wouldn't hesitate to send him there if he needed to burn off some extra energy or needed the interaction of other dogs. In short we both love the staff and would strongly recommend to anyone looking for a groomer.

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my deep disappointment and concern…read moreregarding a recent experience we had with your pet grooming service. We have been loyal customers since our first dog, and it saddens me to say that our recent visit has left us questioning our continued patronage. Our dog recently experienced severe skin irritation after a grooming session, leading us to an immediate visit to the emergency room and subsequent vet consultations. This has been an incredibly distressing experience for us, as we have never encountered such issues in our previous visits. What has added to our disappointment is the response we received from your team. Instead of acknowledging the possibility of any responsibility, the groomer was defensive and dismissive even when we provided our vet's medical notes. We understand that accidents can happen, but the lack of empathy and accountability in your response was disheartening. Moreover, we were disheartened to overhear your employees nitpicking about our complaint, thinking they had put us on hold. This level of unprofessionalism further eroded our trust in your establishment. As loyal customers, we expected a more compassionate and understanding approach during such a distressing time.

I followed Violet from her old location and have been taking my pets to her for years. She is very detail oriented and if she ever sees anything of concern she'll bring it up to me which I really appreciate. She always has the pets wellbeing foremost in her mind and often discusses with me what grooming is right for them rather than just trying to add unnecessary services. They are also very patient with my cat who has definitely scratched them multiple times but they still give their best effort. The office staff are also very nice!

He gets plenty of group play time and has clearly made a lot of canine friends. One of the funniest (and most reassuring) things is how excited he gets at drop-off--he bolts in like a kid seeing his friends at school and doesn't even glance back. He always comes home completely worn out. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the facility seems clean and well-maintained. Overall, a great option if you're looking for a safe, social environment for your dog.

And I'm sure she is happier overall after a deep clean and pampering - as she can finally see under her overgrown hair, for example... I made called and made a last minute appointment for her the morning of and I was thankful they were able to squeeze her in that afternoon. It took quite a while for a full wash and tidy trim but she came out looking extra fluffy and clean. I probably should have gotten a full cut since her hair was WAY too long but I'm picky and don't trust groomers easily. However, Happy Dog Spa did a great job for a last minute booking and I would be happy to use them again the next time I have an emergent need.

Scheduled my appointment with her spoke with her on the phone, spoke with her via text and all the times I communicated with her I mentioned numerous of times about matting and how badly matted my dog was due to me just having a baby we had to hold off on the groomers expense. I stated this to her and she mentioned she would be able to demat him no problem. Never asked for pictures never communicated that it could be a possibility that she wouldn't be able to do it. Etc. Instead, she secured my appointment and waited until the day of when I arrived to tell me that she wasn't going to be able to demat him due to liability concerns. I feel like it was a load of crap because she waited until the day of the appointment, have me drive all the way to her just for her to tell me she won't be able to do it. I reached out to her via text because thats how we've been communicating and I stated my concerns to her regarding how I felt as a client and she didn't respond which says enough to me. I sent Hachii to his vet and other groomers and no one had an issue with grooming him, it was finding a groomer with a reasonable price, which we were able to do, by the way. And Hachii is doing fabulous and looks so good and we're so happy to have him back in good condition. Just wish she would of told me to send pictures in prior to his appointment of his condition before having me drive all the way to her just to turn me away.
