Shortly after I picked up my dog and saw how much her paw was bleeding!!

If I could rate it 0 stars I would. I had a horrible experience yesterday after taking my dog in for a simple wash / trim. It took them over 3 hrs to complete it even though they claimed it would only take 2.5 hrs. I brought my dog in for her 2 o'clock appointment and she didn't come back out until 5:10-15. That leads me to be they're understaffed and/or inefficient in time management. When my fur baby finally came out I noticed blood on her paw, the woman at the front desk had the nerve to dismiss it as urine even though it was clearly red in color. Unfortunately, I paid before seeing my dog but I immediately complained. They dismissed my concerns claiming that the bleeding was minimal and would stop. Newsflash: it didn't and the poor dog's paw leaked all over my car seat. I was furious. Still am pissed as I write this review because that was ridiculous. The groomer knew my dog was bleeding before sending her out and had the nerve to be casual about it. I demand a refund and if not, I would dispute the charge. Do NOT choose this business as a fair warning!!! - Extremely overpriced too! There are better groomers out there for a more affordable price.

Best Groomer in N. Fulton County area!

My pooch has been getting groomed @ Allie's Pampered Paws since he was a puppy (8 yrs) and we have always left fully satisfied with the services. The groomers are loving, friendly, & accommodating. It's the little details (perfect Schnauzer cut) and extras (bow ties, great products) that make Allie's a standout among dog-groomers!

I used to take my dogs to Petsmart to get groomed but the one who would groom big dogs got hurt and hasn't been able to groom. I tried the one in Duluth twice and they were unable to groom my poodle because they said she was too energetic and wiggly so my vet recommend pampered paws! The staff was incredibly friendly and was so loving to my sweet girl and she got the cutest and best groom she has ever had! She is happy as a clam and so stinking cute! My mom had to go pick her up for me and she was one of the last dogs left and my mom had to do a double take because when she walked in she was standing behind the desk with the receptionist with her front paws on the desk acting like she worked there. I will be making Allie's pampered paws my go to groomer because they did a great job and treated her so well.

My old groomer had issues with COVID outbreaks and employees being exposed. After a month of rescheduling (plus two months of shut down) I finally had to find a new groomer. I took my senior pup to Pampered Paws and they did such a good job! He was looking "ruff" and I didn't have too high expectations since it was so grown out I figured it would take a few grooming appointments to get his hair looking good. But I was wrong, when I picked him up he looked so cute! Allie the owner cut his hair and did a great job. She did everything I asked and he was happy when I picked him up. Would highly recommend. Also they are doing precautions for COVID like only one person at a time and you must wear masks. Will definitely be back.

I was looking for a new groomer for my dog, since the one that is close to my house was only "OK."…read more When the owner of the shop groomed him, he looked great. When it was someone else, he didn't look primped and as clean-cut has he has in the past. I started shopping around and found this new groomer "The Fuzzy Dawg" in Alpharetta (Holcomb Bridge Rd. and Barnwell, very close to Norcross). I called to get an appointment over a weekend, and they were booked up (that's a good sign for a new groomer, when I'm trying to make an appointment at the last minute!). I made an appointment for a day during the week the following week. I took him in and was impressed with how clean the store was! I was greeted immediately with "Hi there, Is this Tyler?" The groomer, Stephanie, took a break from the Chow she was grooming to come over and ask me some questions about how I wanted him groomed. I filled out my paperwork as a new client, and they took him in the back and started lathering him up. I asked if they could groom him without a bath (since he's good about getting a bath at home, and I love the smell of my soap that I use at home). They said it's hard to get a good clean cut if he's not bathed, so I asked if I could bring in my own soap next time around - and they said "Absolutely!" They said it would be about 3 hours, and they would call me when he was ready for pick up. They called me about 2 hours later, and he was ready to go! I picked him up and he looked EXCELLENT! Kudos to Stephanie for a great doggy-haircut for Tyler! He is a sheltie mix, and rang in at $47, a little more than my old groomer, but they did a nice job, so it's worth it. Especially since it included a bath. I will definitely be back to the Fuzzy Dawg!

I hate writing bad reviews but I honestly feel so obligated at this point to inform others about…read morethe lack of professional communication as well as the misinformation. Scheduled my appointment with her spoke with her on the phone, spoke with her via text and all the times I communicated with her I mentioned numerous of times about matting and how badly matted my dog was due to me just having a baby we had to hold off on the groomers expense. I stated this to her and she mentioned she would be able to demat him no problem. Never asked for pictures never communicated that it could be a possibility that she wouldn't be able to do it. Etc. Instead, she secured my appointment and waited until the day of when I arrived to tell me that she wasn't going to be able to demat him due to liability concerns. I feel like it was a load of crap because she waited until the day of the appointment, have me drive all the way to her just for her to tell me she won't be able to do it. I reached out to her via text because thats how we've been communicating and I stated my concerns to her regarding how I felt as a client and she didn't respond which says enough to me. I sent Hachii to his vet and other groomers and no one had an issue with grooming him, it was finding a groomer with a reasonable price, which we were able to do, by the way. And Hachii is doing fabulous and looks so good and we're so happy to have him back in good condition. Just wish she would of told me to send pictures in prior to his appointment of his condition before having me drive all the way to her just to turn me away.
