Dog Groomer

Doggie Bath House is the best groomer I've ever been to. The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond to ensure that my baby was comfortable on his first visit. We are already looking forward to our next visit!

Tried them because they were recommended and I am having such a hard time getting into our normal groomer. I am so disappointed in my furbaby's cut. Cash is a bichon and yes was slightly matted around face, neck and ears. I was told he would have to be shaved and I hesitantly agreed. They called me and told he was ready looking so cute. When I arrived I literally almost cried. He basically has 2 different cuts, shaved neck, head and ears and uneven but the rest looks like a normal bichon cut. I understood having to shave but why not make it even all over so it grows appropriately. My dog is 13 years old and has been groomed and every 2 weeks except the last 6 weeks due to not being able to get appointments. I paid more today than I have ever paid and just super dissatisfied. Make sure you clarify exactly how the entire cut will be completed or you could be shocked. The pictures do not truly show the total differenc

Nova loved her cut and so did we, we definitely will be back for another trim! The staff was very sweet and caring as well.

I am so disappointed in the grooming that got done to my golden retriever yesterday. The groomer said it would be about $70 and I ended up paying $126. My dog looks horrible, the haircut is uneven everywhere and they buzzed half of her legs and tail but left the rest of the hair untouched. I would not recommend this place especially for how much I paid for the grooming.

First time here and my puppy was a mess. Still potty training and she was stinky and dirty. Spoke with the owner by phone first and she made me feel super comfortable to bring in my dog. Loved that they accepted walk ins. The pets have room to run around, play and are not crated while waiting to be picked up. When I arrived she was holding Zoe while on the phone with a customer. Super friendly and caring. Zoe looked like a brand new dog. Highly recommend and will return. Family owned and operated. Thank you so much for the awesome service! Zoe had such a good time that she is tuckered out. And apologies for her pooping.

Absolutely incredible place! We have a golden and a husky (not the easiest dogs to groom). We won't go anywhere else. You can tell Andre and his team genuinely care, and their work shows it. Give them a try before you go anywhere else!

I highly recommend Doggie Bath House. We use them to groom our 2 black pugs and they do a great job!

My dog looks great! They listened to exactly what I wanted Molly to look like. Her hair is the perfect length.

How r the groomers here? How long will the cut last?

I love both the groomers here! Plus i really like that my pups aren't locked in a crate while waiting for me to pick them up. Cut lasts 2.5-4hrs but I'm sure if you needed them by certain time Lisa would work with you. They listen to what I want and… Read more

She can also have an extra half pill every 8-12 hrs if anxious during the day. Cover well with the turkey and give. If she is still anxious, call her vet to increase dose. When I picked her up on Sept 9, I was told that she wouldn't be allowed to come back to the kennel as she "wasn't a good fit". She was extremely anxious to the point that she was shaking and had to be hand fed. Unfortunately, when I arrived back home and counted the trazadone, I saw that no extra doses had been given, just the bedtime dose. The pill bottle itself even said give extra if needed. My instructions also said "If she is still anxious, call her vet". When I called Countryside, I was told "We never call vets". The problem is, I wasn't called either and my dog was allowed to be extremely anxious when she could have been medicated. I would like to know why my dog was allowed to be so scared when Countryside had extra medication to give her and failed to let the vet or me know that she needed an increased dose. Countryside suggested I get a home caretaker. My dog won't let anyone in her house. She's be very abused prior to our rescue. I've been working with a trainer to help. I sent an email asking for review by a manager or above, but got not repose from Countryside.

I had previously taken my dog to Wagalot, closer to where I live, and they require a "trial" of daycare before you are allowed to board them. Pet Lodge didn't require that which was convenient for me but also made me a bit apprehensive about the dog population. Both dogs stayed here from Thursday evening through Monday midday and it all seemed to go great. Everything we dropped off for them was returned to us and the employees were all very nice. We had them stay in a junior suite which is $45 for the first dog and $35 for the second. My bf booked his dog for additional play sessions but since mine is lazy I decided not to. They seemed well cared for when we picked them up. The only reason for four stars instead of five is because of the lack of technology. They have an online booking system which is convenient, but it's not super user friendly and I ended up still having to email them my dogs vaccination records although I had already uploaded them. Also, there are no cameras here. A lot of boarding/daycare businesses offer that as an option which gives pet owners peace of mind. It would have been nice to have that option but definitely not a deal breaker. We will definitely continue to board and daycare the doggos here in the future.

It hurts my heart to say that although this place looks like it is a great place to leave your love…read moreone. It's not!!! The staff who care for your furry family member should take extremely care of your animal and observe abnormal behavior in your animal from the time they arrive. I boarded my dog here twice. Each time my husband dropped her off. The first time my husband picked her up and when she got home she was coughing, vomiting and had diarrhea. I had to take her to the emergency room. The second time, I went with him to pick her up and when we got her home she had diarrhea and couple days later she started vomiting and her stool look like it had blood in it so again we had to take her to the emergency room only this time she did not make it. My baby passed away. I call the facility and spoke with a staff member to ask about any charge in her behavior and was told that she was extremely scared and was shaking. This is a behavior change. Someone should have contacted me to say that she was not happy there and was scared for her life or shaking. I understand it take money to run a facility. Yet! The first thing the staff members should realize is that these animals are our family and if something is not right with them call the owners and let us know. If only ONE staff member would have called me, I could have gotten her out of there by having transported to the hospital and my little Bella will still be here. Please think twice before you leave your love one at this boarding facility. The staff members need more training and need to know that these animals are not just dogs, they are our family. I'm crying as I am writing this review because all it took was a phone call and my baby will still be here.

After her stay, she came home visibly distressed and became increasingly lethargic. I rushed her to an emergency vet, where she required immediate care. The owner, Kristen, acknowledged this in writing and offered a $500 reimbursement to help with the vet expenses. Thatincident was over two months ago. I've followed up multiple times, professionally and respectfully, but I've received no response and no payment. While accidents can happen, how a business handles them afterward says everything. Their silence--after admitting responsibility--has forced me to share this publicly. I hope no other pet parent has to go through what we did.

This was our 6th time using daycare for our Australian Shepherd, Zeus, and what we experienced was beyond unacceptable. We trusted this place. We expected outdoor play, clean and sanitary conditions, real supervision, and staff who genuinely care about dogs. Instead, we walked into neglect. From the moment we arrived, the staff was rude, dismissive, and clearly annoyed by basic questions. When we dropped Zeus off and asked for a tour, we were bluntly told no manager was available and no tour could be given. No explanation. No reassurance. Just attitude. When we came back for pickup and asked again, we were told to wait so staff could "check on some things." That alone should have told us something was very wrong. What we saw after that made us angry, sick to our stomachs, and heartbroken. Multiple dogs were locked in kennels with no staff supervising at all. We personally witnessed kennel staff and groomers being unattentive, rude, and disengaged, including employees standing around or sitting on their phones instead of watching the dogs. Kennels were covered in dried urine and feces, and dogs were left sitting in it--no cleaning, no breaks, no compassion. Then we saw Zeus -- locked in a crate in the corner, shaking, crying, and terrified. Seeing our dog like that broke us. It was devastating. He looked scared, confused, and completely abandoned. Watching him tremble and cry in that crate made us feel sick, angry, and deeply depressed. No dog deserves to be treated that way--especially not in a place that claims to provide care. This was not a bad day. This was systemic neglect. We left furious, heartbroken, and ashamed that we trusted this place. We cancelled everything immediately and will never return. This was not daycare. This was dogs being warehoused, ignored, and emotionally broken. They call it It's a Dog Life -- but what we witnessed was cruelty, neglect, and suffering.

Danger!! I have two…read moredogs, both of whom have gone to Unleashed since I rescued them in Jan 2017 and Aug 2018. My little one, a ten year old Bichon Frise, has been grievously injured there twice. The first time was on Dec 30. She was attacked by a large dog, required surgery, came home with multiple drains in her neck and body. After that attack, I was told that they were increasing from three to five the number of dog "groupings" to group them by not just temperament but by size as well. I was also told there was additional staff training and that they were increasing dog supervision staffing. That clearly did not happen. Yesterday, my dog was attacked again. I was told it was by a Golden. My little dog was in with much larger dogs. She came home from surgery with twenty-seven staples across four wounds, which were each two inches long. While I was waiting at the vet, I was aghast to see a just-posted review by Jason, whose beagle was attacked there twice, in February and the day before my dog's most recent attack. That's four in five months: Dec, Feb, two days in a row in May. Why does Unleashed refuse to keep small dogs separate from large dogs? While it's true that Unleashed covered the vet bills, this utter disregard for pet safety is reprehensible. I reported the most recent incident to Fulton County Animal Control last night; they took a thorough report. I am also pursuing this with Animal Protection/Dep't of Ag, the agency that licenses kennels, groomers, daycares, etc. My beloved pets will never again go to Unleashed. I believe they should be shut down unless they make meaningful changes to keep safe the dogs in their care. Allowing large dogs to commingle with small dogs is a recipe for heartbreak and disaster. They knew after the Dec 30 attack on my dog that it was a problem, yet did nothing - thus allowing three more attack incidents. Shameful. There may have been other attacks that I'm not aware of. I'm not one to post reviews, good or bad, but people should know - especially if their dogs are small - that Unleashed is not a safe facility.
