misleading, and extremely rude. I made an appointment for my 12lb pomeranian, and on the website says $45 for a small wash, blow dry. Upon arrival, was told it was $83 for him. Once I said I felt this was misleading, and wanted to pay for the advertised $45 service, he simply said "oh we can cancel it and walked to the door, opened it to see us out and said it was OUR choice to cancel." I highly recommend avoiding this place, as well as the rude unprofessional man working. COMPLETE waste of time, and have never been treated so poorly. I truly believe this is the best place to bring your dog in town. Came a few years ago and now we are regulars. My dog is still herself when she comes home and is happy and feels good. I noticed after I took her to other groomers she would come home scared, unwell, and sad! But when she comes home from doggie bath house she is so happy and healthy. Tried them because they were recommended and I am having such a hard time getting into our normal groomer. I am so disappointed in my furbaby's cut. Cash is a bichon and yes was slightly matted around face, neck and ears. I was told he would have to be shaved and I hesitantly agreed. They called me and told he was ready looking so cute. When I arrived I literally almost cried. He basically has 2 different cuts, shaved neck, head and ears and uneven but the rest looks like a normal bichon cut. I understood having to shave but why not make it even all over so it grows appropriately. My dog is 13 years old and has been groomed and every 2 weeks except the last 6 weeks due to not being able to get appointments. I paid more today than I have ever paid and just super dissatisfied. The Doggie Bath House is a great, friendly groomer! I brought my two Black Labs in that get very anxious around new places. One had an accident inside and they had no problem cleaning it up. I love that they don't put your sweet pups in a cage, but let them play in the front area after their groom! They are a little pricy but I don't mind paying a little extra for my dogs to be in good hands. My dogs looked and smelt great - they even put a cute bandana on them! read more

I am so disappointed in the grooming that got done to my golden retriever yesterday. The groomer said it would be about $70 and I ended up paying $126. My dog looks horrible, the haircut is uneven everywhere and they buzzed half of her legs and tail but left the rest of the hair untouched. I would not recommend this place especially for how much I paid for the grooming. read more

First time here and my puppy was a mess. Still potty training and she was stinky and dirty. Spoke with the owner by phone first and she made me feel super comfortable to bring in my dog. Loved that they accepted walk ins. The pets have room to run around, play and are not crated while waiting to be picked up. When I arrived she was holding Zoe while on the phone with a customer. Super friendly and caring. Zoe looked like a brand new dog. Highly recommend and will return. Family owned and operated. Thank you so much for the awesome service! My male poodle had special needs while being groomed and they pampered him and worked with his inability to stand a long time. Amazing. I dropped Skye off mid coat blowing. This is something huskies do a couple times a year and it is brutal. Lisa & Andre spent a few hours with her blowing, brushing, bathing and brushing again. She looks amazing. They were both super friendly and took amazing care of my best friend. If your looking for an awesome groomer in the area, Doggie Bath House is amazing. The owner Lisa, groomed my pet toy Poodle and did the best job ever! My dog usually comes home stressed after being groomed, and today she was perfectly content. They do not crate your dog while your dog is there and therefore makes the dog feel like they are just there for a nice visit. The actual haircut was perfect and she smelled terrific!
