My dog was ready in an hour and a half. Full groom and they did a great job. I hate leaving my dog at the groomers for ~4 hours but I get why I usually have to. I genuinely don't know how they did it in that time but I'm not complaining. They cut her the exact length I asked them to and her cut was nice and even, which doesn't always happen at other groomers. She wasn't overly thirsty or itchy or licky when I picked her up and she seems like she generally enjoyed herself while she was there. (What I assume is) the owners dog came out to greet me when I picked my dog up and he was SO sweet. It was like he was saying bye to her, very cute. We will definitely be going back. read more

Thank you to Paws Pet Salon for taking great care of my dog. Unfortunately she had experienced digestive issues while waiting for her service causing me to come pick her up earlier than planned. The team both cleaned up my dogs poop 5 times but also gave her bottom a bath before I was back to pick her up. Your dog could not be in better, more caring hands! read more

I don't usually leave reviews and wouldn't be leaving this one had the owner called me back. I took my cat to be bathed and groomed a few days ago. After a couple of hours, Nico called me to come get my kitty and in a jokingly way said there is no way we can do a bath today. After being concerned and not joking but shocked wondering what happened he said my cat was biting, hissing and was so upset and I needed to come get him. Once I got there, Nico collected my $153 before getting my cat from the back. Once he was out front I took my cat out of his carrier and he ran from me under the couch hiding. I have never seen him so terrified. The groomer came out saying of course there was something wrong with my cat and she doesn't know what went wrong. Once I got home from the nice gash on his neck I could understand. It's been 3 days, no call from the owner, my cat is still hiding, but on a positive note he did refund my tip! After being a customer for over 20 year, that will be our last trip! read more

They have groomed our two Aussies, our Shepherd and three cats. The animals all came home clean and happy. One of our cats is very grumpy but they had no trouble dealing with him. I feel their rates are reasonable. They are a little hard to find as the door is on an interior courtyard. But worth the effort! read more

I have used them for several years; they do a wonderful job with my Yorkie. I highly recommend them!!

Been taking my dogs there for years. I moved downtown and still take them up there I haven't found anywhere that does as good of a job as them. Fair prices and great service. read more

They always do a great job grooming our red tabby. Her fur is very thick, and she often gets a few mats after awhile. They do a great job getting them out and bathing her (she loves her baths!) They're kind and patient, and Penny always comes home calm, happy and smells beautiful! read more

They do a great job and don't keep your pet all day. My Sheltie looked beautiful when I picked him up

Wow what a great salon. A safe loving place to take your pets to be groomed. Everyone there love animals and will take care of your fur baby like they are their own. read more

One other thing that should be added to my review is that Beverly, the owner of the salon, kept telling me that she shaved my dog to 1/4". I had no knowledge of this at the time, but I was told by another groomer that damages the hair follicle. read more

Reasonable prices for basic cat grooming but the owner "Miss Beverly" is rough with the animals and barks at them (talks down to them). I'm not sure what's going on in her personal life that she is not friendly customers has no personality and it's always frowning and then expect a tip? If you're going there for service, you're probably OK but I hate to give my money to owners, who have no appreciation for your business. read more

I brought my two English Creams in to get their usual trim. Instead without Paws asking, In the middle of fall, they decided to shave both of them. They still charged us for the trim and discounted the shave. We felt so lucky. NOT. When my wife do graciously picked them up they didn't give her their collars or leashes so she had to drive back and retrieve them. If you have the time to wait I would strongly suggest it as it is clear no one is teaching, mentoring, or overseeing the operation. We are still in shock seeing our retrievers walking around in the rainy cold days with a protective coat no longer there. Good luck with Paws. read more

They did a wonderful job grooming our Maine Coon cat. Removed her mats and made her coat shiny and super coat!

First time here--will definitely return. They took very good care of my 14 year old shihpoo. He looked great!! Thank you all!

Oh my goodness! My poor pup is sooo nervous to have her nails cut, but the kind, knowledgeable, caring folks at Paws always seem to give the best nail grooming! And the price can't be beat! We thank you guys and, even though Luna may not thank you, she appreciates your skill and care! read more

Was not happy with the service of the salon. We would tell them how to cut the dog's fur, and it wouldn't come out the way we described. My dogs wouldn't be matted, but they always claimed they were and charged extra for it. The owner is not friendly either. The owner is not friendly or helpful either. read more

Pomeranian approved they did such a great job with my Pomeranian! I'm highly impressed & will continue to bring in my pom. They're very professional & clean. They did exactly what I asked for & were very quick about it also. read more

I want to thank Paws Pet Salon in Roswell for taking care of my babies When we adopted Peter Parker 11 months ago, they gave him his first haircut (2nd before & after pic). He was so badly matted but they made him look so handsome. Today, we took our new rescue, Tony Stark, for his first haircut (1st before & after pic). His hair was badly matted as well. When I went to pick them up & saw Tony's haircut, I started crying. He looks completely different than the scared, dirty dog we found a month ago. Thank you, thank you, thank you. You guys are awesome The 3rd pic is of my babies after their haircut today read more

Paws gave our golden doodle by far the best cut and groom that he has ever received! That alone would keep us as loyal customers, but paws went further! Our pup is always anxious after a groom, but clearly paws treated our boy so well because he was so happy and wanted to show off his new cut. Add to this, that the fee was very reasonable. We will never take our boy anywhere else! read more

Paws Pet Salon - He loves his cut! - Pet Groomers Near Me - Roswell, Georgia

Today was my first visit with Paws. I would like to preface this review with a little background on me. I have been in the veterinary industry for 20+ years. I have worked as a grooming assistant and managed a grooming facility. I could not be more thrilled with my entire experience. Upon check in I was greeted promptly. The groomer who checked us in was friendly and thorough. She took the time listen to my wishes and seemed very knowledgeable. The other staff members were busy with other grooms but took the time to acknowledge us and fawn over my pup. I felt more than comfortable leaving my precious new addition with them. My dog is a miniature poodle. The breed itself takes a lot of skill to accomplish a quality groom and they can be done a million different ways. At pick up it was evident that they listened to my wants and needs and pulled off exactly what I had envisioned. As a vet professional I have always heard great things about this salon and have referred countless of my clients to them. Now that I have had a personal experience with them, I will not go elsewhere. Thank you! read more

They saw my cat the same day I called to have matted fur removed. Very friendly, professional, and super good with my kitty. Other places I had called to make appointments had six+ weeks wait to see a groomer so we're very pleased with Paws Pet Salon! highly recommended. read more

I have a hard time finding a good reliable groomer I n the Roswell area. One groomer I used stated that one of my dogs gave her a hard time and we would be charged more. This was after I told her he can be nippy and they can use a muzzle if needed. I stated if you are patient with him, he is a dream. Needless to say, she wasn't patient. We swapped groomers and tried one that opened up close to my house. I went to drop off the dogs on our scheduled appointment day and no one was at the store. I called and left a message that we needed to reschedule, and never got a call back. Finally we tried Paws Pet Salon and they are awesome. I set an appointment with them, and they called the day before to remind me of the appointment. She nice this was our first time using Paws, when I dropped off the dogs, they asked questions about how I wanted the dogs groomed. I told them they needed to be patient with our senior and that he was nippy. I stated if you are patient with him, he's good, and that they could use a muzzle of they needed to. They called a few hours later to state the dogs were ready to be picked up. When I picked them up, they were in separate kennels, but next to each other which is good. They looked perfect and smelled good. Even a few days later they still smell good, even after being outside and rolling in the wet grass. I would recommend Paws to everyone. read more

The owner of this place is friendly and the customer service is good in this place. There was a miscommunication between what I wanted and what the groomer did. I called and reported I was unhappy and owner asked me to come in and fixed his ears. It's still not the way I wanted because all the hair is chopped off. But, it's just hair, it's gonna grow back. I will come back here for the good service. read more

They did a nice job on my favorite family member. She looked fantastic when I picked her up & she was happy. I'll definitely use them again.

I am extremely happy with Paws Pet salon, and Beverly, who grooms my Bichon Frise. I just started going to her since all the pets leaving the shop looks so beautifully done. My previous groomer had to give up her business due to illness, and I am very happy with the services my Bichon Frise received at Paws Pet Salon. He was very relaxed and happy after the grooming which tells me that everybody was very gentle with him. Also, he looks like a "million dollar baby. Thank you, Berverly. Heidi M. read more
