They do a great job with my dog. He always comes out with a good haircut. Everyone who works there is super nice.

Figured that this would be a great experience since it was hard to get my first appointment. Have a golden retriever with a really bushy coat who prefers to be shaved down. Exceeded my wildest expectations. The entire staff there is wonderful, especially Dee who has a fondness for Golden Retrievers. My dog loves it there and looks great. I get stopped constantly when I walk her from people who want to know where she gets groomed. Can't say enough good things. read more

Angel Lee loves Dee's! The Staff: Everyone is very friendly. Paris asked all the right questions to ensure Angel's grooming met my expectations. It was Angel's first real grooming at this location. Nancy was warm and friendly and I loved how they had already remembered Angel's name. All the ladies are very caring with the animals. Pricing: Anyone who has a fur baby knows that we will go above and beyond to maintain their happiness. The prices are competitive but very moderate considering they are based in Sandy Springs. Angel's full groom including tip was under $100. Location: the location is easy to navigate and their is signage posted on various sides of the building. Angel's follow up appointment is already booked and she will be at Dee's Grooming Gallery Avery one 2-3 weeks! Because of their caliber of work, they book up fast but will ass you to a waiting list. I am so Pleased with their work! read more

We are absolutely crazy for Dee's!!!! Not only do they do a fabulous dog grooming, but they take extra care with my special needs pup. They have been grooming him for a while now, but he got sick early this year. When he ultimately lost his eyes, they made sure to expedite him through each time so he would have as little confusion and anxiety as possible. They have loved on him, checked on him, and cared for him so well through his recovery! So thankful for this special place!!! read more

Dee's is a hidden gem in the Sandy Springs area! Our mini doodle has her fresh groom for the fall..not too long and not too short, just the right amount of fluff! The process was quick and easy, and you can tell that the staff handles your babies with care. Grooming a doodle can be quite pricey, especially in the Atlanta area... but Dee's is reasonably priced on top of it all. I'm so glad we found them! read more

I love this place! We have 4 dogs 1 with special needs and everyone at Dee's is always so kind & they really care about the fur babies. Mindi is my smallest, only 4lbs and she loves seeing Karly & Paris Thanks guys for taking such good care of my babies!! read more

I will not be going back here due to how rude their receptionist has been on multiple occasions. It's not acceptable the way she has talked to me several times. It makes me sad as they have the most incredible groomers, but just because my dog is a little nervous there does not warrant the way this woman has talked to me and told me how horrible my dog is. The attitude and raised voice were very unacceptable. read more

We wouldn't trust our dog with anyone else! Dee's grooming staff is amazing. Even on days when they're short staffed, they take such great care of our dog! They even took the time to learn what training protocol we use to make grooming easier and now our pup is way more comfortable. He's not small either and they're so good with him! Highly recommend using them. They get booked super quickly because they're so good so be prepared for about 4-6 weeks appointment availability. read more

This is a wonderful place. Dees grooming has been doing my dog Eva for many years now. Eva looks wonderful every time. Also, their prices are fair and the people that work there are so friendly. They always take great care of my Eva. All in all, I highly recommend Dees grooming! 5 stars for sure. read more

Our 6mo bernadoodle loves Dee's Grooming! So much so that Pepper flew out of my car, into the building and went straight back to the ladies working with her tail going 90 miles and hour . The staff is very open and answered every question and concern. We love the way our Pepper looks and plan on many visits to come. read more

Awful. Rude people answer the phone. No call back. The lack of professionalism is palitable. Horrible. Attitude abounds. Stay away.

Dee's Grooming is the best of the best when it comes to dog grooming. My Shih Tzu, Tybee, hates the groomer and typically leaves me a surprise mess after I pick her up from the groomer but not with Dee's! She actually kisses my nose as we walk out the door! I had to call in to reschedule an appointment at 9pm on a Monday and they answered my phone call! I was hoping to get the machine but Dee answered the phone! Above and beyond customer service! Paris has been grooming Tybee for months and I couldn't be happier. She is very receptive to my requests and always gives my little girl the perfect cut every time! I used to drive 37 miles just to come to this groomer, thankfully I just live down the street now but trust me, it's worth the drive! I can't rave enough about Dee and her staff. From the moment I called to book an apt, the receptionist was kind and helpful. Then, when I first brought in my puppy Waffles, who is a mini Goldendoodle, I was very cautious bc I knew exactly what I wanted him to look like. He only needed a mini groom bc he was still so young (4 months) and when I got him back he was so happy and extremely handsome! I've taken him back 3 times for larger grooms. Every single time they knock it out of the park. He is always the MOST handsome Goldendoodle around and everyone asks where I take him. I live in the Brookhaven area and will drive out of my way to take him to Dee's. Along with being the best groomers in town, their love for their clients and their dogs is unreal and to me that is the MOST important part of the experience. They genuinely love the dogs SO much. They take time out of their hectic schedules to actually talk and engage with the owners. And when I tell you they LOVE the dogs, they truly LOVE each and every dog. I am so happy I tracked this place down. Their doodle cuts are on point. Trust me, book an apt. You won't be let down! read more

The wonderful staff at Dee's Grooming Gallery took great care of my Yorkie, Mr. Man. This was my first experience with a dog groomer. I found this nice little spot on Yelp. Wonderful people who truly care for their four legged furry frirends.

My dog, Dooley, just had his first pet grooming at Dee's. They were awesome! I was able to explain exactly what I wanted, and that was what I got! He looked beautiful. When I walked in to pick him up, one groomer was holding/petting a dog in her lap and another dog was calmly being groomed on the table. Nice people doing a great job. :) So happy I found Dee's for all future grooming appointments :) Kathleen Batson read more

After two visits for my two tenacious terriers I am very satisfied with Dee's. Easy to get in and out. Easy to park. Very nice staff. Doesn't cut their nails too short which I appreciate. A little more expensive than my last place but that was WAY out in the burbs so seems rightly priced! They also sent a thank you note after the first visit. Too sweet. read more

I have to reply to the owner D in her response to my review. Your staff has no customer skills at all. You have no control over there foul language. Yes, I did start defending myself especially when you let your grown son get in my face. If I were a man he wouldn't have done that. You manager is disrespectful and when I came to discuss this with you. She basically told you to shut up and she would handle it. Be a leader, your staff was screaming through the shop. I will not tolerate being disrespected. When a customer asks to speak with you, she shouldn't be denied that. My relationship has always been with you PERIOD! The moment I starting speaking with you I was attacked. Speak the truth!! read more

Dee's was a wonderful experience for my almost 1 year old Standard Schnauzer today! The photo of my pup on the grass is the "before" picture and the other two are "after". I felt like the staff there really care about what they do and they showed a sincere interest to another client while I was there. They listened carefully to what I wanted and did a great job! I will be coming back! Just an FYI- plan for your dog to be there most of the day because of the attention to detail that Dee's delivers. The shop was very clean, and when I picked up, 3 other dogs were being clipped at the same time and none of them showed any signs of anxiety. All were completely calm and content. My pooch said goodbye to his buddies on the way out and no one flinched. Very happy! read more

Had my baby groomed here for the first time today, and I'm so happy with the cut as well as the customer service. Everyone was so friendly, and they even sent a short video of my pup getting groomed which I really appreciated because I'm always curious to know how he acts during the process. He's normally very scared when going to the groomer, but I can tell that Dee is so patient and kept him comfortable, and I think this will be a better fit for him than his previous groomer. Thank you so much Dee, and the rest of the team! read more

We recently moved to the area and I looked for a groomer for our 6 yr old cockapoo. I called Dee's on 10/13 and was asked if our dog had ever been there before, I said no she had not and was quickly told that "well then we don't have any appointments available until 11/3". FYI, u just lost what would have been a regular customer (we had our last groomer in Virginia for over 6 yrs) and the curtness of the woman on the phone was not a good look for ur company. read more

First time coming here with my Two small Yorkis I asked for two mini grooms ended up getting charged 65$ for each dog... when I first saw the prices for the mini grooms I thought they were appropriate as a college student but total ended up to being like 150$... the dogs look okay. read more

I took two small (17lbs) terrier mix pups there after seeing all these great reviews and I will never take them back. I SHOULD have called at the time, but life is busy and there wasn't time. 1)way over priced/over charged! they charged us the TOP of the pricing scale for basic cuts for terrier mutts that are both small 2)horrible hair cuts! it looked like they didn't even finish cutting both dogs. For weeks we found spots of really long hair that was just 'missed'. I could have done better with scissors and a blindfold. I'm not even exaggerating. A child could have done a better job. Everyone there was very very nice. But apparently they couldn't have cared less at the job they were doing. I've had dogs for 2 decades and have never felt so ripped off by groomers. I was shocked at how much we paid for such bad services. read more

I brought my 4 and a half month old Goldendoodle here last week to get his nails trimmed and to get shampooed. This was my pup's first time going to a professional groomer. The gal I spoke to said they were going to do a mini grooming since it was his first time and when she said that included trimming his face I very specifically told her I did not want his face or his head trimmed at all. The only trimming he needed was around his paws. We want to keep our dog shaggy. When I picked him up he looked like a different dog. They trimmed around his eyes! I could't believe it! I am so furious. I'm so disappointed because they had such great reviews. I hope I can find a place that will groom my dog the way I want him the be groomed not the way they think he should be groomed. read more
