However Dr Kwak was so kind and patient that that my dog trusted him to where he didn't need a muzzle or sedation anymore. Saying I was impressed is an understatement. This dog unfortunately passed of cancer last summer, meaning he needed frequent vet visits near the end of his life. I'll always be eternally grateful to Dr Kwak and Dr Killough for the bond they created with my dog, as it made this whole experience a lot less stressful. Everybody here from the techs, front desk, doctors, and back staff are so kind, loving, and understanding of the bond we share with our animals. I'll always bring my animals here whenever they need care.
