But these are professionals they do an incredible job of restoration on old bikes and putting them out and they look like they're brand new.

I would check the schedule ahead of time, especially during the off season. We went late in the afternoon and were the only ones on the water. Because of our inexperience, I was glad that we weren't sharing the water with any water skiers or a crew team. Just egrets, pelicans, and cormorants.

My brakes malfunctioned and because of how my e scooter is built, when the brakes aren't aligned properly, the motor won't work. Despite the fact that the owner was in the middle of moving shop, he squeezed me in on the one day I had off. I had gotten there early and parked my scooter right outside. When I came to the shop at the right time, it was for the owner to tell me he had already found my scooter and fixed it. And the kicker? He didn't charge me. Just said he wanted me to be safe with my kid on board. Made suggestions about how to improve the scooter with a different brake system and gave me very economic pricing. I cannot describe how very very helpful he was, and all in five minutes. And the brakes worked better than they did before. What impresses me most was his insistence that he cares about my safety and the people in the community. I had forgotten my helmet coming to the shop, because I walked the scooter there, and he offered me a used helmet for free to wear home. This is why small business is so important. I will be back. I will never go to another shop. Easy enough to do, since many other shops won't service vehicles they didn't sell. Something I was told by two other local shops. Seriously, best bike shop experience I've ever had.

The neck chafing: however, the wetsuit I got scratched the right side of my neck, and it hurts. The irony is after the swim, I realized that a wetsuit isn't really needed: warm water at 64 degrees with great weather - but I won't know in advance. I hope they either fix it or retire it. ONE DAY! I actually called before I went to ask if policy was firm and the person on the phone said "it depends on who helps you" which is so lame! Nothing doing, just got a sassy reply when I inquired. OK... Signed up for waitlist for next sessions. Got a notification that a couple spots opened up, tried 3x to register and their site kept crashing the chrome browser on my phone on the payment step then it was full. Gah... Never had such an issue, I use my phone for such things all the time. So they've got a bug, likely with auto-complete and/or security on payment flow. Took the time to take a screen video showing the bug (easily reproduced), uploaded to YT, shared with them. Asked if anything they can do, still would love to participate in this class. Nope, just told me it's my fault and zero offer to help make this happen. Pretty poor customer service and frustrating experience.

Despite a few hiccups with my front derailleur, he was always just a quick text away and came back not once, but twice to help me fix the issue. During one of the visits, he noticed some slight creaking coming out of the seat post (that I didn't even notice) and went ahead and fixed other things while he was there. Nothing but a great experience working with Will -- highly recommend!
