The cocktail was very refreshing, the aperol initially had me hesitant to try it because I don't care for it to much but those concerns weren't valid, the drink was very tasty and came garnished with pink pineapple! If theirs a crab cake on the menu, I'm ordering it and the one at Beppe' is phenomenal. Crab cake was packed with crab, hot and crispy upon arrival and the creole sauce reminded me of wasabi in the best way and was the perfect addition . I also enjoyed the frisée that accompanied the crab cake but it had a few to many red onions in it. The barramundi.. omg. I heard about this place on TikTok and the poster stated this is the only dish she consistently gets from here and I see why. The fish was cooked perfectly, with a little crispness on top and the risotto was delicious with a subtle taste of lemon. Amazing dish! Arrived around 6 on a Thursday and made it right on time. The inside was pretty empty and the outside was pretty full with the only available tables being in full sun however by the time I finished my meal the bar and all the seats inside were full with people waiting for tables. read more

We're new to town and checked this place out based on other reviews . It did not disappoint. For a Thursday, it was full but we were able to get a table for 2 plus a toddler. They accommodated a side dish for our daughter as a meal even though it technically wasn't on the menu- super awesome and kind of the kitchen and waitstaff. It's swanky in there, great neighborhood spot. We ordered the burger, the filet tips and both were fantastic. Like really really freakin tasty. Highly recommend those items! We got there at 5pm on a Saturday -- we're the first people in the restaurant. Linnea was our sever- super great and attentive. We ordered 2 burgers and the for the soul salad and a side of potato croquettes. I have heard the croquettes are great so I wanted to try them (even though they usually only come with the filet tips app, but Linnea was super accommodating and let us order 3!) The burger was amazing-- a super soft bite. Lots of cheese, so I recommend doing what I did- 1 slice of cheddar as opposed to two. The bun was super fluffy and soft. Not sure if the meat was as high quality as some I've had, but it tasted good nonetheless. The salad was great. Not a strong balsamic flavor, but i loved every topping in the salad. Onions, roasted red peppers, goat cheese, super soft roasted sweet potatoes-- needed a tad more spring mix but some people like when it's overflowing with toppings so to each their own! The croquettes are basically deep fried mashed potato balls-- amazing. Perfect flavor combination. The fries that come with the burger are perfectly crispy, salted, and seasoned. Visited Beppe with a friend for an early dinner and sat at the outdoor patio during the summertime to enjoy our meal. The staff was very friendly and the outdoor patio was the perfect vibe for a summer meal. The food was very good; however, it was a tad overpriced. The drink menu was unique and had many great-sounding options! Would definitely stop in for drinks on the patio sometime. Decided to try this restaurant on a Sunday night thanks to all the good reviews on Yelp, and man are we glad we did!! The decor of the restaurant is pretty simple, not very fancy. Our waiter Cody was very personable and did a great job. The menu has a lot of unusual items on it and he guided us to try some things we might not have. We tried the filet tips and croquettes based on the reviews we read on Yelp, they were good. But the carrot appetizer!!! YUMMY!! We ordered this thanks to Cody's recommendation and it was DELICIOUS. Carrots?!? Yes!!! We listened to him thereafter. We had the "side" salad which was huge and really good. My wife was pretty full at that point, and I was too, so we ordered the scallops to share...pan seared perfectly with a delicious black risotto and mushrooms...delicious. We had to try dessert which was a lemon pound cake with vanilla ice cream. Normally, we would pass but again it was delicious!! Where do I start? Every aspect of Beppe is remarkable!! We were in town for the weekend and did a Yelp search and came across Beppe. WOW!! What a find!! Super cool atmosphere, small yet not cramped. They have a rather small menu selection, which after eating I understand why - they make everything from scratch! We started with the Polenta and Proscuitto appetizer. The saltiness of the meat really complimented the polenta. For my meal I had the Vodka Rigatoni. I savored every bite! The pasta was cooked perfectly and the sauce was not overpowering like some cream sauces. If you enjoy a cocktail or wine you have to see their selection!! The wine list is extensive and our server was well versed in telling us about the wines we were considering. As we were leaving they were showing a new employee their cocktail specials so they had us taste them. YUMMY? We hung out with the staff and owner who were all kind and lots of fun. Holy cow this new place is awesome. We came here after driving by and noticing it a couple times and we were not disappointed. We both got a couple of their gin fizz drinks - one was orange flavored and the other lemon. Both were awesome on a hot day. Highly recommend the gin drinks here. I ordered the barramundi and my boyfriend ordered the burger. Both were so good but I highly recommend the barramundi to anyone in the future and their risotto it comes with was just as delicious. Working out the kinks and discovering a menu.The space is small and they did a nice job redesigning the space. Unfortunately, I think they are too high end for the neighborhood. My wife and I live close by and have been eating for Beppe to open, and hoping it would be good. We went tonight and it does not disappoint. The menu is on the shorter side, which is fine by me, there is enough variety to please most people. We tried three starters, an entree, and a dessert. Along with a few cocktails. Everything we had was well prepared. Meatballs and polenta, Brussels sprouts and asparagus with apricots, filet tips with croquettes, wild mushroom risotto, chocolate torte with vanilla ice cream. Excellent new spot! We live quite close to Beppe so it's been highly anticipated in my household and it met expectations. Beppe is a very small, but vibrant restaurant. The menu is "upscale American" and is concise but has variety of options. Our table had a cutlet (sandwich), cheeseburger & steak. Each was cooked perfectly and seasoned well. We were exciting to be here for the first day of their breakfast/lunch opening. This is a great new spot out of the main downtown drag. The atmosphere is very nice - it is more casual with a modern, clean atmosphere and a lot of attention to detail. We ordered the Portobello Egg Benny, aside from the fact it could have been a little warmer, it was very good. We also ordered the Sundried Tomato Omelette, it was great! Vegetarians beware - I was told something was vegetarian (and ate it) only to be told the next time I went that that same exact dish was NOT vegetarian because it had chicken stock. I can't believe a "nicer" restaurant would still have staff that say something is vegetarian when it is not. On a separate occasion my vegetarian colleague went and had the same exact thing happen to him. I liked them in the past, the vibe, the service, but this ruined it for me. It was extremely smoky the last time I was there so our clothes stunk after we left - this hadn't happened before so not sure why they didn't open a window or deal with it. read more
