I've had a terrible thud sound coming from the back of my lifted Jeep Rubicon for a couple years now. Took it to the place that installed my lift kit and new tires thinking they could find the problem since they were the ones that installed it. Their answer was "it's probably the large tire on the back making the sound when you hit a bump." Took it to a jeep dealership and had their service department look at it. They told me it was "normal" just take bumps slower and more gentle. It's a Jeep Rubicon and the bottoming-out sound I was hearing, metal on metal is NOT NORMAL. So glad I had Will's Auto & Truck Repair shop look at it one more time. That day he found the problem, had a solution and the next day I picked it up, sound gone. He made it so easy. By truly taking the time to hear me out, he could properly address it and give me a solution not an excuse like every shop before. Rare-to-find honesty and expertise. 10/10 service and experience. So there I went and the wait was reasonable at least initially. I did have to wait an hour and 40 minutes for my car to be seen, but they did a fantastic job fixing the nail issue in the tire and patched the tire and it worked great and they did not charge me anything. The attendant was very gracious and kind. Had a nice smile and told me I owed him nothing when I asked. I would say this was excellent service and I am grateful that they are so close to us.
