They opened up on time and started taking orders. The food was prepared in front of us and handed out after ordering. This proved to be efficient for those waiting in the long line. Options included sandwiches and non-sandwich options, a few sides(but they ran out of mac and cheese early) as well as drinks. On the plus side they accepted credit cards. We ordered the pulled pork and brisket sandwiches. You have the option of adding their spicy slaw and we did. It was so good. They also offered a few side types and we chose spicy. The portions were huge. We probably should have shared a sandwich. I had heard that my friends didn't really enjoy the chicken. Good option for a Food Truck Friday.

They have pulled pork or brisket an I like them both but slightly prefer the pork (if you haven't eaten in a week you can get the combo with beef and pork). The menu is simple: pork, beef, or combo sandwiches (with a fork since too much meat to pick up and eat) served with a vinegar based mayo-free slaw and your choice of 3 BBQ sauces. Memphis style is tomato, the mustard sauce has a little spice to it, and the pucker sauce is vinegar based. If this truck is around, try it. If it's not near you, it's worth the trip.

At pickup time, I was shocked by how heavy the bag was when I received it. I was wondering what was in there... and SURPRISE! Some fresh tasting chips were in there with the hefty burrito. Every element of the burrito itself was delicious, including the spicy green sauce it came with. My friend and I were both pleasantly surprised and were happy we randomly stumbled upon it. Would totally return! I wish I took pictures.

Ordered the cheesesteaks (chicken and steak) and they did not disappoint. The bread was chewy as a cheesesteak should be and the meat and chicken was seasoned exceptionally well, and very very juicy. They were accompanied with an array of sautéed onions, green peppers and mushrooms. The value was great as well for $10 that brings chips and a drink from the ice barrel parked in front. The only downfall (if you dare call it that) was the location as its tucked away in the Pacci's Restaurant parking lot and you can easily miss it as you're making the turn around the bend, but that's no big deal. All in all, great value, great food, great service. Highly recommended. Next time, I'll definitely take the cannoli.

Our order took about 15 minutes, which felt like a reasonable wait, especially since everything was made fresh. The street corn was one of our favorite items. It was flavorful, delicious, and had just the right combination of toppings and seasoning. In fact, once we finished it, we immediately wished we had ordered a second one. That alone is a good reason to come back! The crab hush puppies were also interesting and different from the typical hush puppies you might expect. They have a more sponge-like texture rather than being dense or crispy. It came with a dippy sauce. The standout for us, though, was the broiled jumbo crab cake. It was excellent--full of crab, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. It definitely ranks up there with some of the best crab cakes we've had. If you're a fan of Maryland crab cakes, this is definitely something you'll want to try. Overall, we really enjoyed our meal. The food was flavorful, the portions were satisfying, and the quality of the crab really stood out. We're already looking forward to coming back and trying more from the menu. It was a rainy Saturday and we just wanted to find some good food and boy did we! I got the lump crab cake sandwich and the crab hushpuppies. That sandwich was next level! I didn't expect it to be so full of crab considering there's a more expensive one on the menu but I was wrong! That sandwich was packed full of crab with barely any filler. The crab meat was sweet and the sauce complemented it very well. It was so good we actually ended up going back to order more for the other member in our family that did not come with us. The 0.5 star off is for the crab hushpuppies because I didn't have much crab in my pieces. But the fritter batter was tasty. All in all you could tell the owner/chef takes pride in his craft and it shows up in the food. I will definitely come back here when I'm back in MD!

First thing I'll say if you love cheese, this is definitely the place for you because the subs were CHEESY! Honestly, extra cheese really isn't needed. My boyfriend wasn't the biggest fan of the chicken cheesesteak because he personally prefers sliced chicken over cubed chicken breast, but the flavor was still good. Now those egg rolls? Top tier. They came with a side of cheese sauce that was honestly so good and paired perfectly with them. The food came out hot, fresh, and flavorful. My only small downside was the bread, it was a little hard and chewy for my liking. Other than that, everything was solid. Overall, I'd give it a 7/10 and would definitely come back again, especially for those egg rolls.
