The patties are hearty and the bread is sturdy; able to neatly hold together the large patties, cheese, toppings, and sauce. Definitely a substantial burger. I recommend ordering ahead as the burgers are made to order. The customer service is also good. I like that they offer a good quality fries. The owners also put effort into the design of the truck which adds to the feel that you're getting a high-quality burger and customer experience. I'm glad they now have a brick and mortar. If you can't get out to Tyson's Galleria, the food truck is an excellent alternative.

Got this for the first time tonight. I may have set my expectations slightly high…read more I got- Birria ramen 3 gorditas- Asada Chorizo Cueritos The birria ramen was decent and unique. Fatty, salty, and heavily seasoned (but not spicy) with a nice amount of meat. But the menus says it includes cheese then later says cheese cost extra. I will probably get it again, but call and ask them to make it spicy and add lime juice or limes on the side. The Gorditas were not as good. The shells were thin and not crisp. They were rather small. And one was busted open. The meat was just ok. The asada was slightly better than the chorizo and Cueritos. They did come with limes, cucumber, and radish slices. I will probably not get them again. All that said it was affordable and I would like to try more of their menus items (as well as a spicy birria ramen with lime) Nothing to say as far as ambiance (it's a food truck it got delivery from) food was prepared fast.

They let me know the Sweet Domino arepa can be made vegan with no cheese. I ordered this and really appreciated how kind and accommodating the woman at the register was. The arepa came out quickly and HOT. I had to wait a little for it to cool before taking a bite. The black beans were so flavorful!! I love how well seasoned they were. The sweetness of the plantains added a nice contrast to the savoriness of the black beans. Additionally this arepa was PACKED with filling. I was shocked how small yet satiating this meal was. Overall I would definitely order this arepa again and am very thankful they were able to make a vegan option for me.

I didn't count the tables, but maybe you can seat about 20, and there's a table in the middle that I saw a bunch of folks standing around. Connect Four and some other games were on there. It has been a long time since I last had them, and I was excited for my friend to try them. We each got an arepa, and we split tequenos and chicken empanadas... Yes, we were hungry lol. The chicken salad arepa I was as good as I remembered, and I got a glass of white wine that complimented it perfectly. It was my first time having their tequenos, and they were nice and cheesy. I'd take those over mozzarella sticks for real. There was only one woman working, and she was efficient in handling orders. I would come back just to hang out... But if they got music, that would really set the vibe.

I went with the Beef Birria Tacos, and they were amazing. Everything tasted incredibly fresh, and the shells were cooked perfectly -- crisp around the edges while still holding onto all that ridiculously juicy birria. And I mean JUICY. Do yourself a favor and grab more napkins than you think you'll need. I washed everything down with a Mango Jarritos -- "The Official Drink of Tacos." ... a perfect combination. I've eaten here several times now, and this truck never disappoints. The staff always friendly, service easy, and I really like the setup around the truck. There's a nice patio area with picnic-table seating and party lights strung around the space. It gives you an actual place to sit down and enjoy your food rather than simply grabbing a box and heading back to the car. All in all, a great little spot to grab some Mexican-fusion street food. Fresh ingredients, perfectly cooked shells, seriously flavorful birria, and a relaxed outdoor atmosphere. Come hungry. Grab the birria. Get the Mango Jarritos. And seriously... take the extra napkins.
