A small business that deserves all the support and attention. Initially stumbled upon this location…read morea year ago when I was shopping at Clarksburg Premium Outlets and it made such a lasting impression that I finally was able to come back for round two. They specialize in Colombian street food, particularly empanadas and hot dogs. Service is quick and they make everything to order. They have a couple of tables and chairs in front of their set-up to enjoy the food. The perro caliente is the star of their menu; I've never had anything like it before coming here. In addition to your standard hot dog, they add mozzarella cheese and onions topped with pineapple sauce, mayoketchup, garlic mayo, and crushed potato chips. The combination sounds wild but the flavors cohesively come together for a delicious bite. I don't even like hot dogs but I was sold in the unique sweet and savory combination of sauces + the incorporation of potato chips. As for the empanada, you can't go wrong with any of their offerings. I've had both the chicken and beef and they were both so tasty. They fry them on the spot and the shell has the perfect crisp with every bite. It comes with a dipping sauce which I believe is one of their mayo sauces which definitely elevates the empanadas. They also offer frozen empanadas that you could take home! I wish I lived closer to enjoy their offerings on the regular. In the meantime, patiently awaiting the opportunity to come back and hopefully bring back a load of frozen empanadas!

They quickly sold out of many items which is understandable but we had an absurd wait of an hour + for our small orders. There wasn't much of an update so people were standing around wondering when their food would be ready. Once we got the food, it was not worth the wait. The fried shrimp was good and fried fresh but the Mac and cheese was very disappointing. Considering we waited an hour, the food was rather on the room temp to cold side, the Mac was dry and rather clumpy. The salmon burger was disappointing as well and had a thin patty and was overwhelmed by the bread and other toppings.

We've tried the GF fried cod, Gf fried Tilapia and BBQ wings so far. Meals come with 2 sides. We've tried and enjoyed the baked Mac n cheese, fries, coleslaw and baked beans, as well as the corn bread. Staff is super friendly! Meals range from approximately $15 to $22ish with 2 sides and bread. She does fried soft shell crab platters too, which usually sell out. Happy to see a new food truck in the Clarksburg/Germantown area. Will definitely go again.

I thought that was a great idea to help support small businesses during this difficult time. And I was excited to try Indonesian food. I pre-ordered two chicken curries in the morning and all I had to do was pick up at 5:15 pm according to the instructions. When the time came, I was ready to walk the block and half to the school for pick up. At the last minute, my husband offered to drive there. Within minutes of him getting to the school, rain started to pour down with ferocious winds. Luckily, he was in the car but he ended up waiting 30 minutes for our meals when I had pre-ordered it hours ago!!! Because the truck was coming to our neighborhood, a woman and her child did walk to the truck and they were soaked waiting for their food. The chicken was a smaller portion than we had anticipated and a little bland. I expected a lot more flavor but am glad it wasn't spicy. I enjoyed the salad dressing with a hint of peanut. I did have to scoop out the dab of chilis in the salad. Lumpia and fried corn fritter were pretty good. They did try to follow my instructions with rice on the side and no utensils/napkins. They couldn't put the rice in a separate container but they did put it by itself in the one large container. I'm also glad they didn't give us any plasticware or paper products. It's always so wasteful when I know I have reusable utensils at home when I do take out these days. I wanted to like this place more.
