Decor and atmosphere are what you make it, as this is a food truck. I ended up taking our meal home which is less than a quarter-mile away. However I wonder if I was influenced by this gorgeous summer weather we have been having on a beautiful blue sky day. But, it was only about a block or two from the National Mall and the Bible Museum, so I'm sure the foot traffic may vary by day and time. But upon sight, this coffee stand looked like an oasis.
