What really raised a red flag for me was that something in my bag had a strange, almost soapy or chemical taste. That is not normal and points to a potential food safety issue. I ended up throwing the food away because I didn't feel comfortable continuing to eat it. When it comes to seafood, freshness and proper handling are critical, and this location is clearly missing the mark. There is a major inconsistency in quality compared to other locations. This wasn't just a bad meal, it felt like a potential health concern. Management asked me to give them another chance, and unfortunately, this visit confirmed the problem rather than fixing it.
