I come here about once a week, the best fresh spring rolls and beef Pho are my favorites. Way better than the competitors around.

Absolutely delicious, I'm in my Pho era lol trying out all the Pho's in the metroplex and yum! This one is another hidden gem, family owned and operated for many years and a must try, I ordered the egg-rolls and the pho and yummy! I love how happy the owners are , they don't have any alcoholic drinks , so bring you a little flask if you like a little kick with your coke jk. I didn't care for the rice, but the pho was on point. Definitely takes 2nd place in my pho rankings current Pho Duc is first.. and I'll keep searching for more phos in the area! They have a few tables , and restaurant is clean. Came back for more. We were seated right away and the service was quick. This time I tried the grilled chicken vermicelli instead of the pork, while my boyfriend got the chicken pho. The flavor was really good and the veggies tasted fresh. He enjoyed his dish too. Definitely a place to try if you're in the area and want something yummy. read more

If you're craving Vietnamese food, DO NOT come here! It will not satisfy that hunger. We were here last week, and with time, my dissatisfaction with this place has not improved. We came for an early dinner so the place wasn't busy. Less than half of the tables were occupied, but the service was slow for the amount of diners that were there. We shared two appetizers and each had our own bowl of pho. The spring rolls were a disappointment - mostly lettuce, some bean sprouts, and a tiny portion of protein - where's the vermicelli?!! The egg rolls came with no veggies (no lettuce, no pickled carrots & daikon), just fish sauce; there was barely any filling in them and they tasted like old shrimp. The pho broth was actually decent, good even, but they over blanched the noodles. Call me picky, but I couldn't eat it. I had the Mi Xao (Stir Fry Noodles) and I absolutely loved it. The red oily salsa went perfect with it! I ordered it with beef but I would recommend another meat since the beef was super chewy. Hidden gem!!! This place gets overlooked because of location & outer appearance. Practical decor, nothing fancy or artsy, but the foods do NOT disappoint!! You can't go wrong with their vermicelli or pho dishes. They are so rich in flavor, fresh, & perfectly cooked. They also have some Cajun dishes on menu! We have eaten here twice and second time. We came back to give it another try. It's a no-go for me. I don't care how the food is but customer service is everything when it comes to dealing with my food as well. The lady manger got upset when I showed her the hair in my food. Service- good Thai tea - watered down. Also I would like to make note they don't offer just regular milk tea. Chicken wings - lemon pepper flavor. Hot. However tasted frozen. My family is always excited to try new Vietnamese restaurants in DFW, but we were disappointed after eating here. The food wasn't bad, but it overall lacked flavor. The price is comparable to other Vietnamese restaurants in the area, but the lack of flavor will deter us from returning. More on each dish below: -Spring Rolls ($5.49): These weren't terrible, but they didn't really taste like anything. There was no mint or other herbs inside the roll to give it a pop of flavor. The whole roll tasted like lettuce. The peanut sauce did not add much either. I tasted the peanut sauce by itself, and it was hard to identify even a peanut flavor. 2/5 -Vermicelli noodles w/grilled pork ($12.99): This fell flat with my taste buds. The grilled pork was seasoned well and tasted good, but everything else about the dish was bland. The noodles were stuck together as if they might have been sitting out for a while. We had to request they bring the pickled vegetables that usually come with this dish out separately. 2/5 -Pho with brisket and meatballs ($12.99): This was the most solid thing we ordered. The broth was decent and fixable with hoisin sauce for a more saturated flavor. Everything else about the dish was passable. 3/5 -Fried catfish/shrimp + fries ($14.99): Not bad, but not good either. The french fries were the most flavorful part of the basket and were your standard set of chips. The catfish was a nice flaky texture and tasted fresh, but it lacked flavor. Similarly, the batter had a nice crunch to it, but it needed more seasoning. The shrimp was alright, and the tartar sauce was flat but passable. I placed an order over the phone around 8:40 PM for 2 combo phos, when i came to pick up the order was combo pho rice. I told the employee i had ordered the pho soup and he just stared blankly at me. I then walked out as it didn't appear he would help. I came back in a few minutes later asking for a remake as i would not be eating the rice plate given to me. When i approached i was met by a lady who spoke with rudeness straight off the bat and would not offer solutions. I then left crying because of how rude and dismissive she was. However, not ur typical spring roll. Their calamari is whole so be aware of that too. Pretty decent sized bowls for pho. The broth is actually very good, one of the best in the area so far! I know this place as Pho and Poboy back in Arlington and was sad to see it move locations but coming to the Mansfield location for the first time, I'm happy that they've moved forward. The food here is phenomenal. I always stick to the fried shrimp po boy and it never fails. Overflowing shrimp, crispy fries, and yummy spicy mayo! The service here is amazing as well. Always sweet and quick back when they were in Arlington and it hasn't changed a bit in their move. Like the ones form the scouting pad. The waitress quickly remedied it, and asked if I wanted another...I said yes, thinking they would comp it. This was not real Vietnamese food. You could immediately tell as the menu did not list items in traditional Vietnamese names and when I asked for a dish by its Vietnamese name, the waitress looked at me like I was from Mars. Bottom line: If you want food that offers a flavor profile that differs from the Asian cuisines you're accustomed to, such as Chinese, then try it. However, this is not authentic Vietnamese food. This is a lazy, cost cutting version of it. Spring rolls: The interior consisted of 3 small slices of shrimp and cabbage. There was no vermicelli or sprouts. Great if you're dieting. Not so great if you actually wanted the real flavor profile of a spring roll. Pho: It seems like they used store bought beef broth. Not real pho broth using overnight simmering bones in a large pot. Lacked the normal flavors of fresh ginger, star anise, and coriander seeds. No basil or cilantro. I could have made this at home. Chicken Bun (vermicelli bowl): Chicken was wet like terriyaki when it should have been charred and dry. There were charred peanuts (is this a Thai place?).
