I think sometimes I definitely have set expectations when we end up somewhere by accident and it's a certain cuisine. We love Vietnamese cuisine and Belle's menu looked very interesting online. Belle's turned out to be very different from your average pho or Vietnamese spot. The small menu allows for your average interested diner not to be overwhelmed. The staff are friendly and informative. I still could have used maybe a little more "opinion" but in the end, I can't really ask twenty questions about dishes I'm unfamiliar with. We were seated at the only banquette. It was very comfy, and brought a liter of ice water and cups. We ordered apps and settled in. Our waitress was so very friendly and sweet, obviously loving her restaurant and the menu. In short, the eggrolls were crispy and stuffed with chicken. The bahn mi flat grilled appetizer was served much like Nachos would be, and is nothing like you would expect, just "delicious" according to my husband. The Fried chicken wings are big, perfect and gloriously garlic with a terrific sauce. The small menu has a host of main courses that will let you venture out into Vietnamese cuisine and try something just a little bit new, like I did with Bun Bo Xao (Filet Beef With Vermicelli). Was it exactly what I wanted? I'll be honest. No. I prefer more veggies than just pickled carrots but the garlic sauteed Filet was exceptional with the noodles. Their nuoc cham is just delicious. We enjoyed our lunch/dinner and would definitely return. There is plenty of parking out front. The bathrooms are clean and there is a sink outside the restrooms to wash those sticky fingers!! read more

I ordered a takeout vermicelli and fried pork entree. I enjoyed the meal, the pork was grilled spot on and the noodles and veggies were crisp and fresh. The fish sauce was very good and the fried egg roll crisp with a very tasty filling . I've wanted to try this place for some time, and I will definitely be returning. Belle's Craft Kitchen is a Vietnamese restaurant located off Debbie ln in Mansfield, TX serving quality dishes such as noodle soups, rice plates, and more! I came by on a weekday during lunch to grab a quick bite and entered the fine establishment and was greeted right away. Inside is beautifully decorated and well-lit that set the tone and ambiance. As soon as I sat down, I was presented a nice colorful pictured menu and was given a water vase with cold water and a cup. The menu is limited to about 6 dishes which is perfectly fine due to the fact this restaurant is based on quality over quantity. I went ahead and ordered the Belle's Pho which came with filet mignon, brisket, and meatballs. In no time the pho was gently prepared and laid beneath my eyes in a lovely presentation with a nice silver bowl sitting above a plate that was garnished with crisp bean sprouts, fresh vibrant Thai basil, jalapeño slices, and a lime wedge. The pho broth was filled to the rim and was layered with rare thinly cut slices of steak, and brisket with the meatballs floating in the fatty glistening beef bone broth. The soup was topped off with sliced white onions, and roughly coursed chopped cilantro and green onions. The broth was very light but yet flavorful packed with the aroma of star anise, cloves, and cardamon and a tad pinch of cinnamon essence. The star of the show was the wide noodles they use vice the standard thin noodles. The noodles were cooked Al dente and had the perfect snap back when biting into them. Belle's Craft Kitchen delivers great tasting healthy food in a customer service driven restaurant. I'll definitely be back to try the other dishes such as the grilled pork chop rice plate or the red wine braised short ribs. read more

Found this place a while back and I am so glad we did! Belle's Craft Kitchen has become one of our go to spots in Mansfield. The chicken and waffles were incredible, honestly some of the best I have had in a long time. My wife got the shrimp and grits and cleaned her plate! Everything felt fresh and made with care, not rushed at all. The staff was so friendly and checked on us without hovering, which I always appreciate. We literally just got home from our first visit to Belle's Craft Kitchen, and could hardly wait to Yelp it! Located in the same space where Char'D used to be, Belle's also offers Vietnamese cuisine but with more focus on a handful of great plates. The few dishes they do, they do so well. The meat on both my sandwich and the rice plate were well-marinated, flame-kissed, and completely consumed by both our kids. Why not five stars: 2/4 items brought to us were wrong, despite pointing to the words on the menu for the server. They're still learning, and I'm certain I'll be back when they're better trained. Maybe numbering the items could keep things clear, even with a short menu. Also, prices are higher than what we're used to paying for Vietnamese food in this area. Came here for some Vietnamese food. The place is very clean and I like the decor. We were welcomed right away and were directed to where we could make our order. When we ordered, we didn't realize that we got charged for a different dish and that's what was given to us, but the staff was really apologetic about it and corrected our order. We got the vermicelli with pork and egg rolls and though it was a bit pricy for the portion given, it was very flavorful, fresh and delicious. This is prob the best pho I ever have. I have tried lots of pho places from east coast to west coast including California with west minister locations and nowhere beats this place. I got the belle pho with brisket, meatball and tendons and the meat was very tender and well done not overcooked. The broth tasted perfect for me without needing to add additional lime. Noodle was well done. Price is reasonable and cheaper than most pho places. Everything in this pho bowl tastes perfect and come together in harmony. I was NOT pleased with the food. Upon entry, we were seated quickly, but the server was too busy conversing with his co-workers to come and take orders. This place is so cute! Each table had a carafe with ice cold water which is super nice because we were able to fill our own water cups and not wait for the server for refills. I ordered the Belle's Pho and it was delicious. Broth was very flavorful and there was a lot of meat in it. The menu is limited but I plan to return and eat my way through it. The small things I think they are lacking they will be implementing (boba, chicken menu options, etc). I tried the house pho which was good but needed more seasoning. The drinks were really tasty. I just went to their grand opening week and I would say the food is decent. The service and atmosphere is great as it was quick and efficient. I had order their Belle's Pho which was a huge bowl in a stainless steel bowl with more to desire. The meat to pho ratio was not proportional and their meatballs was small and taste like regular grocery meatballs. The broth is ok as it had pho flavoring. However I did also order their eggrolls which was awesomely delicious and crunchy. The price range may be a little high but it's doable. I may return just to see if there other noodle dish is good or their pho may improve based on customer's feedback. read more

I'm pretty picky on my pho so if I say it's good, it's good. The broth for their signature pho has a great flavor that wasn't what I was expecting. They also actually had great portions. If I go to the other pho place off Debbie I feel like I can kill 2 bowls no problem and this place had me full off one. The egg rolls were great too!
