Let me start by saying that before walking into Mr. Brow's I hadn't gotten my eyebrows done in 10…read moreyears. I have sensitive skin and had had too many bad experiences with professionals and had given up and resorted to just tweezing. I finally decided to try again since I'm getting married in September and figured this was the time to literally put my best face forward. After lots of research I settled on Mr. Brows and booked a lamination/tint/wax. I showed up at my appointment not sure if I would actually go through with the lamination because I was nervous about how it would turn out. My brow hairs are very long but don't have a good shape and the hairs at the end grow straight down. The first thing Miguel said to me after I arrived was "ok so tell me what you're worried about". He spent time making sure that I was comfortable and would actually be a good candidate before going forward. The process was a breeze and this is also the first time I haven't broken out or gotten burned from a wax. As for the results? I don't know what witchcraft this is but I'm OBSESSED. I honestly did not think my eyebrows could ever have a shape like this and I've gotten so many compliments. I was worried that they would come out too bushy or huge but the great thing about the lamination is that after it sets you can style them to your liking. I've already booked another appointment for before my wedding so that things will be in tip top shape and I'm so excited. This is the only place I will trust with my brows.

One day, I was in search of something else on Google (don't remember what...either a massage or haircut or who knows...) and I accidentally came across Lulu Beauty Spa. I decided to be spontaneous and get my lashes done for the first time in well over 3 years (my only good lash lady retired in 2021) and called them. They randomly happened to have an opening that day, right after my haircut (ohhhh, yes, that's what I had been googling lol). I was so impressed by my lashes that I've been coming back every few weeks ever since (it's been about 4 months now) and as long as I live here, I will continue to come here. They also have some pretty epic facials and other things. I cannot emphasize more how amazing Lulu and her team are! I'm a very picky person who doesn't let strangers touch her face, but I'll keep returning to this spot!

It's interesting that your entire response focuses on whether you can find a name in your records…read morerather than addressing the actual concerns raised. The review wasn't about an appointment dispute, it was about the unprofessional environment that was observed during the visit. Instead of acknowledging those concerns, you immediately labeled the review as "fraudulent" and accused a former employee of writing it without presenting any evidence. That response speaks for itself. Professional businesses address customer feedback, even when it's negative. They don't deflect, speculate about who wrote it, or publicly accuse others. The fact that you chose to do so only reinforces the concerns about professionalism, discretion, and business conduct that were described in the original review. Readers can decide for themselves whether a business owner who responds to criticism with accusations rather than accountability is someone they want to trust with their time and money.
