I came in to get a no chip removed and get a regular manicure done. When she was removing the no chip I asked if she could please be careful when using the nail file machine. The person was going quick and filed the nail way too much. My nail bed is tender and you can see how paper thin my nail looks. It is quite sensitive at the time. 1 Star - Extremely Disappointed and Frustrated I rarely leave reviews, but I feel compelled to share my terrible experience at this nail salon. I went in on Tuesday for a dip powder manicure, expecting a long-lasting, professional result--especially since I was getting them done for my baby shower this weekend. Instead, I ended up having to return on Wednesday AND Thursday due to chipping, cracking, and breaking just a day after the service. The nail tech was rude from the start and clearly not interested in listening to me. When I asked for a simple nail design, she dismissed it completely, saying my nails were "too short"--which made no sense and felt like an excuse to not do what I asked. She refused to even try or offer alternatives. When I returned on Wednesday to fix the chipping, she just slapped on a clear topcoat instead of actually addressing the issue. I showed her the exact color I had originally chosen, but she insisted she remembered it better than I did. She dipped my nails in the wrong color, then had to drill it off--causing more damage to my nails--only to realize I was right all along. By the time I came back again on Thursday, I felt like I was the inconvenience instead of being treated like a paying customer who had to waste three days in one week fixing a service that should've lasted at least 2-3 weeks without issue. I am beyond disappointed. Not only was the quality of the service poor, but the customer care was even worse. This was supposed to be a special, self-care moment ahead of a major life event, and instead, it caused nothing but stress and frustration. I would not recommend this salon to anyone. I love this place. This place is the sister of HD nails which is on the other side of the plaza, I've tried it before, but HD for me is 8/10. This place is so much more calming, peaceful and patient. My tech was Hanna. She's SO GOOD. I came for a gel x removal and a regular manicure, she was gentle and so clean. This place doesn't have too much harsh / bright lighting, which I appreciate. It had been over a few decades since my last visit to this location. I never had a bad experience but since they have updated and renovated this location, their reputation proceeds themselves ! Tom was awesome and friendly. He was a great salesman in convincing me to do no chip instead of regular manicure for my busy weekend. I like that they send you text reminders the day of for your appointment. I would recommend to call ahead for an appointment since they are always so busy. Honestly disappointed. Came here to get the most basic design. A white French tip, during the process I mentioned to the technician that one of the nails were crooked- BEFORE SHE APPLIED ACRYLIC . she proceeded to tell me that it was MY FINGER LOL. As she is finishing up I make her aware of some length differences so she's able to correct them. Once we are done I am finally able to get a good look at the white French tip she'd done. Tried out this place yesterday because a family member recommended me it. I went just for a basic pedi & the lady who was giving me the pedicure cut me not once but twice. After the second time she cut me I got angry and told her "you're hurting me & this is the second time you cut me" and all she said was "oh I'm sorry". When I went to the register to pay I showed the manager/owner the picture I took of the cut and she said the same thing just "I'm sorry" no discount. I've gotten pedicures in the past & as a man I go 8 to 10 times a year since I run usually 12-16 miles a week & I've never gotten cut before till that day. Wouldn't recommend this place. read more

each person has different prices. the first picture shows set was $85 without tip and the second set was $70 without tip. both have designed and gems. the first picture has the french tip, and the second picture has XL nails instead of short ones. so i really dont know if the employees dont price services correctly or they just rip people off.... but why is the second picture $15 more than the first? even when the nails are longer and are powder gel. the first picture is my daughter who came in by herself for short designed acrylics. she wasnt told any pricing and wasnt shown a receipt. the person who did her nails for her seemed to be in a rush. couldnt even wait for the card reader to fully read the card before pulling it out, we had to try again 3 time because of his impatience with the machine. we have been there a dozen times and have had a french dip with glitter disigen and gems too it NEVER came out to $85... it came out to $75 for the set i just described and those where her prom nails!! so how similar sets all the sudden go up $10 when mama isnt around? are they overcharging because they know my kid wont argue back about improper pricing or has their prices gone up in general and they just havent told nobody. I came in for a full set and pedi today. The woman who did my pedi tried to upsell me to a more costly one. I kindly denied and told her the regular pedi would be just fine. After that, my pedi was rushed and my toe nails were totally obliterated. They were cut to all different lengths and the level of roughness she used was insane. When I told the pedicurist about my dislike, she blamed it on my toenails being too long. It made absolutely no sense. I'm never going back, and you shouldn't either. read more

They insisted I pay for the polish despite the poor job and I asked for the polish to be removed and I was happy to pay for the fill in. They ended up doing as I asked. I went for a basic mani pedi. No polish so you would assume that the rest of the mani pedi would be done well. The nail tech never spoke to me or asked me any questions. The first time I put my feet in the tub the water was extremely hot. When I told her it was too hot she rolled her eyes. She barely pumiced my feet and she put some liquid on my toes that burned. She left scrub they use on my legs. I was hoping she would do a better job on my nails but she used a very corse file on my very short brittle nails. Since I wasn't getting polish I was hoping my cuticles would get done properly but she barely did anything to them. I was so disappointed as I live close to this place. I called right after I left to just provide feedback to the manager but she never called me back, I guess they don't want my business. read more

If you need a great pedicure, ask for LINDA! She is phenomenal and really takes her time with you! You have to call and set up an appointment with her though because she is always booked! I always enjoy my pedicures with Linda I'm not sure of everyone elses name (sorry), but the girl that usually picks up the phone (with auburn/brown shoulder-length hair) is the SWEETEST person and she always puts me in a better mood whenever I hear her voice on the phone or when I get checked in! Went for the first time the other day with my sister for us to get pedicures. Didn't disappoint! The service was really great! The nail techs took their time and didn't make our service feel rushed at all, conversed with us and were super nice and polite (I know some people prefer not to but we initiated conversation ) Overall, they offered complementary coffee, tea, soda) which I thought was very nice also. They didn't rush me to pick a color, nor push me to get a service I didn't want (I've been to places where they do this and it made me uncomfortable), but overall they did a great job making my nails and toes look refreshed and cute! We had mentioned midst conversation we had went in due to wanting our toes done because we had a planned photoshoot for my sisters birthday, and you can tell the tech was definitely listening and super nice because she gave my sister a little gift upon the end of our service also! I came in for a simple one color no chip a week ago. It's almost completely peeled off every nail - 7days later. The nail tech not only filed my already short nails down so far that the tips of my fingers were sore, but didn't even bother cleaning up the mess around my cuticles! The no chip was cured onto my skin on every single nail, around every single edge. After a day or so of washing hands, showering, etc I had to pick the lifted parts of the no chip off which lead to more peeling. Then was charged $58 for it. I wish I could say this was a "one off" experience but I've had this happen before here but never this bad. I've also had other experiences where the nail tech refused to take the previous no chip off by soaking scraping, and used the filer instead which caused my nails to be so thin they actually bled through the nails - so painful. Save yourself pain and money and go somewhere else. read more

There are acrylic partitions to separate you and your tech , as well as separating you from the person next to you. This was my second time at this location and my first time with my nail technician. First, this location is so clean and sanitized! Your temperature is taken upon entry, required to wear a mask, and asked to use hand sanitizer. Every chair for pedicures and manicures have a clear plastic shield in between them. The deluxe pedicure is $45 Great service, massage, scrub, and hot towel Gel overlay with a design cost me $55 And they came out great! Prices are a little higher than what I'm use to but the service makes up for it. Tips must be cash, can't be added on your card. Lastly, my nail tech Andrew was awesome! He carried conversation, constantly asked if I was okay and approved of my shape and detail of my nails. Overall I was pleased with his service and will go back to him! I went 3 weeks ago & got a full set, the nails were all crooked, each and every one of them... but I didn't say anything about it since the nail tech Cindy was clearly in a rush to leave. She was texting and on and off her phone the entire time she did my nails. I understand that things happen and she may have just been distracted. I went again on Saturday, 03/02 to get a full set again since I hated how bad the first set was and I wanted to start over. I went with a friend last time and she loved her nail tech Rose, we however didn't remember Roses name and when we called to ask we only got Cindy's name. Not remembering she was the tech I had, we took a chance and scheduled with Cindy. While we were waiting someone at the front desk confirmed with me that I was getting a NEW FULL SET and she started to take off my no chip while I waited for Cindy. I'm not sure what this person told Cindy but when Cindy took me to her station she NEVER asked me what I wanted and she proceeded to remove my polish and before I know it she's adding acrylic to my nails and just about done. She NEVER asked me what shape I wanted or anything about my bails other than what color. I was so upset and didn't say anything because I was so frustrated. THIS IS WHAT SHE DID. Absolutely unacceptable. She never asked me what I wanted and for her to half ass this set was beyond disheartening for this salon. read more

I've been coming here for the past two years and have never had an issue with any of the techs that I've gone to. They always do an exceptional job and if you want or need anything fixed they will do so in a heart beat. They definitely live up to their luxury service brand and that is why I don't have an issue paying their prices. It is very worth it and I walk out feeling like a million bucks. I'm pregnant and was super determined to get my toes done today and luckily the super sweet host with reddish hair fit myself and my friend in for an appointment. I felt like it was the nail gods working on our side so we were hella happy. We were in and out within an hr (I got a pedicure and my friend a manicure) and once we were in the car I noticed that my nails were cut a bit too short and I felt this burning sensation on my toe. And yup, I got a cut that is starting to bleed a little and I'm lowkey heartbroken. Front door said walk in welcome, and they did take me in, but it seems appointment is preferred. They have tons of color options that it's overwhelming. The person that did my nails was alright. She wasn't quick and she was on her personal cell for most of my session. The place is alright but the pricing is a little too expensive. I typically don't even get no chip, I'm fine with just regular nail polish, but there doesn't seem to be a choice outside of no chip. The tools are sanitized as well as liners in the foot soak basin. They have so many nails colors to choose from and I like how they even have an abundance of no chip colors as well.
