He is my go to and I've been loyal to him for a couple years now lol. My nails last for about 6+ weeks and he always does a clean job and is the best at shaping/filing your nails to whatever shape you are looking for: square, coffin, almond, etc. This salon is clean, trendy, and very accommodating and friendly. Even if Tim is off, there is always someone available if you just walk in. It's a larger salon so there is space and never seems crowded. When I came in the first thing I asked was if they can do a French ombre and the lady said yes. She got the pedicure tub ready for me and it's the winter so I'm not shaving often, she asked who appeared to be a younger relative of hers to do my pedicure and nails. when I lifted my leggings she laughed and made fun of me in their language, in case y'all don't realize its very obvious in any language when you're being made fun of, her older relative told her something along the lines of,"shut up and do your job" but the whole time the younger girl was complaining about ombre and it just ruined the entire experience. They Ruined my nails!!I went in for a regular mani & pedi. Not a no chip or gel or anything special. First time going here and my last! The manicurist used some type of little machine tool on my cuticles that cut into my nail. All my nails now have a ridge across them...I have to wait till they grow all the way out! I ended up taking off the polish the same evening because it looked so bad. I left on vacation the next day, so went back when I returned. I talked with the manager and showed her my nails. She basically blamed me and said "it was there before I came in"! It was not! She didn't even bother to wait and ask the girl who did it (she wasn't in at the time). I asked for a refund and was told they don't do refunds. She offered zero solution and blamed me for the issue. Horrible management! I picked out my color right away (For a pedicure and new dip set with extension tip). It was busy in there for a Friday, but I was seen right away. They offer you two different kind of pedicures; a regular or a deluxe. I went with regular for this time around. Pedicure was just fine. I sat down with a different woman who did my nails, her name was Kimberly and she was AMAZING!! It was literally the best experience Ive ever had getting dip nails!! She cut my normal nails down nice and even, cut my cuticles, etc. she really took care of my own nails before she started to dip. The dip came out perfectly even, not bulky and was such a pretty color! She was incredibly friendly, sweet, very gentle and had an awesome sense of humor! She also waxed my eyebrows. Will be back to see her again and again! Pricing is great too: I believe it was under $100 for everything; regular pedicure, with dip nails, + extension tips, with eyebrows. I came into Wonder Nails for the first time in Jan 2023, and my nails looked AWFUL from a mishap at one of my old salons in my hometown that I paid a visit to during my time spent in my hometown over Christmas Holiday. I was so unsatisfied and Anna fixed my nails right up. When I got there I had an appointment and got sat immediately. I had my color already picked out in my mind and she got right to work. I do get DND or dip so it is a bit of the process, but she was very speedy and efficient. I was there for about an hour 15- an hour 30 and after it all my nails looking JAW DROPPING. I haven't gotten my nails done in so long and this experience made me very sad. Nails look nothing like how I wanted, very thin layers of polish, glue all over my fingers, bumpy, and little fibers in the acrylic. I asked how much the nails would be in the beginning and they said $55, I made sure to repeat it so i heard correctly and when I was paying they added another $10. I won't be coming back. Update: the person who did my nails said $55 and I repeated $55 and he said yes. Then you told me it was supposed to be $70 and made it 65? They said okay and told me what number table to sit at. Once I sat down they began removing the polish and I saw the salon was calling so I turned to the associate and said I think you guys are calling me and since my hands were occupied I couldn't answer. Minutes later the staff was yelling at me saying I made an appointment and asked who I wanted to get my nails done with? This review is for a pedicure only - had the deluxe pedicure, which included a longer + hot stone massage. I haven't had the 'regular' pedicure, but it felt worth the money to me = $50. I made an appt for 5:30PM online, but ended work early and they were able to accomodate me right away. The woman who did my pedicure was kind, thorough, and overall efficient - I was being particularly picky with colors because I'm in a wedding and had to match my bridesmaid dress, and she was very patient. I am not writing this review solely because I was dissatisfied with my review, I understand that when servicing many people in a day that It's inevitable that sometimes you might not get a nail tech who gets it right. I am writing this review because of how disrespectfully I was treated by Jessica the manager for no reason. After she tried to fix my nails with what the previous nail tech had done, jessica told me "YOU Should do your nails by your self." She said this to me in front of everyone and some Of coworkers also thought it was funny. It really hurt my feelings that she chose to be so disrespectful to me when I've been going to this salon for the past few months without issue. I will not be going back. I am attaching photos of what I asked for versus what I received. If you see this Jessica, I understand that you work with a ton of people and the service industry can be draining but this does not give you a right to be disrespectful and belittle your customers who are paying your high prices for an "expert" service. You also proceeded to have a whole conversation in a different language about me with your coworkers and I do not appreciate it at all. I hope you treat your future customers better. read more

I've been here twice so far- both times have been great. The interior is clean and updated. Friendly staff- Jessica did an AMAZING job with my nails. She helped me pick out a dip color and was extremely detail oriented. I would recommend making an appointment or go in during "non peak hours" as you may have a wait. I went in on a Monday evening around 5:15pm and had to wait a little over 30 minutes. They have complimentary drinks: tea, water and soda. The prices are great as well- $40 total for dip. read more

(I didn't put my finger far enough under the light to dry) He was aggressively gripping and moving my fingers after that. I was so uncomfortable. This was my first experience at wonder nails. I called and made an appointment and arrived at 5:45 PM. I realize immediately that this time of the day is quite busy in the evenings after work. My overall impression of the nail salon is, absolutely beautiful, the decor is lovely. However I would make a suggestion that there be a no cell phone rule when you're getting services done. There was a customer who was on her phone the entire time that I was having service done and she had a few bad dream and was very loud, that doesn't make for a relaxing experience.
