I came in, salon was pretty much empty except for two ladies. They are nice and greet me, i ask for a pedicure they say sure and we go towards the chairs in back. I ask if i can get pink base French pedicure and show a reference pic, the guy looks at me like im crazy but he says okay. I sit in the chair and he gets started. Everything is rushed and I had to tell him 3 times I wanted my nails trimmed a little for the French pedi (he never asked if i wanted a trim even though they always ask in other places) The pink base is cute but the white line themselves are pretty crooked (no pictures attached) Not the greatest, you have to look pretty close. They charged me $55 which was not bad and there was a discount deal going on so that was a plus. The job could have been better for the price point and not been so rushed. I went in at 6:30pm and they close at 8pm. He had me done by 7:05pm ish. I'm not sure if I'll be back

Genuinely one of the worst nail experiences ever. I'm not one to complain very often but leaving this nail salon I have quite a bit to say. I walked in with a reference photo in hand, I asked the guy doing my nails if he was able to do this design, he confidently replied yes. My cousin did the same with the lady doing her nails. Shaping was good for the most part from both me and my cousin. The issues came when they started on the designs. I will insert a photo of what we asked for and what we receive. We asked them and showed them the reference photos numerous times letting them know that what they were doing was NOT what we asked for. Instead of trying to understand they became upset and told us to stop asking to change the design.

My nails from this salon within two days. Looks terrible ! Chipping and the cuticles are scaly and dry!

Well, I totally regretted it. The male technician was very nice. However, today is Wednesday just two days later and my clear nails are so bad looking. Look at my cuticles and the chipping!! They look terrible!! I'm so upset! Never going back!! Just cheap quality!! Also I notice none of the nail clippers were in a sanitizer jar. Just laying around with crusty dead cuticles from past clients. I feel so stupid and it was pricy for both $80! Never ever going back !! I didn't listen to my sixth sense !!!

They didn't even let me pick the color they just kinda handed me one and said there using this. My filed nails are ragged and there are bubbles in the top coat. Did a shape i didn't ask for. Wouldn't go back or recommend. Honestly probably going go get another manicure somewhere else tomorrow

I was very busy and forgot to get my nails done. It was a Saturday morning, so all places were booked up. Something told me to try to call this nail salon that I always pass. I called and told the guy I have a busy morning and was three minutes away and he assured me he could get me serviced the minute I walk in. He did! It was 8/26 Saturday early afternoon and a lady with bright orange nails did my no chip set. She was so quick yet so efficient. I'm not sure if it's because I'm so rough on my hands but I'm telling you, Usually my no chips manicures are cracking by day three. This is one week. They're even still shiny. No bubbles, no cracks, no chips... and I've been taking minimal care of them. I'm extremely impressed! The girls who still get no chip manicures know what I'm talking about. I will go back every single time!

This was my first time coming here and I just went in for an acrylic soak off. As soon as I sat down, the woman pulled out a plastic nail tip and started to pop off my nails. I told her I wanted a soak off and she ignored me and kept using the nail tip. By the third nail, it was hurting badly and I kept pulling my hand back telling her it hurt and I wanted a soak off but she would skip that nail and do the same to the next one. By the last three, I was in so much pain that I told her I needed the soak off and she finally pulled the acetone out and soaked my nails for 2 minutes and then again started jamming the nail tip under my nails. I was so upset but I felt bad leaving so I let her finish (which looking back, I shouldn't have) and she charged me for a soak off. When I got to my car, I noticed one of my nails was broken in half. I attached the picture. I'm so upset that this can't be fixed.

Both my nails and my daughters nails were messy and unprofessional looking. The mani pedi was decent, however the nail polishing was not good on either of our fingernails nor toenails. I asked the nail technician to fix my toe; my daughter was too shy to speak up and tell her nail technician that she was very unhappy. I'm disappointed, but I probably should've read the reviews before I went there.

I've been seeing Tracy for about a year now and she never fails to AMAZE me! Hands down the best nail tech around. I will continue to use her for all the years to come

So glad I discovered this spot. It is located in a strip mall which is perfect for me. It is very easy to get an appointment and they have awesome appointment systems. Josie is my go to person, I always have fun with her and she enjoys doing my nails as well because I am always coming up with nail art to try. This establishment is clean and the customer service is on point. I would recommend this place. They got a loyal fan here. read more

Love this place and today decided to bring in my own polish and my 11 yo niece. She got a gel and French manicure and was soo happy with her new nails! I brought my own color and did a regular mani. Someone saw my niece showing her toes and they came to ask if she needed a pedicure. Instead she was able to tell her that there was some pain in her big toenail and they fixed it up with a close nail clipping and now she is all better! Everyone is wonderful here. I am not someone who gets manicures often, but I needed a manicure before working a gala event and brought a conservative color and was very happy that the person ( apologies I forget her name), but she did a terrific job on my nails! I'll be back again later for a pedicure for sure! read more

This is my go-to salon! They charge a reasonable price, they are clean, and everyone there is so kind. I've sometimes had technicians here who didn't do the best job, but when I've raised my concern, a more experienced technician jumps in to help without any argument. I now have my go-to person - Julie. She is incredibly gentle yet does everything thoroughly. All in all, I'm glad I kept coming back. They truly are the kindest people here and really value their customers. read more

Terrible service, booked appointment for me and my friend for an hour later. We walked in early got our color and we were ignored the rest of the time...asked for we water, they acted like I was asking for a million dollars. After that it was as though we were invisible. We walked out at 1:30, they didn't even see or know that we left. Ruined my friends birthday. read more

Been coming here for years, and will not return because of today's service. My dip manicure is incredibly spotty in its coloring, and I got laughed at for requesting an even color(which I only requested once).upon washing my hands I noticed more uneven spots but did not feel comfortable asking for a change due to the attitude. additionally, the excess powder was not properly removed throughout so my skin is dyed another color. bad service and honestly horrible quality of nails for what I paid. read more

I love this place the prices are reasonable and the people that work there are genuinely kind in every respect of the word. Julie is my regular manicurist and she had company from out of town and I was going on vacation she came in on her day off just to do my nails. That was the most amazing thing ever. The ambiance's relaxing and I feel wonderful every time I leave. read more

This place is a horrible place to get your hands and nails done. If I could give a 0 rating I would. The nail file was so gross and she used an old scrubber on my foot. My cuticles were not cleaned and nails were not shaped after she clipped them. read more

I've been going to Josie for my nails, and she's truly the best! Not only is she amazing at her craft, but she's also such a genuine person who really cares about her clients. She always listens to what I want and takes her time to make sure it's done just right. If I ever don't like something or want to make a change, she's incredibly understanding and never hesitates to fix it--no questions asked. Hate making bad reviews but was truly unsatisfied. Older gentleman did my pedicure and was extremely rough on me. Cut me twice - you can see where I'm swollen in the photo. Shape is completely off and polish is not even... :( read more

ABSOLUTELY hands down a terrible manicure and pedicure I have ever had but that wasn't even the worse part of my experience. I went in to show & let management know that I was not happy with the service provided. I had polish all over my cuticles hands and feet, cuticles were not cut properly, finger nails snagged on everything. They scheduled me to come back for a redo at 10 am. I walked in at 10:04, not a single person there could tell me who I was scheduled with. At 10:15 I'm assuming maybe the manager basically tells me that I need to sit and wait until they figure out who will do me. I let them know that I had to make special arrangements for someone to sit with my husband that has terminal brain cancer and I planned enough time assuming that I would be seen when I was told. The manager answers with I was late‍‍‍‍ when in all actuality he was late. He also shared with me no one wants to do the redo. After about 25 minutes he got a male nail tech to take me. He was very obviously pissed that he had to do it. This salon all the way around SUCKS!!!!! Nail service bad, sterilization of equipment bad, management terrible, absolutely the worse customer service!! I have reported this salon to state board. I don't believe all the nail techs are licensed. Go at your own risk!!! read more

What I got vs what I asked for.. I asked the girl that did my nails if she could for sure do my nails like in the picture... she said yes and to trust her. I would've appreciated honesty so I could maybe do something else.. it is my birthday and I Feel very disappointed. The lady doing my service was working on someone else at the same time as me... she rushed my service and did a messy job all for $75... The salon is in a strip mall so there is ample parking. The salon is also clean and well maintained. I have been to a couple of nail technicians and they all did a good job. The issue is the noise level. The technicians are talking across the salon. I know I am not in an ultra high-end establishment and overpaying but it is not professional. Everyone, including staff, have their phones ringing, those without clients are watching movies or social media on speaker. They also allow the clients to use speaker phone, very loudly. Unacceptable to not have a relaxing 30 minutes for a manicure. read more

This place has a cozy/bright vibe. Very spacious and I know many places get busy and it gets hard to keep up during the day but its safe to say this nail spa is flawless and clean. All the staff has been very kind and they always do a thorough job. My mani tech didn't mind adding a small diamond when I randomly saw them on her desk and it made my day! Sadly, I don't remember either techs name from today's visit. I am in love with my nails, thank you! read more

The worst nail spa I'd ever been for so many years. She did it hurriedly and when she applied the nail polish it's uneven and charging you lots of money. She should be thankful despite what she did I still give her a tip. Nasty Vietnamese employee. Don't go here. Horrible experienc.e read more

After passing the salon on multiple occasions I decided to try them out. I worked with Lisa and she was amazing, super nice and super helpful. She worked fast and did a fantastic job, always making sure I was satisfied. Honestly I recommend checking them out because this might have become my new nail salon read more

I travel from Blue Island to here, passing SO MANY other nail salons just for ANNA! She does AMAZING work! She takes her time, does it right and I NEVER have anything to complain about after leaving! Whenever I have gone ANYWHERE ELSE, I HAVE REGRETTED THAT DECISION EVERY TIME as NO ONE I have come across, (And I've tried a few other spas), can compare nor match the excellent job that Anna does!! I found my new nail salon! They do such a good job and take me in for an appointment on such short notice. They do a great job with my nails and are always very courteous. They also were able to handle my special needs daughter who wanted to get her nails done. Love this place so much! read more

I have given this place so many chances...time and time again I am disappointed. Thick and sloppy no chips all the time. Cuticles aren't cut correctly. One time they didn't even use water to soak my nails prior to cutting it. The nail tech kept filing my nails even though it was super short, I had to tell her to stop because it's hurting. I also continuously kept telling the nail tech that she isn't polishing correctly. The side of my nail doesn't even have polish and she keeps applying coat after coat while missing the sides. My no chip is so thick, heavy and uncomfortable on my nails. Instead of cleaning the nails with acetone right after each polish, she waited until the end to file all her mistakes. Last time I'm ever going here. read more

I went in and ask for Tracy she was so nice and polite she took really good care of me. she didn't rush on her work at all the place is very well maintained and cleaned their all ver friendly but I'll give Tracy a 10/10 will recommend 100% very professional place of business. read more

First time coming here, there was a about 30-40 min wait they were low on staff and there was 4 people ahead me. When it was my turn I went with Josie, she was really sweet and she worked fast!!! I didn't mind that she worked fast on me because I was in a hurry. And even though she was rushing with my nails she did a great job. The place itself is really modern and relaxing. read more

Honestly if I could give this place no stars I would. My nails are not even and the job was super messy. I asked for coffin shape and walked out with uneven nails. I wouldn't even call them coffin. Super disappointed, it honestly looks like my 4 year old niece painted my nails. My nails were fine but the man called himself an "expert", so he ended up adding extensions onto my nails. Nonetheless, The man was also super roughy with my nails and I had to consistently ask him to stop digging his nails into mine. He was also super rough with filling them as well. Eventually I had to ask him to stop. Definitely not going here again. The pictures I just posted are of my nails I got done about an hour ago. Shouldn't t look like that at all and I don't need to be no expert but to only have clear vision. read more
