I understood that they had no availability until Saturday, so I politely asked about booking for the following week and whether I could make the appointment online. The way it was said came across as rude and dismissive, almost as if they did not want my business. I believe every potential customer deserves to be treated with respect, whether there is availability that day or not. I came in ready to support this business, but after the way I was spoken to, I will take my business somewhere that makes customers feel welcome and appreciated.
