Just had the wagu bacon burger with sweet potato fries, and omg can I tell you this was the tastiest burger I've had in a really long time. Burger was cooked exactly how I asked, bacon was crisp with out being over cooked and had a glaze on them that made my mouth melt as soon as it touched my lips. 10/10 read more

Their salads are delicious, but their burgers lack seasoning. Their desserts are decadent and delicious.

Nice place!! It's fun, fresh, and has good environment. The menu is short and easy, the kitchen is fast even during lunch time and the flavor it really good!! I got salmon tacos and the almond tortillas are delish. I also got the vegan salad which I couldn't finish as it was a real good portion. Great spot to eat while shopping. read more

I've been to Ruggles Green before and enjoy the ambiance and the food each time I come. I'm a big fan of the City Centre. I came here with my boyfriend, my sister, and her boyfriend last night for a casual birthday dinner. I ordered the Mac and Cheese and my boyfriend the BBQ Hawaiian pizza. The Mac and cheese is good but dry, definitely not my favorite, mostly being a Parmesan cheese. The pizza however was really good, spicy and sweet at the same time! Also a good size! I'd recommend the Caesar salad and the BBQ Hawaiian pizza! read more

Food is not bad but it is also not great. Flavors seem muted and bland despite the colorful sauces. You get the sense the flavors are toned down to appeal to a certain demographic. Service is very good, but food is really just so so. Much more could be done but assuming this is not the format. Also the fish tacos are a bit of a fraud when you view the pics I took. All cole slaw with a scant amount of fish. Actually gonna give it a 2 star. read more

I called back to back for 20 minutes to try and place an order and no one picked up. Terrible customer service.

Silly me, popped in here as I thought it was Ruggles Grill. It was fairly quiet and plenty of seats outside, and a pretty sunset on its way. Having been blessed by the Parking God, found a space without having to valet. Had tried other restaurants close by, ho hum, saw the word Ruggles and jumped on it. Love organic but not these dishes, except for the brownie. Forget the food, really, not that tasty, the pork panini, tabouli, shrimp tacos, blah, blah, blah, go straight for the chocolate brownie and the Shiner Boch, can't lose on that winning combination. Wait staff served the wrong tacos and then came back and asked for more $, had ordered the shrimp tacos, not the chicken, their mistake but I paid the $. Trendy spot to watch wee ones taking their first steps go for better food at less trendy spots! read more

My co-workers and I went during lunch hour. It does get pretty busy. The only table they had available was outside. It was pretty sunny out and quite warm. I had the buffalo burger with sweet potato fries. It was delicious. The burger was juicy and flavorful. The fries were crunchy. One of my co-workers ordered the bread pudding. Even though the chocolate melted pretty quickly, it was warm and so delicious. The bread was soft and the white chocolate gave it a decadent finish. I highly recommend. read more

My fiancé and I came here with some friends for brunch. It was a beautiful day and we were lucky enough to find outdoor seating. Place is dog friendly too! Watch out for the tables by the trees because there were some unfriendly birds perched above that might add "ranch dressing" to your salad. We ordered the Cuban pork panini with sweet potato fries, blackened shrimp salad and the white chocolate bread pudding. The panini itself was dry but the pork was delicious and the fries were like your generic sweet potato fries. I really enjoyed the blackened shrimp salad. It had a lot of ingredients that don't seem like they would work together but it did. I also liked that they didn't douse the salad with dressing. To top off the meal we got their famous bread pudding which didn't disappoint. The pudding was warm when it arrived. The combination of the chocolate and ice cream with the pudding made it that much better. The pudding did come with some strawberry sauce that I didn't care for. Overall great experience with the food and outdoor seating. I would highly recommended the blackened shrimp salad and pudding. read more

Outdoor seating here is nice. Shaded area with a view of the surrounding shops. We came during lunch time on Friday and it was extremely busy. However the service was amazing and surprisingly we didn't have to wait long for our order. I ordered the spicy fish tacos which were pretty good, but not the best I've had. Most likely I'll be returning when I'm in the area! read more

Can't believe I've never reviewed this location! Had a lunch date here today and it clicked I hadn't reviewed it yet. Employees are always so friendly and accommodating and the food is always fresh. I've never had anything here I didn't like and this location never gets your order wrong! Love sitting on the patio and watching all the kids play. Inside is always clean and they are going above and beyond to stay clean and sanitized right now during the covid time period. Great job on the management here! read more

UPDATE June 2018 We revisited Bella Green and had a much better experience. We ordered from the summer menu and everyone enjoyed their meal. The food came out quickly and the service was friendly. We have visited Ruggles Green in many occasions and loved it. The new Bellagreen was disappointing. In fairness, we only purchased drinks so I'm not commenting on the food. The counter service was not nearly as friendly as in the past and the restaurant looked like it hadn't been cleaned properly all day-the bathrooms and floors were dirty which was never the case in the past. read more

I visited Ruggles today for the first time . I had heard great things about this place and how great it is for healthy eating. First impression - it was just OK , not great and it did not blow me away . I ordered the salmon salad and it was not the best salmon I've had , it was not even close . The Resturant is set up so that you stand in a line -order your food -pay-go find a seat and once seated they bring you your food . I wasn't really a fan of that either because if you need anything else you have to get up and go get it or get up and order another drink etc .... The staff was great there just wasn't much service going on lol . read more

Bathrooms were gross and dysfunctional. Half of the sinks and soap dispensers weren't working. The layout was strange. There were only two sinks for men and women and they were located in a communal space that was open to the public. Each toilet had its own separate door and everyone had to go around and try the handle of each door to know if it was occupied. The toilets were disgusting, pee all over the floor and toilet. It was clear no one was cleaning them with any regularity. The food was ok, definitely had better elsewhere. read more

This place is disgusting - when we got our food I went to register and asked for some extra plates to share food, girl at the counter grabs 4 plates which had crumbs on it from previous use. Asked if they were even clean and asked for new plates to replace the dirty ones - she grabs two more and sees stuff on them also. Busboy was cleaning the dirty counter next to her so she grabs his cloth he was wiping counter with and wipes the plates with them and hands the plates to me. Told her to keep the plates and told the manager about it as well, not that it seemed like they cared. Absolutely disgusting - I don't recommend going. Food is mediocre - support some other restaurants that cares about people's health and well being especially during these times. read more

This place is amazing! The food is high quality and the staff is very nice! It's hard to find healthy meals at a decent price but this place does a great job giving you quality and quantity. The food and service here are pretty amazing. This place is located in City Centre, kinda by Lululemon and Red Mango. You order at a counter, and your food is brought to you when it's ready. The interior is spacious and outdoor seating is plentiful. I ordered a Cuban Panini and it was DELICIOUS. It's really more like a toasted sandwich than a panini, but still good. The pork was thinly sliced and perfectly seasoned. The side of sweet potato fries was pretty generic but still good as well. The prices are also REALLY reasonable for the quality and quantity of food you get. Will definitely be back next time we visit. read more

They are located right next to the open lawn area. Here you have to be in line to order food and take your own table. From outside it looks more of like fine dining however once you are inside it has more of a casual ambience. They have plenty of outdoor seating. I prefer their outdoor seating over indoor seating, if weather permits. I feel that their indoor seating area needs some renovation considering that they are in such a prime location. Outdoor seating, on the other hand, is very nice, and hence in a pleasant evening difficult to get a table outside on peak hours. According to the restaurant, they focus on making each dish with natural ingredients. I do believe that they do use natural ingredients and their dishes seem to me to be on a healthier side. Well, and just like most healthy foods, not all of their dishes taste yummy. Imo their dishes are priced reasonably. This restaurant is a great place to hang out (specially if you could grab an outdoor table) and if you want to grab something on the healthier side. read more

Honestly I wasn't impressed with this place on my most recent visit. I ended up spending about $30 on lunch and was disappointed when the bathroom area was significantly unkempt. I've been eating here for years. Their problem IMO is the inconsistency. It's either great or terrible. Today was not good. The cashier was unfriendly and seemed highly annoyed that I pulled her away from drying cups to place my order. There were bugs flying all around inside and every few seconds you heard the loud "whack!" of a towel from one of the staff trying to kill them. The food was just okay. The cauliflower wings were a disappointment. I didn't see any cream for the coffee anywhere and I looked. Since I had my hands full of drinks, silverware, napkins, water, etc., I headed outside to a table. When the waiter brought the food, I asked if there was any creamer for the coffee. He said yes, H&H and almond milk. I asked if he could please bring some H&H and he said no it's self-serve, it's by the coke fountain. (I swear I looked and saw nothing). Just not a good experience today. Every chair outside had bird poop on it. Maybe they can hose them down once in a while or something. Great patio location though, the best in CityCentre. read more

i have to say i am a fan of Ruggles , although it's a bit over priced and i can't say that everything on the menu is delicious , i really like their concept and the items that are really good on the menu really make it up. i love dishes that feel light and refreshing but still makes you feel extremely full and satisfying and i think they do a good job here. my go to favorites that i would recommend trying: - grilled fish tacos - the salmon salad, substitute for garlic poppy seed dressing instead of the ranch dressing - cuban pork panini - turkey lettuce wrap , which could be a meal in itself even though it's meant to be an appetizer - sweet potato fries, i'm not sure why but theirs is just so good ! parking sucks at this location, and the restroom stalls stinks, but they have a nice patio and service is always friendly. i recommend coming here for a healthy lunch or dinner especially when the weather is nice outside , the patio is also dog friendly ! read more

Visiting from Virginia. This place is A+ amazing. The lunch of choice was the summer salad. Fresh greens, sweet watermelon, tasty peaches with pecans and a perfectly mixed vinaigrette dressing. And what's better: The staff from the cashier to the bus boy to the manager were all super attentive and friendly. Great place with great people. We are here for a few days and I will probably go back to try another dish. read more

Being Newley vegan, I am always looking for vegan restaurants to try. Bellagreen has a few vegan friendly menu options. I stopped by 3 times this week to try a few. The restaurant is clean with an abundance of both indoor and outdoor seating. I love the alternative fountain drinks that have compared to your traditional coke or Pepsi products at most restaurants. The vanilla agave cream & black cherry sodas are my favorite flavors to enjoy. I had the opportunity to try the veggie burger (can be made vegan or vegetarian), veggie spinach wrap, and the spicy roasted veggie pasta. The veggie burger was great and unique. The patty was semi crispy on the outside but a soft and flavorful texture on the inside. I do however wish there was an option for vegan cheese on the burger, maybe something to consider as it would be a nice touch. It also came with a side of sweet potato fries. This is a great option for lunch or dinner. The veggie spinach wrap was everything I expected it to be. The sautéed mushrooms were seasoned and cooked perfectly. Easy to eat, this dish also came with a side of sweet potato fries. This is a great option for lunch. The spicy roasted vegetable pasta was a hearty dish and very filling. It had a moderate level of spiciness (nothing to serious) that was balanced out by an equal level of sweetness. This is a great vegan dinner option, and although it was tasty it was my least favorite of the three dishes I tried. I give Bellagreen five stars. It's great if you are looking for a casual place to get a conscious meal. The outdoor seating is great if the weather is sunny or if you have kids because there is also a park where you can watch your kids while you enjoy your meal. read more

I am a big fan of this place. Food is freshly made with organic ingredients and great flavors. The staff is always friendly and very attentive. I really like the burger and the fish tacos. They are simply dishes but when crafted with great ingredients the results are top notch. Lately, I've been having the salmon salad, and I have to say it's outstanding. The salmon comes perfectly cooked every time, and the dressings are all homemade, it just doesn't get any better than that. My daughter loves the chicken tenders and the cheese pizza, by the way the cheese pizza is great. Also, save some space for dessert, the gluten free carrot came is outstanding. My wife is gluten intolerant, and that carrot came is maybe one of the best GF desserts in town. Overall, food is consistently great and several healthy options. i just cannot go wrong with this place. read more

Had the spicy chicken tacos, and they were fantastic. Not very "spicy", but that was ok with me. Just be warned if you like things really hot. Staff recommended the Saint Arnold "Elissa" IPA, which was also a great combination. It's my first time at this location, and I'm no Mexican food connoisseur, but I'd highly recommend. Nice atmosphere too, and decent tunes on the stereo. read more

The name change to this place has not made the quality of food any different (used to be Ruggles Green). My go to dish here is still the salmon salad with the salmon cooked medium. You cannot go wrong with this dish in my opinion. Juicy, flavorful, and plenty of food. Good place for outdoor seating on a beautiful day; get a glass of wine (or split a bottle ) and enjoy some good weather while watching kiddos enjoy the green at Citicentre. I've had a couple of successful dates here as well! Resulting in me gettin' summmmmmmmm..... side hug and cheek kissing action ... One of my favorite places at Citicentre and in Spring Branch. P.S. I've only been to Bellagreen three times and I will never ever return to that restaurant. The salads I feel that they had to many spices and it's overwhelming. Very irritated with my experience at bellagreen today. I ordered a veggie nut burger but was given a turkey burger and didn't realize until I had eaten a quarter of it. As a vegetarian, I was of course shocked and appalled by this. I took my receipt to the counter to show that I received the wrong order and the waitress gave me attitude as if she wasn't the one who placed my order in the first place. It seemed like she didn't care and had no remorse about the fact that I had eaten meat AS a vegetarian. Terrible service, will NOT be returning. read more

Bellagreen isn't what it used to be. We went today and the experience was terrible starting with the girl that took our order with an attitude, even after I asked iher if ahe was doing good.
