My toe nail started to turn black on the sides after coming to this place! So disappointed!

I went today to get a manicure & pedicure. I did not have an appointment but they still saw me right away. The inside is so nice & relaxing. A gentleman by the name of Steven did my manicure & a lady named Nancy did my pedicure. They did a fantastic job! I was very impressed. I've had many different people (different salons) work on my hands & toes & they are by far some of the Best! I totally recommend this place. read more

My first time visiting this salon. The atmosphere was relaxed and the staff was very attentive and friendly. I had the DELUXE MANICURE and the SOUL REFRESHER PEDICURE. What a relaxing experience. Both services took about an hour total. Tom was very attentive during both services to ensure my comfort. Never tried the paraffin wax before; it left both my hands and feet so soft. I've been going here for about a year now and it's always been a great experience. We walked in at 6:15 p.m. with a party of 3 and they still accommodated us with manicures and pedicures even when they were about to close. The staff is friendly and they always do a great job on my nails, and the manager he is very pleasant. 10/10 recommend. read more

I got the basic $30 pedicure today which included a sugar scrub massage and hot towels. My technician was named Kayla and she did a great job very gentle and was helpful picking out my color. The salon was very clean as well. Phone number is labeled on each of the chairs for the WiFi password which was also nice. read more

I have been very happy with my pedicures at Bellacio since moving to the area 8 months ago. The place is very clean, very quiet and relaxing. You aren't allowed to sit in there talking loudly on your mobile phone and I certainly appreciate that! They have signs posted around the spa with reminders to keep conversation low, which I also appreciate as I come to relax and be pampered. I'm always offered a drink when I come in. They have a nice selection of quality nail polishes. Sarah is my favorite for my pedicures. They use a timer for the massage portion of your service and I appreciate that because you don't get shorted if there's a rush. Each person gets their allotted massage time no matter what. read more

I bring everyone I know because of her! Holly does great on my pedicure as well!! This place used to be my favorite. The new workers they have though are NOT it. Front desk staff is super sweet. But the work they've been doing isn't as high quality as it used to be. Paid $77 for a pedicure and Amber argued with me about how I wanted my heels done. Refused to do what I get done every two weeks. Straight said no. Overpriced, not NEARLY as good as they once were. And wish they would keep the same staff long term! The new people just ARNT it. read more

This place is my go-to almost monthly. I usually go for their basic pedicure package that includes a 5-min massage with foot & leg scrub. Place is always neat and clean, including the restroom. Your visit gets you a free drink- water, wine, mimosa, soda- and their chairs are comfortable with massagers. I've grown to love their nail technicians who are friendly and thoughtful. They ask if the water temperature is ideal for you, if you love the color choice before proceeding further, and if the number of coating is to your liking. I come here with 2 girlfriends and we have a relaxing time during our girl dates. Prices are comparable to other salons. read more

I have tried this place a couple of times. The first time wasn't terrible, but also wasn't great. The last time was really unimpressive. They were very slow to get to us even after I called to make sure they had time for us. The guy that did my pedicure hardly trimmed and shaped my nails. Sloppy and more swan-like than a dove, but a seemingly easy fix. I was asking for a clean up of the gold on the white nail bed and an additional black stroke to create a full head rather than an elongated neck for the dove sketch. The artist was very upset I was dissatisfied with the results and refused to edit. The host or acting supervisor, was unhelpful and allowed a revision request to escalate to an uncomfortable head-on confrontation with me and the artist. I had no intention of getting involved in any such ordeal. I was sad, embarrassed and disappointed in the salon's mishandling of the situation. I request the store owner reach out to me about what occurred, so that it will never happen to someone again. read more

This place is just terrible. Customer service is Horrendous. Management continuously over books the salon. Every time I make an appointment which has happened the past 3 times I've been there I get seated and told someone will be right with me. Minutes go by and we get "5 more minutes" total is always 30-45 minutes. Like WHY??? When you take walk ins aren't you supposed to fit them around your appointments not during them? Like why even allow appointments to be made when you arent following how an appointment works. I understand waiting 5-10 minutes. But geez it's just pure bad management for you to not run your salon properly. Get it together. Us customers come there and pay SO MUCH MONEY which keeps your business open, Let's you have a job and an income and you so are so rude?? I always give multiple chances. But I've had enough. I do not recommend and it's a shame because the techs there are nice. read more

Had my nails done two weeks ago and they STILL look amazing. Great pedicure as well, I paid for the 75 min pedicure and it lasted the FULL TIME! Clean. Professional. And they took their time :) I'll become a regular at this salon! read more
