We didn't ask, they helpfully offered to do so. Hubby said the red sauce was really good, and he enjoyed the sandwich. I explained that we were simply disappointed with the meal and would have gladly shown what the issue was, but she told me the dishes had already been thrown away. She said she had shown the chef and that he makes it the same way every time. She eventually removed two of the lasagnas from the bill, but then came back and said the chef's response was, "If you never come back again, that's fine."
