Omg. Coming from California, we have Porto's but this place is amazing!!! Their cheese rolls, flan, and crawfish potato balls are sooo good. The owner Siv is so kind and I love when owners have a passion in their food and you can tell when you try it. Everything was so fresh. The place is really clean and the service is amazing. Great place for coffee with a cheese roll. Will definitely come back. Glad I found this place in Richardson. read more

Cuban coffee was amazing... sweet and smoky... enjoyed the cheese roll... was the perfect amount of both sweet and savory

Excellent! The food is delicious and authentic Cuban. The service is absolutely the best. I have tried many of the items and all of them have been superb. The owner is extremely welcoming and made me feel as if I was transported to Cuba in both taste and ambience! Thank you for making Cuba a part of Texas. read more

Food was delicious. The service was good. They were very nice with us. The coffee was good, we ordered cortaditos. They use Bustelo which is a good option when I am looking for coffee. The Cuban Sandwich was good, not the cuban sandwich I grew up with, but surely delicious. Would eat it again. It came with a side of fresh platanutres (plantain chips) and a side of mojo to dip. The mojo tasted more like the Goya (acidic and no fresh garlic taste), was ok. Desserts were delicious. We had the flan, but had pastelillos de guayaba and many other delights. They have several things that I surely want to go back to try. read more

This place was awesome! I liked the food and the Cuban coffee, but it was the level of service that stood out. The people there worked hard and provided excellent customer service. You just don't see that anymore. The place is small but that didn't seem to be a factor. Most people got their food to go. read more

Came here for the first time to pick up a few items. Took home the cheese roll. It was so flaky and delicious!!!! Also grabbed some spicy beef empanadas. I had a friend visiting from Houston and she said these were the best she had ever tasted and she ate it straight from the refrigerator and did t even heat them up! Last items were the ever so tasty crawfish stuffed potato balls. These were big! Great food. I will come back to get more to go. Yummy! read more

I went here on 7/9/23 and had the best experience! I had the Bella Burger, which had a buttery warm bun, a medium well cooked burger patty, and fried potato slivers, which were like little fries in the burger. If you are really into Hamburgers, you should try it. The crawfish potato balls were the perfect size, with alot of potato, and just the right amount of crawfish. I also had the Nutella Flan, which was amazing! If you love Nutella, or even if you dont, you should try this. I cant rave about the Nutella Flan enough. The place is clean, the service is great. The owner Siv, is so sweet, and so gracious. I definately plan on coming back here again. read more

Our first time, great food and great hospitality! Don't forget to order dessert! Delicious!

The lady checked my out is friendly. The flans taste really good but some flavor are so sweet. I like the coffee one.

This is one of my favorite places in Richardson! The veggie cubano was savory and sweet from roasted pineapple, and the black bean burger was full of spices. The flan was rich and delicious. The owner is also one of the sweetest people I've ever met, and she remembered my college major when I went back for chocoflan and coffee! Highly recommend :) read more

I come back religiously for the ube crème brûlée, and also for the awesome service! Miss Siv and the girls are just like their treats; so sweet! The Cuban is awesome with the plantain chips (addicted), and if I'm really hungry, the Bella Frita is amazinggg. The fried potato sticks with the garlic cilantro aioli is fire. Food and service were both excellent. Ordered Cubano sandwiches and the crayfish and cuban potato balls. We ate the potato balls during the short wait for the sandwiches. By the time the sandwiches came, I was already buying more pastries to take home. read more

Pretty good! Grabbed a little lunch and dessert the other day- cubano, plantains, and a pandan/coconut flan. The cubano is tasty- solid sammich! The plantains are quite good- nice and crispy and just the right amount of salt. The flan- yum! The pandan flavor shines in the nice moist cake that the flan sits on top of. The flan is nice and creamy and sweet- I want to try a regular ol flan to see how it is (assuming tasty). Will be coming back to try more stuff! read more

This little place is amazing! It's the closest thing we have gotten to our beloved Cuban food since we lived in Miami. Everything on the menu is fantastic. Wow wow wow wow wow. The first time I discovered Bella Flan was at a convenience store in Garland. Amazing varieties of flan and tres leches cake. Now to see them open up their new location in Richardson in addition to serving a cornucopia of delicious fried goodness/ balls?? Shut the front door. The moment I stepped in, I pretty much got everything in the case. The classic papa rellena, crawfish balls, ham croquetas, pastelitios de carne, and guava y queso pastelitios. You body and soul deserves everything they have to offer. Treat yourself. Also forgot to mention they serve Henry's homemade ice cream. Triple heavenly assault on the tastebuds. Also will be back to try their cubano with friend plantain chips con mojo read more

OMG Amazing little shop. First, I want to say Congratulations on opening your shop, a very difficult thing to do during the pandemic. I was craving a good Cuban sandwich and they delivered to perfection! started with the Papas Rellena the beef and the crawfish ............ amazing the crawfish had a perfect balance of crunch sweet crawfish and spice and the beef had a perfect flavor. the Ham Croquetta was really good too. The Cuban sandwich is definitely the best I have had in Dallas and better than most I have when I lived in South Florida. I got so excited with the Cuban sandwich and Rellena that I forgot to get dessert. the Flan is perfectly balanced not too sweet and cooked to perfection.............. I hate overcooked flan like I get in most Latin bakeries :-). I can't wait to try the Choco flan and the Tres leches, but they look as awesome as the flan tasted. I will be back Thank you Siv for being an amazing chef and owner. I am very glad to have met you and so happy to see good people be successful. read more

I have been wanting to try Bella flan since they had their storefront at a gas station. I finally tried it! The woman that greeted me upon arrival, so sweet, such a welcoming smile. The flan is my absolute favorite. The other sweets were fantastic as well, but the flan has my heart. The potato ball, I should've ordered more. I'm so happy I finally came and will be back to try the cubano!! I saw they have a veg option for that as well. Also, noted the cold items had "Best Buy" dates which helps since I bought so many. read more

WOW! To start: the food is absolutely delicious. I've never had a cuban sandwhich.... but this one was a 10/10! I placed an order for my staff lunch and it was ready in just 15 minutes. Cuba has a special place in my heart. I visited the island in 2018 and fell in love and they have done so much for my family's native land. Needless to say I love Cuban food. It's so hard to find authentic Caribbean food in Dallas, one of the my biggest struggle since moving here. I found this cafe on yelp and it has not disappointed. The owner is super friendly and sweet. I've tried the empanadas, papa rellena, and flan. Everything was tasty read more

Our first visit and we will definitely be back! We split a Cubano sandwich which comes with plantain chips (the mojo sauce on the side for dipping was a delicious surprise), a crawfish potato ball and two empanadas. Going to be a hard decision to stick with what we know is great next time or branch out! read more

Clean neighborhood café/restaurant with a super friendly owner and staff. We tried the meat pie, beef empanada, bbq pork empanada, and the crawfish potato ball. All were good, but my favorite was the bbq pork empanada that had a sweeter taste. We also shared the Bella Frita burger and it was very flavorful. Ordered the Nutella flan and it was smooth and silky. So glad we found this local small business. Kudos to Siv. read more
