It's curated in a way that feels intentional, not just "we stocked a bunch of bottles." You can tell whoever built it actually cares. And shoutout to Axel behind the bar, because she is amazing. Friendly, dialed in, and genuinely knowledgeable without doing the annoying bartender thing where they make you feel dumb for asking questions. You can tell she really enjoys working here. She makes a fantastic Negroni. Great vibe, great drinks, and the kind of place you immediately want to make "your spot."

My friends and I each tried their specialty drinks and i got an everything croissant. We had high expectations because everything looked so good on the menu. Unfortunately none of us particularly enjoyed anything we got. All of our drinks just tasted like milk (both iced and hot options) and my croissant was oddly sweet because of the filling and I didn't love that. The pastries are actually being shipped in from elsewhere (they have exactly the same one in coffee shops out in Naperville too lol). Which leaves nothing special here. It's also very small so it gets crowded and swamped pretty fast. You're really constantly stepping out of someone's way when you're just waiting for you order, so that's not ideal either. Likely won't return.

I often frequent during the week where it is less busy and the wait time is significantly decreased. Everything is amazing here from the fresh bagels, the quality ingredients, and the amazing service. Their handcrafted, fresh bagels will have you addicted (like me). They offer various Chicagostyle bagels ranging from plain bagel, everything, garlic rosemary, cinnamon, and some unique flavors like cacio e pepe or tomato grilled cheese. They also do a bagel of the week which rotates. They also offer a variety of cream cheese like honey vanilla, jalepeno, chive and bacon, and even sun dried tomato. They have a flavor and vibe for everyone. PERSONALLY, I go the sandwich route. My go to order is the 'Bacon Egg and Cheese' on a cinnamon bagel with vanilla and honey cream cheese. The sweet and savory flavor profile really does it for me. You can tell it is freshly made! I love Tiily's its a weekly visit for me! I hope it will be for you as well.

I got the bacon egg and cheese bagel on a cacio e pepe bagel with caramelized onion cream cheese. The egg was so fluffy and the flavors of the bagel and cream cheese complimented eachother so well. There were a ton of toppings but i do wish there was more cream cheese. I also got the chicago bagel and iced coffee. The coffee was very average nothing special. The Chicago bagel was not my thing. It had so much seeds and the second you picked it up they went everywhere. When you are chewing all you taste is seed. Not complaining though i wanted to try something new. Overall the breakfast sandwiches here are where its at! There is a reason why this place sells out and has a line out the door. I would suggest ordering online for delivery to avoid that. I did pay $32 for all of this ($7 delivery fee and i live close by). Kind of expensive but still worth it!

I wanted to take advantage as well because my job was reimbursing for meals so I went to indulge. I have been staying away from meat for the past year so I was disappointed that they did not have any meatless options for the breakfast sandwiches. I decided on the croissant sandwich, which had bacon, egg, and cheese. I also ordered a large iced coffee. Holy crap-for those 2 items-it was $17!!! We went back to our room to eat and the food was still warm enough. It was good but not like $12 amazing or worth it. The coffee was good. I had to ask for almond milk to be added afterwards because that was not an option at the self serve area. They had Stevia though so I was excited about that. The staff were pleasant. This place is also open late, like 10pm or 11pm! I checked out the deli sandwiches but they looked skimpy and again not worth $15+ so I didn't bother considering here the other days for food.

Don't get me wrong, the staff are great and work efficiently to get the hoards of conference goers and hotel patrons through the long lines but this place could use an upgrade. It looks like it hasn't been upgraded since the early 2000s and the breakfast options leave much to be desired. I wish there were some healthier options besides oatmeal, maybe something more protein heavy. Coffee was decent.

This is a fast casual spot so service was pretty fast. There is a decent amount of seating, most of which was surprisingly taken around 11am on a Thursday. For starters, they no longer have their rainbow cake! I was surprised to hear that considering how popular it's supposed to be. We got both banana lattes which were extremely sweet. It's basically dessert with a hint or caffeine. I'm a big fan of banana, so I actually liked this but I would've preferred half the sweetness. The Turkey Bacon & Egg Croissant was so good! A solid breakfast sandwich - the eggs were cooked perfectly, the turkey bacon was insanely crispy, and that sambal aioli was just what this needed. I highly recommend adding Avocado like I did for some freshness & creaminess since it's a heavy sandwich as is. The Cinnamon Roll was soft, moist, and not overly sweet. Overall, I really enjoyed this breakfast!
