Picanha

Spend your money elsewhere. Order: Sangria, Mussles in wine, Picanha hot stone + shrimp. Finished appetizer, waited 15 min, Sangria never came- told waitress to just cancel it. Stone was not hot enough to sear meat (photo), asked for second stone, waited 10 min- still not hot enough; 8 min of cooking for $24 steamed 6oz meat. Waitress argued that it WAS hot enough, blamed me for not cutting it in pieces. I did not eat the Picanha. Politely asked to speak to manager. Owner handled resolution very poorly; was not apologetic, did not care why I was dissatisfied- just comped the meal & in polite words told me to GTFO. Would've had no problem paying for what I ate. Came here really excited- not looking for a free meal. Go support a business that cares about their patrons' feedback, preserving their reputation & holding a quality standard. Wanted to support local but for 2x the price & no headache, go to Rodizio AYCE.

I was looking forward to trying this, but I had no idea just how good it was actually going to be. Not to sound dramatic but this food is more like art than just food. Everything we tasted was beyond wonderful. We will be back.

Balcoulou aka Salted cod & potatoes

Wonderful experience. The meal was one of the best I've ever had. Balcoulou was absolutely delicious! Reminded me of my mom's balcoulou from probably 40 years ago. Pichana was absolutely amazing as well. The balsamic reduction was so good. Sides were very flavorful; mashed potatoes, rice & black beans, roasted vegetables, roasted garlic potatoes. I tried a bite or two of the paella and it was also absolutely delicious. Service was impeccable. Our waitress was excellent. Lovely live music playing. Nothing rushed, very relaxing evening. I can't believe it took me this long to try. Especially with a history in Portuguese cuisine. I will definitely be back. Highly recommend.

I love this restaurant! It is such a good switch up from all the other restaurants downtown. I loved the food when I was in Portugal and am so happy to have a place that serves some of these dishes that I can't find anywhere else around.

Spiced Chickpeas with sweet potato

After a hike, we stumbled into Bela Lisboa when they had just opened for their dinner service. As the sole clients there (because who eats dinner at 5 pm?!), we were treated so well by the staff. They brought us complimentary appetizers, including hummus and a dish called "Queijo De Cabra Gratinado Com Mel E Nozes," which was a fig-infused goat cheese drizzled with honey, walnuts, and a tart balsamic reduction, served with crispy toasted bread. As delicious as these were, what had my taste buds doing a somersault was their Spiced Chickpeas. This was a simple dish consisting of delicously spiced chickpeas, served with roasted sweet potatoes, rice, and a drizzle of coconut curry sauce. When I inquired about the spice combination, I was informed that the spices included cumin, cinnamon, and paprika.

Ive traveled around the world being in the Army and all and I've had good food but this is 100% without a shadow of a doubt and I mean this 1000% the BEST food I have ever in my 25 years of living EVER had. The food was seasoned perfectly, it was so hot and fresh and you can tell it was made with genuine love and consideration. Xander is a legend. He helped us with all wines as he is 1 of 4 Wine Sommelier and a great one at that. The staff is beyond amazing and the drinks are to die for. I didn't get any dessert but seeing them come out I almost had to cause they looked AMAZING. I recommend you go and take your lady here. Have a night out with the fellas or even throw a work party here cause you will not be disappointed. When I get more time Bella Lisboa I will 100% be back. You will always have me as a customer here. Thankyou for the experience!!

Stone cooking filet mignon

This place is beyond amazing from the service to the atmosphere to the food itself. My wife is Portuguese and she literally cried tasting the chorizo. There is no better place to visit for an upscale Mediterranean place in the area. Highly recommend the stone cooking experience and the sommelier is phenomenal. A+ 10/10 great place

Amazing service! Food and drink was unique and delicious. We had a large group reservation and they handled the food and drinks quickly.

Birthday dinner.

The service and food were ok. One think I don't get is charging you a convenience fee! What does that even mean? Isn't 20% tip enough?

The food was good, we went at brunch time and it seemed like just one guy was serving us but it was good otherwise.

Brazeiros Knoxville is a full-throttle Brazilian meat parade that just quietly became the best…read moresteakhouse in East Tennessee; fight me if I'm wrong. You walk in and it's instant vacation mode: warm Brazilian music, gauchos in full regalia sharpening swords like gladiators, and that glorious smell of beef, pork, and fire that hits you in the chest. Flip your coaster to green and the onslaught begins; flip it to red only if you're weak or lying to yourself. The picanha is absolute perfection: juicy, rosy, with that salty-charred fat cap that makes grown adults moan out loud. The filet mignon (both plain and bacon-wrapped) melts like Wagyu butter. The garlic beef is aggressively delicious, the lamb chops are minted and smoky, and the house-special Alcatra top sirloin keeps coming until you beg for mercy. Don't you dare sleep on the grilled pineapple; it's caramelized cinnamon-sugar magic that resets your palate for another round. The gourmet bar alone is worth the price of admission: giant wheels of Parmesan, fresh mozzarella, prosciutto roses, smoked salmon, artichoke hearts, roasted peppers, and a feijoada station with all the fixings. The hot sides (crispy polenta, garlic mashed potatoes, blackened plantains) keep rolling out like they're trying to bankrupt you in the best way. Cocktails? The caipirinhas are made with real cachaça and fresh lime that'll make you question every watered-down version you've ever had. The wine list has big South American reds ready to stand up to the meat storm, and the passion-fruit mojito is summer in a glass. Service is pure Southern hospitality with Brazilian swagger; gauchos remember your favorites, keep the good cuts coming, and treat every table like it's a celebration. Even when it's slammed on a Saturday night, everything flows like a well-oiled machine. Yes, it's all-you-can-eat premium protein, but it never feels chain-restaurant or rushed; it feels like you've been invited to a Brazilian family's backyard cookout that happens to have air-conditioning and an endless supply of filet. Knoxville, you didn't know you needed a rodizio this good, but now that Brazeiros is here, nothing else will ever be enough. Birthdays, date nights, post-game feasts, or just "I deserve this today"; every occasion feels bigger here. I walked in hungry and left three hours later in the happiest food coma of my life, already texting friends to clear their weekend. Obrigado, Brazeiros. You've ruined me for regular steakhouses forever, and I'm 100% here for it. See you next Friday; card flipped to green and staying there.

Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from start to finish. The restaurant itself felt run-down and dated, but honestly that wouldn't have mattered if the food had been great -- it wasn't. The salad bar was below average and poorly maintained, with several items needing to be restocked. We were there for about an hour, and during that entire time there was never fresh cheese bread or bananas -- just two old pieces that looked like they had been sitting out long before we arrived. We asked multiple times for fresh ones, but nothing ever came. The meat was just okay, the shrimp was not edible, and overall the food lacked the quality I expected. The pineapple was one of the few highlights. The manager asked how things were, and when we gave honest feedback, she seemed surprised but didn't really make any effort to address the issues or improve the experience. Even her overall presentation felt reflective of the restaurant itself -- unkempt and lacking attention to detail. The entire visit felt like a place operating without much pride or urgency, which is unfortunate because the brand has strong potential based on how good it once was. I rarely leave reviews -- in fact, I literally downloaded this app again after years just to share how disappointed I was. This location is hurting the brand. I genuinely hope things improve, because right now it feels like it probably won't make it much longer. Update... I have to update this review due the fact that all 3 of my family members who ate here including me got horrible food poisoning here. Extreme vomiting and also the other end. What a nightmare!!! The only one who dodged a bullet was my mom who decided she rather have a poke bowl at the pace down the street. I will be contacting corporate!
