Truly knows what customer service is. Jen made sure that my order was replaced with a completely new order when I brought it to her attention that my order wasn't quite right. No questions asked, she told me to just call and let her know when I wanted to come by and get the replacement order. First, food arrived hot and in original time promised. Flavors were great, with some unique flavors in the dishes. The Black Bean sauce added a new taste to the Hunan chicken. The Orange chicken had nice, crispy pieces. Only drawback was all pieces too big to handle with chopstix. Hot n Sour soup had a pleasant under flavor not easy to describe. We read the reviews before we ordered takeout and we were very excited. We ordered the orange chicken and the pineapple fried rice. The orange chicken had sponge like texture and the orange chicken sauce was runny and almost flavorless to add the chicken had a very fishy flavor. The fried rice was severely over cooked and lacked quality. My third bite into the rice I bit into something very hard almost like sandy and grainy. I didn't eat my food after that. I love fried rice and I understand everyone make theirs differently. We were very disappointed in the quality of our food and the taste. Our neighbors told us this place had new owners and the food was tasty and of ample quantities. Since they're bona fide foodies we ran over for lunch the very next day. We split....75/25....a lunch special General Tso's chicken which comes with an eggroll, we chose wonton soup and got an extra cup, we loved the Tso's, the broth in the wonton soup had lots of flavor and the wontons were large and tasty, the eggroll was good too. We also shared some topnotch crab Rangoon....yup....same 75/25 split....me getting the 75 share. We almost over ordered, we'll be back for more and soon! Legit little neighborhood Chinese restaurant. Super fast great service and I love the option to order online. They will call to clarify if you miss a specification for any dishes ordered (which is how we discovered the crepes for the moo shu chicken). Get. The. Crepes!!! They're thin but spongey and really absorb the flavors from the moo shu. You can make yourself a little Chinese burrito! On that note, their food is amazing. We've eaten here several times and have never been disappointed. Huge portions as well so look forward to leftovers for the next couple of days. My favorite dish is the combination vermicelli. I see a red blaring sign posted to the door that spells out "unsatisfactory" We get out to look at the small fine print. In short, it states "Williamson County rates this restaurant as UNSATISFACTORY" I immediately left and I have one question... if they are unsatisfactory... why are they still open? The spice can be on the stronger side & I love spicy food that most other people wouldn't enjoy. The Katsu and Teriyaki came with fresh steamed broccoli/carrots and Ginger on the side which helped add a bit of freshness to the meal. When I moved to Siberia (aka Round Rock) from Austin a year ago, my boyfriend told me I wouldn't regret it because he had the best Chinese food around the corner from his house. I definitely did not believe him. I'm from NJ/NY where Asian food is everywhere and it's phenomenal... Texas? Not so much. But oh was I wrong. Everything I love about Chinese food back on the east coast can be found at Beijing. We love the American traditional dishes (sesame chicken, steamed dumplings) but we also loooove their Sichuan dishes (dry pot, eggplant, spicy chicken). They also have the best fortune cookies I've ever had. I honestly do not care if Christine (the owner) has RBF. She can be mean to me all she wants as long as I get to eat her food. And honestly, she's incredibly sweet. The people that are rude about her attitude on here don't understand that southern hospitality is cultural and not everyone is accustomed to warm and fuzzy greetings. If it upsets you, get delivery. Otherwise, stick around long enough to get past the initial coldness and you'll see a really wonderful family run restaurant that works hard and produces delicious food- you won't regret it. read more

The rice was missing something (maybe soy sauce) the the reason for my two stars is the chicken was TERRIBLE. I tried to email Beijing Express directly rather than doing a yelp review, but there is no way to contact them from their website. I ordered Uber Eats tonight. Hot and sour soup, moo shu beef with rice, and egg roll. The egg roll was delicious!!!!!!!! The moo shu beef has no salt. The hot and sour soup... OMG where do I begin? It is SWEET!!!!!!! I put it in a pan on the stove and added onion, pepper, and a TON of rice vinegar. It was then edible, but it was still so sweet that it left a weird feeling in my throat. I wish that they had a way to contact them directly because perhaps this was just an off night. read more

Steer clear of this place. I could write a cutesy review - but sometimes people just need a straight warning. 1. The oil my egg roll was fried in was stale. 2. The fortune cookie in a plastic bag was also stale. Considering that those things are meant to have a substantial shelf life - that cookie was probably very old. 3. I left the restaurant with the bad taste of super old cheapo chicken. There are unreliable suppliers who provide dubious chicken to some lower end Mexican and Chinese restaurants here in Texas.
