Unfortunately, it wasn't as great as I hoped. My favorite of the night was definitely the Pineapple Crazy Day, a super tasty double IPA with an impressive 8.0% ABV. We got a bit hungry and ordered through the QR reader of Craftz Lounge the focaccia pizza and ribeye-loaded tots. Both were flavorful and definitely on the greasy side -- but in the best way, perfect for pairing with beer. The atmosphere is cool and relaxed. The guy at the register (I wish I remembered his name!) was really nice and knowledgeable about the beers, which made the experience better. Bathrooms are just okay -- they share them with other businesses, so nothing special, but functional. Overall, a fun spot to hang out, grab a bite, and enjoy a few beers.

I've been a regular for about 2-3 years now and I have not let up on visiting here regularly. The service at the bar is always awesome! All the staff are nothing but friendly. Much respect to security. The many choices of things to order at the bar are just as plentiful as all the arcades they have to offer. From pinball machines, to retro arcades, to the classic ski-ball and air hockey... they have just about everything! Even Street Fighter II and classic Mario Bros! Too much to name! Definitely have to return for those and the atmosphere was very delightful. The manager Michael seated us and was very pleasant. Dania was our server and she was ver y nice as well. Consistency keeps us coming back. It's a small spot, so either make reservations or come early to snag a table. Highly recommend if you're in downtown Riverside!

He assisted us quickly while we waited for our table, and that first impression was great. Overall, while the food and some staff were excellent, the service from the two servers on the patio took away from the experience.
