I purchased tickets to a community steam and met amazing community members who were sauna experts. It is extremely relaxing to sit in the sauna and enjoy the steam. In between 15/20 minute rounds, they have yard games, a fire pit, and a cold bucket. I love the offerings and can't wait to see all that is to come for this location! It was also my first time trying this particular type of well was treatment so I I have nothing to compare it to. I booked a 90minute float therapy session Good: Made a last minute appointment and was able to get in so I loved that. The front desk staff was nice when welcoming me. They also have a vending machine that sells THC beverages which was nice. They encouraged me to use the bathroom which was very clean and well stocked. Then essentially explained what to expect while in the room and pretty much left me alone. That was nice. The not so good: An even better experience would have been to offer robes before going into the float room or something to get guest more relaxed before going into the tank. Or maybe a glass of cold water. I understand wanting to control water intake but it gets pretty warm in the room and you get thirsty! There was no soap available and you are required to shower before getting into the tub. I didn't realize what was in the shower was shampoo and conditioner because they weren't labeled. They give you a thing to support your head while floating but I think providing goggles or some sort of eye protection would have been epic. Maybe someone more seasoned would have know to bring something but it was my first time. So of course I got salt in my eyes. Very uncomfortable. There was also no sort of lotion for after the session I did ask about it and was told they had a shipment delayed and so they didn't have any of the things you'd expect to be standard at a spa. While I understand. It would have been a good idea to include a care note or something to give a head up. That was disappointing In summary. I didn't have a bad time or a great time. It was just okay. The float therapy itself was good but I think the business missed the mark on the pre and post care for me.

There were two saunas to choose from, and we went back and forth to both several times. Each sauna has a water dipper and a selection of oils, as well. The hardest park was walking down to the lake with out falling down to get the bucket of freezing lake water to pour on ourselves (we didn't plunge because the lake was frozen, but come back closer to spring and you can just jump in). There was convenient parking, cool water for drinking, and a friendly attendant who kept the fires burning and kept track of your session time. I felt incredibly relaxed after our 75 minute session, and it lasted the rest of the day. Would definitely go back!

You can switch between the two cabins, one is a more traditional sauna and the other is more like a greenhouse, and then bop down and lake a dip in Cedar Lake. There is also a cute little seating area with string lights and chairs. It's in the parking lot, so parking was incredibly easy and you're right there so no long walk. They supplies water to drink and essential oils to put on the sauna. There was one person looking out for us the whole time, and she would check on the fires--she was great!
