Got a pretty good Groupon for service here and decided to try. I have mixed feelings here so I'll…read moreshare the good and the bad. It was also my first time trying this particular type of well was treatment so I I have nothing to compare it to. I booked a 90minute float therapy session Good: Made a last minute appointment and was able to get in so I loved that. The front desk staff was nice when welcoming me. They also have a vending machine that sells THC beverages which was nice. They encouraged me to use the bathroom which was very clean and well stocked. Then essentially explained what to expect while in the room and pretty much left me alone. That was nice. The not so good: An even better experience would have been to offer robes before going into the float room or something to get guest more relaxed before going into the tank. Or maybe a glass of cold water. I understand wanting to control water intake but it gets pretty warm in the room and you get thirsty! There was no soap available and you are required to shower before getting into the tub. I didn't realize what was in the shower was shampoo and conditioner because they weren't labeled. They give you a thing to support your head while floating but I think providing goggles or some sort of eye protection would have been epic. Maybe someone more seasoned would have know to bring something but it was my first time. So of course I got salt in my eyes. Very uncomfortable. There was also no sort of lotion for after the session I did ask about it and was told they had a shipment delayed and so they didn't have any of the things you'd expect to be standard at a spa. While I understand. It would have been a good idea to include a care note or something to give a head up. That was disappointing In summary. I didn't have a bad time or a great time. It was just okay. The float therapy itself was good but I think the business missed the mark on the pre and post care for me.

The back massage was done very well and helped reduce tension. The therapist was attentive and…read moreprofessional. The room felt a bit cool, but overall it was a good experience.

The temps vary as to be expected but I like that they have varying levels of heat to choose from. I also like that the cold plunge is not below 40 degrees...it's healthier for women to be more around 50 degrees so it's basically in the middle which is perfect. The aesthetics here are gorgeous and calming...love it.

First time with a sauna experience like this. I've used saunas at some hotels, but only on rare…read moreoccasions, and nothing quite as immersive (no pun intended) as this. What better way to reinvigorate yourself than with a nice sauna. I was in town and hanging out with my older son. It was the Saturday after Thanksgiving. We arrived first thing in the morning. There were already several other people there. After signing the waivers and giving our contact info, we got suited up to go inside the sauna area. The place is well designed, spacious, with some chill music playing. There are three saunas, hot, hotter, and a wood one outdoors. There is also a plunge pool inside. The first thing I noticed is that most people there are outwardly friendly. And you quickly realize that you are now part of the Thermoculture. People are polite, interested in your experience, and eager to help you onboard. When they suggested that a trip through the plunge pool would do me good, I was sure that was never going to happen and said so. But in the next hour, I did the sauna rotation while also including the plunge pool, walking from one end to the other. Maybe next time I will actually take the plunge and go all the way under. My one disappointment and criticism is that the wood fired sauna never got hot enough for actual use. Perhaps they need to start the fire sooner so it gets up to temperature for early morning customers. Maybe next time!

They provide the towels along with a cool eucalyptus towel which was super refreshing. They also have a tv with YouTube, Netflix and more and I was able to put a sound bath on YouTube. Overall I loved how much you're able to customize your sauna experience and there are also showers with everything you would need. There is also lots of free parking out front which is great. Jack helped me get set up and was very friendly as well! I'll definitely be back for a single session in the future.

WAY exceeded my expectations!…read more I've never felt comfortable in public saunas (smelly, people coughing, talking, just hard to relax and feel sanitary) so a private sauna intrigued me. This place is so clean and smells fresh, and not like "spray febreeze over the sweat/smell" fresh, I mean it really is genuinely clean. It's also quiet, relaxing, and very accommodating. The sauna itself is spacious. Some of the rooms have showers with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Every room has a massive TV (sound system is inside the sauna) with Netflix, Hulu, and YouTube. I like playing meditation videos on YouTube personally! You're given plenty of towels (floor, face, and body) and they put a chilled eucalyptus towel in the room for when you're done. There's a control panel in the sauna for you to change the temperature, duration of the session, change the color of the lights, and turn off/on the red light therapy panel. My session was so relaxing and comfortable, I look forward to going back! Your first session is only $20 -- I highly recommend treating yourself :)
