This is the newest sauna spot in Minneapolis!…read more For about $40 you get a 2 hours immersive sauna experience. I purchased tickets to a community steam and met amazing community members who were sauna experts. It is extremely relaxing to sit in the sauna and enjoy the steam. In between 15/20 minute rounds, they have yard games, a fire pit, and a cold bucket. I love the offerings and can't wait to see all that is to come for this location! Pro tip - bring slides, a robe, and a towel to sit on! I will be back.

It was full, but didn't feel overwhelming, there was plenty of space to sit and enjoy the heat. The cold plunge was very cold, just the way it should be. As a Finnish American, I find the way this business uses sauna culture disrespectful and…read moreembarrassingly superficial. Sauna is a centuries-old Finnish tradition rooted in respect, community, and restoration--not a gimmick. Even more disturbing is the owner's refusal to directly address questions about Nazi insignia. If you are comfortable profiting from another culture while dodging something this serious, you have no business claiming to represent what sauna culture stands for. I would not support this business.

WAY exceeded my expectations!…read more I've never felt comfortable in public saunas (smelly, people coughing, talking, just hard to relax and feel sanitary) so a private sauna intrigued me. This place is so clean and smells fresh, and not like "spray febreeze over the sweat/smell" fresh, I mean it really is genuinely clean. It's also quiet, relaxing, and very accommodating. The sauna itself is spacious. Some of the rooms have showers with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Every room has a massive TV (sound system is inside the sauna) with Netflix, Hulu, and YouTube. I like playing meditation videos on YouTube personally! You're given plenty of towels (floor, face, and body) and they put a chilled eucalyptus towel in the room for when you're done. There's a control panel in the sauna for you to change the temperature, duration of the session, change the color of the lights, and turn off/on the red light therapy panel. My session was so relaxing and comfortable, I look forward to going back! Your first session is only $20 -- I highly recommend treating yourself :)
