I love this place! When I'm overdue for some much needed self care time and have knotted up muscles and a serious crabassery attitude, this is my go to! Ive tried one other float place in the cities and it just didn't even come close to being as great as this place. I'll be honest, I used to go to their original location and still bummed they relocated farther away from me. So I no longer buy the monthly pass option (which is SO worth it). The difference between this place and the other one I've been to in Roseville areas is there is something about the water solution here that my body seems to respond better to. The other place made my body feel agitated and stimulated (not what I need!) whereas the water solution her dang near puts me to sleep every time and when I get out, I feel as relaxed as a sleepy baby! Their private float rooms are also so nice, modern and relaxing.

Tank has light you can control - on/off/color, and music on/off/volume.

True float experience - perfectly built room/tank for sound proofing and total darkness. Sai gives a killer massage - never have my neck muscles or my erector muscle attachments been so well manipulated. I recommend the float first, massage second. And give yourself another 15 minutes afterward to come back to earth so you can talk/drive

If you haven't tried floating, do it! Best experiment I've done. My right joints and sore back were finally elevated of pain.

Got a pretty good Groupon for service here and decided to try. I have mixed feelings here so I'll…read moreshare the good and the bad. It was also my first time trying this particular type of well was treatment so I I have nothing to compare it to. I booked a 90minute float therapy session Good: Made a last minute appointment and was able to get in so I loved that. The front desk staff was nice when welcoming me. They also have a vending machine that sells THC beverages which was nice. They encouraged me to use the bathroom which was very clean and well stocked. Then essentially explained what to expect while in the room and pretty much left me alone. That was nice. The not so good: An even better experience would have been to offer robes before going into the float room or something to get guest more relaxed before going into the tank. Or maybe a glass of cold water. I understand wanting to control water intake but it gets pretty warm in the room and you get thirsty! There was no soap available and you are required to shower before getting into the tub. I didn't realize what was in the shower was shampoo and conditioner because they weren't labeled. They give you a thing to support your head while floating but I think providing goggles or some sort of eye protection would have been epic. Maybe someone more seasoned would have know to bring something but it was my first time. So of course I got salt in my eyes. Very uncomfortable. There was also no sort of lotion for after the session I did ask about it and was told they had a shipment delayed and so they didn't have any of the things you'd expect to be standard at a spa. While I understand. It would have been a good idea to include a care note or something to give a head up. That was disappointing In summary. I didn't have a bad time or a great time. It was just okay. The float therapy itself was good but I think the business missed the mark on the pre and post care for me.

The back massage was done very well and helped reduce tension. The therapist was attentive and…read moreprofessional. The room felt a bit cool, but overall it was a good experience.

I haven't used all their services, but I've gone floating multiple times at the Hudson location…read more I've always been very happy with my experience there. The various staff I've interacted with were all friendly and knew a lot about float therapy. The vibes of the building are clean and peaceful. I'm happy with the amount of options you have with regards to floating -- music off or on, lights off or on (in the water and in the room), etc. The building is pretty quiet, except one time I think they were doing maintenance or something down the hall and it was a bit noisy so I just turned on the fan to mask the noise and it solved the issue. The water is sometimes a little on the cooler side, but they have heaters by the mirror in the room when you get out so that helps you warm back up. I haven't used any of their other services yet, but I plan on it.

I had a few trips here for the float tank, sauna, and massages, I was a huge fan…read more We're in the midst of the pandemic, I paid for the 3 pass massages. It's not that great of a deal when you calculate it, but I thought it would help them as these types of business have been hit hard by the pandemic. One morning I woke very ill, I had a massage scheduled. I've never canceled an appt before. I called to reschedule and was told about the cancellation fee, I was surprised they would have this during a pandemic when people should be encouraged to protect others and practice caution. I asked if they would consider waiving it since it's a pandemic, I don't know what I am sick with. I got an earful, basically it's the owners policy and that I could come in or pay the fee. I asked if it mattered to them if I got anyone sick, the response was they shouldn't be out of the money for the therapist. I explained I felt bad about that but it seems irresponsible as a business when you have a sick client. She then asked me if I would pay for the FULL massage and they would not charge the fee on top, and not come since I felt bad about canceling, WHAT?? I already paid hundreds upfront to try to support this business in the first place. I couldn't believe it. I would have paid the fee had they approached it with empathy, I was really scared since the illness came on so suddenly, but it was the way I was being treated. They ended up waiving the fee, I think it finally hit home that it's a pandemic and thousands have died, but they made sure to let me know next time I'd have to pay it...like there'd be a next time. I thought I was doing the right thing. What's also terrible, never once did they say "sorry you're not feeling well." The only concern was charging me the fee or for the full service again, they didn't care if I came in. I haven't been back and won't ever. I do not feel safe knowing there are likely people coming in that are sick because of this policy. I've found plenty of other wellness centers with a reasonable policy during this pandemic.
