Came in for our first free session with my boyfriend and we absolutely loved it! We had gone to the sauna village at Malcolm yards before and this was even better. It's a very thoughtfully designed space with lockers, changing rooms, 3 saunas and one large cold plunge pool. There's a lot of open space outside as well with many plants which felt very calming. We will definitely be back for another session in the future! There is limited free parking on site but you can park at Whole Foods and quickly walk over.

I was slightly intimidated before getting there but it was great! Very clean and inviting, absolutely loved the whole vibe! A few different saunas to choose from & cold pool was definitely cold! Use of the locking lockers included. I recommend bringing your own towel. I felt great and refreshed after my session- I will be back!

Incredible space and great atmosphere. There are 3 saunas of different temperatures and designs with the hottest going to ~200 F. They also had some chairs outside and a cold plunge. The first session is free and I would absolutely recommend trying it out!

There were two saunas to choose from, and we went back and forth to both several times. Each sauna has a water dipper and a selection of oils, as well. The hardest park was walking down to the lake with out falling down to get the bucket of freezing lake water to pour on ourselves (we didn't plunge because the lake was frozen, but come back closer to spring and you can just jump in). There was convenient parking, cool water for drinking, and a friendly attendant who kept the fires burning and kept track of your session time. I felt incredibly relaxed after our 75 minute session, and it lasted the rest of the day. Would definitely go back!

It's $35 per person for 90 minutes--which we taught was one of the lower prices we have seen for a sauna session in the twin cities. It was so brilliant!! You can switch between the two cabins, one is a more traditional sauna and the other is more like a greenhouse, and then bop down and lake a dip in Cedar Lake. There is also a cute little seating area with string lights and chairs. It's in the parking lot, so parking was incredibly easy and you're right there so no long walk. They supplies water to drink and essential oils to put on the sauna. There was one person looking out for us the whole time, and she would check on the fires--she was great! Overall, wonderful date night. Would totally do again!

Kylie showed me around the space and was so sweet and personable. I really just wanted a relaxing experience and she made sure that's what I got. The solo sauna was perfect! You get your own space for the scheduled time. You can customize the light color, increase the temp if preferred (though I found the default temp comfortable), and use the iPad they provide to watch or listen to something. I had spa / nature music on and the speakers were positioned well to create the most immersive ambiance. I left feeling so relaxed. The whole space was super clean! They've got showers, different light therapies, and even a social sauna. I definitely recommend this spot for anyone curious about infrared sauna!
