I've been coming here for years and will continue to do so! I've had experiences with acupuncture…read more(both private and community) and body work. All service providers have been fantastic - they are kind, professional, and take the time to learn about you and your body for the best treatment. The front desk staff is great as well - always helpful. The building is also great! A clean and calming environment. Plenty of parking available too!

Got a pretty good Groupon for service here and decided to try. I have mixed feelings here so I'll…read moreshare the good and the bad. It was also my first time trying this particular type of well was treatment so I I have nothing to compare it to. I booked a 90minute float therapy session Good: Made a last minute appointment and was able to get in so I loved that. The front desk staff was nice when welcoming me. They also have a vending machine that sells THC beverages which was nice. They encouraged me to use the bathroom which was very clean and well stocked. Then essentially explained what to expect while in the room and pretty much left me alone. That was nice. The not so good: An even better experience would have been to offer robes before going into the float room or something to get guest more relaxed before going into the tank. Or maybe a glass of cold water. I understand wanting to control water intake but it gets pretty warm in the room and you get thirsty! There was no soap available and you are required to shower before getting into the tub. I didn't realize what was in the shower was shampoo and conditioner because they weren't labeled. They give you a thing to support your head while floating but I think providing goggles or some sort of eye protection would have been epic. Maybe someone more seasoned would have know to bring something but it was my first time. So of course I got salt in my eyes. Very uncomfortable. There was also no sort of lotion for after the session I did ask about it and was told they had a shipment delayed and so they didn't have any of the things you'd expect to be standard at a spa. While I understand. It would have been a good idea to include a care note or something to give a head up. That was disappointing In summary. I didn't have a bad time or a great time. It was just okay. The float therapy itself was good but I think the business missed the mark on the pre and post care for me.

I love this place! When I'm overdue for some much needed self care time and have knotted up muscles…read moreand a serious crabassery attitude, this is my go to! Ive tried one other float place in the cities and it just didn't even come close to being as great as this place. I'll be honest, I used to go to their original location and still bummed they relocated farther away from me. So I no longer buy the monthly pass option (which is SO worth it). The difference between this place and the other one I've been to in Roseville areas is there is something about the water solution here that my body seems to respond better to. The other place made my body feel agitated and stimulated (not what I need!) whereas the water solution her dang near puts me to sleep every time and when I get out, I feel as relaxed as a sleepy baby! Their private float rooms are also so nice, modern and relaxing.

I think it is amazing. Very friendly front desk staff that were super helpful and inviting. The spa is small but very nice and the float rooms are very clean. I really like the "suite" feel in the float rooms, with a dressing area, shower, and then the float room - much better than some of the float capsules that some spas offer. A great overall experience - so relaxing!

I went to the Hudson location for the first time yesterday, after buying a three pack of the float…read moresessions at the St. Paul location. I had all ready bought (and used) a three pack of the infrared sessions at the St. Clair location in December, and was amazed at the sweat that flowed, the muscle relief, and the recuperative powers that the sessions provided. See more on that in the St. Clair Awaken review. So when there was a special spotted for a different, seemingly elevated healing service provided by Awaken To Wellness, gravitated, did thy, with great anticipation, towards the three pack..for an AMAZING deal, (in hindsight). A month or so passed before I felt the float session calling, the reason being that sleep, (though not lack of energy) had been fitful, since a certain herbal remedy that had been used twenty years previous, (much due to the insomnia) had been discarded a week and a half previous. Anywho, walking into the Hudson location, I felt awash with Zen energy, due to the color's, sight's, and sounds of this house of peaceful healing (much the same energy exists as the St. Clair locale, but more so here due to absent that the madness of cities encourages). That feeling was increased when two happy faces greeted thy, one a customer, the other the Instructor of goodness that was to follow. I just gotta say, most people nowadays are so unhappy, and thus nasty individuals; the reason is obvious: poor diet, lack of exercise, and isolation-particularly the belief that we are special snowflakes..and thus in accordance, seperate from everyone else, which discourages unity. There was none of that here; just two beautiful human beings, the aforementioned woman (a fellow customer-she must be a healer of some kind) and a man, (the Instructor of goodness) who both radiating goodness outward, like sun beams. After filling out a brief form, the Instructor of goodness patiently walked thy through the important steps that would need to be heeded, in order to maximize the enjoyment, and benefits of the experience, even verifying that everything made sense, and that no anxiety lingered-which was impressive in itself, as some are prone to excessive overthinking (guilty). Every word instructed proved to be most valuable, as without, there would have been a strong chance one would be flopping about in the floating tank, floating away from a most peaceful experience, instead of away from. Most helpful was the emphasis of drying the face before entering the 800 lb Epsom bath of bliss, and also relaxing the neck and letting it sink into the healing waters, assuring all the while that while the positively charged water, while coming within an inch of the eyes...would not enter them. The other emphasis was the two recommended positions (hand up, as if being told so by an officer of the law, and hands down, palms up..as if mediatating and allowing good energy in. All points of emphasis proved to be perfectly apt, as without, the aforementioned croppy flop may have ensued. Additionally, no unecessary instruction was given; it was efficient and easy to understand, without any pretension or hurry. After the instruction, the door was closed, and a shower, using only the 3 in 1 body wash, not conditioner (as instructed,) was taken. I then melted into the extremely clean pod that was to be a silent refuge for the next 90 minutes. The water temperature couldn't have been more perfect. BTW..there is no refuge for Corona virus in this tank after hearing the 3 part cleaning process they use-and I'm the type of clean freak to overly worry about that type of stuff. While initially lying half submerged in this pool of infinite goodness, (for a moment,) the neck tensed, and wondered I, how 89 more minutes would be possible with the neck all ready suffering (tech neck, which we all have, but with lessening phone time, benefits have all ready been realized). The neck tension only lasted for a few seconds..the time it took the words of the instructor to echo in thy mind about letting the neck sink into the water. After that, as instructed, the hands up position was engaged.. With hands up, and floating freely, (like one may do so when dreaming of levitation) surrended I did, to any negativity that existed within, as well as any anxiety, or thoughts of scarcity. Next, the hands were moved down (with palms upward) and within that movement..thine chakras opened up..and positively was invited in, both of mind and body, thoughts and physical feelings positively charged in the process. In the next 80 or so minutes, I alternated between the two positions, even freestyling a hands behind the back so I could futher arrest myself to healing process. I attempted fetal position once, though that proved to be a salty experience, as some crept in. Luckily, there was the spray nearby, so with a quick spritz and wipe upon thine eyes, vision was again realized. Amazing!

I haven't used all their services, but I've gone floating multiple times at the Hudson location…read more I've always been very happy with my experience there. The various staff I've interacted with were all friendly and knew a lot about float therapy. The vibes of the building are clean and peaceful. I'm happy with the amount of options you have with regards to floating -- music off or on, lights off or on (in the water and in the room), etc. The building is pretty quiet, except one time I think they were doing maintenance or something down the hall and it was a bit noisy so I just turned on the fan to mask the noise and it solved the issue. The water is sometimes a little on the cooler side, but they have heaters by the mirror in the room when you get out so that helps you warm back up. I haven't used any of their other services yet, but I plan on it.
