Stopped in for a quick drink our first night in town around 7:30. It was quick since breweries here can't serve after 8 pm, but the bartenders was super kind and informative, the beer was great, and the vibe was awesome. We grabbed two glasses as souvenirs on the way out! Would definitely recommend stopping in this gem

Great local brewery in big sky! There is plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. All the tables are spaced out so you have room. What I didn't know about Montana is apparently they have a three drink limit at bars? We were given 3 coupons and that's all you get for the night. I didn't know that. But anyways- I tried the sour they had on tap that day. It has all the classic sour attributes. Then I got the tawny port that they had on tap- it was a lot heavier than a lot of other tawny ports I've had, but still good. The chocolate notes were very prevalent. A great local place for a brew or two! (But no more than three haha.)

Recently stopped by during the off season since they were one of the few places open. Of course the service was quick and attentive since my party was the only one there on a Friday afternoon. I ordered a flight and everything I tried was great. Will definitely be back the next time we're in town.

Me No Cadillac milkshake IPA. Phenomenal! And that view!

You know how, a lot of times, breweries and bars in tiny towns are average at best because, well, they don't really have to be great? Yeah, that's not Beehive Basin. First, the view and open-air vibe are fantastic. We tried 4 beers total and each was excellent. I especially enjoyed the Me No Cadillac milkshake IPA, but we also created a concoction of the coffee porter mixed with cream ale and enjoyed that. There's no food here, but you can bring your own. Due to COVID, they implemented something we thought was genius - they're using an app for out-of-towners, to limit contact with strangers. So you setup the app (2 minutes), then verbally let the beertender know your name and order. He adds your beers to the virtual tab and then you pay it in-app. You still get the interaction, but more safely - no need for exchanging cash/cards. We wish other places would use this!

This was an unexpected find for us, and what a cool little place. Quiet, but with several locals at the bar, doggies hanging out, and a flight of 10 beers. Since I mainly stick to sours only one or two of the ten were drinkable for me, but we had a good time untapping each beer and talking to the locals.

Good beer; nice atmosphere. Only had time to sample one, went with their Mexican Lager style. Very good. Neat area of town, very modern. Outdoor seating available out back.

Very average brewery with a decent porter and hard seltzer. The ipa was super bad. I wouldn't come here again.

They do a good job brewing beers and ales. I had a delicious Pilsner. We had a couple of pints and took a couple of crowlers to go.

Small hole in the wall place with a bang. If I had to spend the day at someplace in Big Sky (not skiing) it would be here.

Started off strong with drinks: my hazelnut espresso martini was chef's kiss (smooth, nutty, and dangerously easy to sip). My friends ordered the Alpine Negroni and The Sinnerman, and both were huge hits around the table with bold flavors, perfectly balanced, and honestly some of the better cocktails we've had on this trip. For food, we went full sampler mode and ordered three different slider trios so we could try everything. The unanimous ranking: 1. Trout sliders: shockingly good, super flavorful, and the instant favorite. 2. Short rib sliders: rich, tender, and deeply satisfying. 3. Wagyu sliders: still tasty, just overshadowed by the other two standouts. Between the drinks, the food, and the multiple TVs showing games as well as a trivia night, this place checks all the boxes for a laid-back, delicious, and sports-friendly hangout. Bonus surprise: They also have a movie theater with showtimes; didn't expect that at all, but very on-brand for a place that clearly wants you to stick around and have a good time. Would absolutely come back!

We were seated immediately and the restaurant was empty at the time. Our group has the Fries, Bluecrab dip, Bison Loin, and Chicken Alfredo. All were excellent. The fries were a large portion, thick cut, soft inside but extremely crispy on the outside and served hot and fresh. The crab did, we all but licked the bowl ;) The Bison was cooked to perfection, medium rare and tender. Even the Broccolini was perfect. When we arrived around 5 p.m., I noticed a sign near the entrance that read, "Everyone is Welcome Here except I.C.E." with additional commentary beneath it. Seeing that felt politically charged and out of place for a restaurant, especially when all we wanted was a relaxed dinner with friends. After discussing it, our group decided to leave. I politely told the hostess we were leaving because of the sign, and she replied, "Oh, you must've voted for Trump. We believe everyone is welcome here." I responded that politics shouldn't be part of dining out, and she said, "You can take your business elsewhere." We did just that and went to Alberto's instead, where the food was great and the staff was kind and professional. If you're looking for a welcoming environment focused on good food and service rather than political statements, I recommend Alberto's over Tres Toros.

But for all normal yelpers I would recommend avoiding this place especially if you are here on vacation. We are here for a family vacation and were excited to come to block 3 for our first dinner night. I'm always a little skeptical about hotel restaurants as they are either great or really bad. Let's just say we all left here very disappointed The only good thing about the food was the appetizer truffle fries we ordered. We ended up waiting over an hour for a main meals and we were one of the first tables seated for the night. All of our protein dishes: pork, branzino, and steaks clearly were sitting out for a while and cooked horribly - they were all cold!! Our friend who ordered the Steak spoke up as the steak was $65 asking for it to be warmed. They took it back to kitchen and it came back the same way!!! So he kindly asked to remove it from menu. The manager came over eventually and said there was nothing he could do, didn't offer him another plate... nothing. To top it all off - they tried to overcharge us! They tried to round up the 2 orders of pork chops to $80 when it should have been $76. Very rarely do I leave a restaurant thinking, "This is exactly why so many people prefer eating at home." Yesterday was one of those times. The experience left me seriously questioning why I'd bother going out to eat when I can save money and enjoy a much more pleasant, delicious meal at home.

People say their service is slow: However I experienced the complete opposite. We were using the bus system and let the staff know that we only had about 30 minutes to dine before the bus left. They were extremely accommodating. Within 5 minutes our food came out. Food: The food is amazing. Don't know whether or not it is "authentic" but it is great. We got the fried dumplings and it was super good. I also HIGHLY recommend the Pad Woon Sen. My boyfriend got another dish but we both loved the Pad Woon Sen by far. I will say I added chicken to my dish and wish they added a bit more as it was pretty scarce. Anyway, I have tried to find other Thai places that compare, but have been out of luck. Also, this place had HUGE portions. I eat a lot (like a pound of meat in one sitting) and this was insanely filling. One dish is good enough for two people. Price: *I am from Los Angeles so this may be skewed*. People are saying this place is expensive. I couldn't disagree more. I believe our check was around 50 dollars for 2 dishes, an appetizer, and beer. Not only that but the dishes were huge. This place has great value. I totally recommend this place. Not sure if something changed since December but I am excited to come back.
