I saw the bartender give everything away all night and throw a beer can at someone's head. If they think you arent a local, they hate yoy.

This place is a nice cozy place for some libations. We drove in a squall on the way here but it was worth it. No food though

Just bought a new Yeti SB5 and have been absolutely blown away by the level of service I've gotten…read morefrom Rad Bikes! Here are the things I noticed during the purchase process: Shawn & Jackson were always in the shop. It is so nice to be able to work with the same people, so that you don't have to start from scratch every time you visit. In addition, they are great with faces / names - once they knew me, I felt like I was part of the family. As a woman who is relatively new to mountain biking, it is not uncommon for me to feel out of place or dismissed in a bike shop. This is definitely NOT the case at Rad Bikes - every question I had, no matter how trivial, was taken seriously and answered in detail. We had honest conversations about my riding style and the bike that would work for me, which really helped me feel good about my choice. When it came time to talk technical details, Shawn made sure to explain things in a way that ensures I know not only the "how", but also the "why" of all of the settings on my bike. Perhaps best of all, both Shawn and Jackson talked to *me* about *my* bike, rather than talking past me to my husband instead. (You would be amazed how often that happens.) Once the bike was ordered, the turnaround time was inhuman! I placed the order on a Tuesday and was on the trail that Friday. Shawn obviously made it a priority to get me on that bike ASAP, which is awesome. Finally - the cherry on top - in addition to doing a great job selling me a new bike, they are helping me sell my old bike by getting it all tuned up, fixing a few minor issues, and displaying it in their 'used bikes' rack. All in all the best bike buying experience I've had so far - seriously can't recommend these guys enough.

I went to Rad Bikes for their free Yeti demo day. After I came back from the ride Shawn took me…read morethrough the different set ups and why I would want one set up over another. Shawn was extremely patient in all of my questions and explained things in a manner I could understand, all while never making me feel ignorant. When I was trying to decide between a Bike they don't sell and the Yeti BetI SB5 he was extremely professional and honest telling me the differences, which I completely respect. I ended up buying the other bike due to the way I ride, but two of my friends bought Yeti's after demoing them in Moab and absolutely love them!! I would recommend highly Rad Bikes for anyone who is looking to rent, repair or buy a bike.

The people at this bike shop need to work on their customer service skills. It seems like some…read moreshops are very nice and generous, which is very much needed in these tough times, but others come across as complete snobs. Prior to calling the shop I emailed them about a week ago asking if they can offer a small discount on some brakes. Haven't heard from them so I decided to give them a call. It was difficult not reaching anyone anytime of day that I called. However, after an unforgettable conversation with a gentleman, I decided to rate this business and give it an honest review. I spoke with a someone on the phone and he was an incredible jerk who was not pleasent to talk to. I expected a 'wizard' to be more magical and persuasive in their arguments. After introducing myself and saying that I was looking for a discount on some brakes, he explained that it was cheap and, "we offer free shipping". I explained that there was someone local in my area that offered these cheaper. After learning that he wouldn't lower the price, I decided that this was a dude that didn't deserve my money not only because I didn't want to pay the price but also because I could get it from someone much nicer. There's a lot of attitude on his end and after I said, "Thanks for everything, tho" he gives me a "Bye" that reeked of entitlement and made be feel belittled. Wish I could have recorded this conversation for y'all to hear. I'm not a big fan of people from Montana especially if they treated all callers and potential customers like this. PS: If you made it this far, thanks for hearing me out on this review. The store hasn't paid Yelp to remove this yet.

Started off strong with drinks: my hazelnut espresso martini was chef's kiss (smooth, nutty, and dangerously easy to sip). My friends ordered the Alpine Negroni and The Sinnerman, and both were huge hits around the table with bold flavors, perfectly balanced, and honestly some of the better cocktails we've had on this trip. For food, we went full sampler mode and ordered three different slider trios so we could try everything. The unanimous ranking: 1. Trout sliders: shockingly good, super flavorful, and the instant favorite. 2. Short rib sliders: rich, tender, and deeply satisfying. 3. Wagyu sliders: still tasty, just overshadowed by the other two standouts. Between the drinks, the food, and the multiple TVs showing games as well as a trivia night, this place checks all the boxes for a laid-back, delicious, and sports-friendly hangout. Bonus surprise: They also have a movie theater with showtimes; didn't expect that at all, but very on-brand for a place that clearly wants you to stick around and have a good time. Would absolutely come back!

We were seated immediately and the restaurant was empty at the time. Our group has the Fries, Bluecrab dip, Bison Loin, and Chicken Alfredo. All were excellent. The fries were a large portion, thick cut, soft inside but extremely crispy on the outside and served hot and fresh. The crab did, we all but licked the bowl ;) The Bison was cooked to perfection, medium rare and tender. Even the Broccolini was perfect. They even have vegan cheese, which was such a nice surprise! The food had so much flavor and the portions were perfect. Plus, the NA margaritas were super yummy. When we arrived around 5 p.m., I noticed a sign near the entrance that read, "Everyone is Welcome Here except I.C.E." with additional commentary beneath it. Seeing that felt politically charged and out of place for a restaurant, especially when all we wanted was a relaxed dinner with friends. After discussing it, our group decided to leave. I politely told the hostess we were leaving because of the sign, and she replied, "Oh, you must've voted for Trump. We believe everyone is welcome here." I responded that politics shouldn't be part of dining out, and she said, "You can take your business elsewhere." We did just that and went to Alberto's instead, where the food was great and the staff was kind and professional. If you're looking for a welcoming environment focused on good food and service rather than political statements, I recommend Alberto's over Tres Toros.
