Came here 6/8/2025 around 7:45pm to check cause my engine light is on. The guy wearing a black top gave me the code reader and ask me to do it myself instead of going outside and do it since it's his job. So I did it myself and when i came back inside the store the guy said that nothing is wrong with my car. I even mentioned it might be the battery but he said my battery is still good and usually battery LAST FOR 10 YEARS!! I never heard about battery lasting for 10 years before. So I left and went somewhere else. And I was right, I need to replace my battery. Don't ever come here unless they hire new people.

That isn't functioning properly either. It "times out". And do you think the 7- eleven employees care or are willing to compensate? Nope. They are arrogant and rude. I know these are all franchise places, however, the company is giving themselves a bad reputation by not having the people running them adhere to any kind of standards. I sold my 1989 (back in 2010), but my 2002 is still my daily commuter car to SB and has 530,000+ miles. My Honda is on the second engine (replaced at 489,000 miles) and still gets 38-40 mpg on the highway :) If you need a good, honest mechanic El Pidio & his son should be your only shop to call!!!
