So I did it myself and when i came back inside the store the guy said that nothing is wrong with my car. I even mentioned it might be the battery but he said my battery is still good and usually battery LAST FOR 10 YEARS!! I never heard about battery lasting for 10 years before. So I left and went somewhere else. And I was right, I need to replace my battery. Don't ever come here unless they hire new people.

Then when you try and talk to someone in corporate there not even in the United States they have by far and away the worst customer service they are purposefully doing that to people so they don't have to honor the warranty of the product it's basically theft and easy to get over on people. Why would you ever buy something from them if you have to keep the original receipt this is 2026 it's pretty easy look up a phone number for the warranty like they do at Oreilys , auto zone and car quest. You buy a $350 red top battery for the 3 year warranty only to get screwed out of the warranty you call the original store you bought it from zero help looking up the purchase Auberry Ca Napa auto parts no help what so ever then you call the Lompoc CA Napa auto parts they tell me to call corporate to see what I can do call corporate wait 3 day never get a response call back again told they won't honor the warranty but never emailed or called back like they said the would I had to call to figure have spent 3 days trying to get them to do the right thing to no avail. Adrian finished with this customer and gave me an estimate. Not only that, but he also said he could do the SMOG check now (past 5 PM!) as the current customer was leaving! Within a few minutes, Adrian had finished the required State mandated checks, the Tahoe passed, and I was back on the road! Excellent, prompt service provided, for a very reasonable price too! Jesus responded immediately with an initial quote then asked for specific car details to finalize our quote. He came back with a clarified quote, but was still less than another big box auto service store who later responded on Yelp. He came out to our rental and though he had to adjust his arrival time, he came out and was super quick, clean and professional, clearly knew what he was doing. He replaced the part then made sure all indicator messages were cleared. I am so grateful he was not only affordable and professional but that he was available to work on this on a weekend when everything else was closed, making it extremely convenient and also helping us get back on our way to the airport on Monday!!

Unfortunately, you can't get gas rewards when you pay inside (big scam). And it would be great if you could enter your rewards number at the pump, to get the rewards. That isn't functioning properly either. It "times out". And do you think the 7- eleven employees care or are willing to compensate? Nope. They are arrogant and rude. I know these are all franchise places, however, the company is giving themselves a bad reputation by not having the people running them adhere to any kind of standards.
