Tried to fall back saying it had a SKU # we go to sign no SKU he then doubled down trying to say the sign is wrong and he's right. Poor autozone, hiring people who doesn't want to do the job. Ending? They lose customers! This is the worst autozone ever. They need to hire new people that cares! People here are lazy. Came here 6/8/2025 around 7:45pm to check cause my engine light is on. The guy wearing a black top gave me the code reader and ask me to do it myself instead of going outside and do it since it's his job. So I did it myself and when i came back inside the store the guy said that nothing is wrong with my car. I even mentioned it might be the battery but he said my battery is still good and usually battery LAST FOR 10 YEARS!! I never heard about battery lasting for 10 years before. So I left and went somewhere else. And I was right, I need to replace my battery. Don't ever come here unless they hire new people. read more

The guys here are not very friendly or helpful. I went in to get a rear windshield wiper & asked if someone could help me put it on, the guy at the register said no. There were zero other customers in the store & 3 employees just standing there. I went to O Reilly's and they put a wiper on in a matter of seconds, no problem! I bought some oil and oil filter, spark plugs and spark plug cables. started working on my car and found out that they gave the wrong oil filter and the wrong size cables took them back to get the correct parts or my money back but did get any no money back or the exchange for the right parts , because according to the so call manager i had a bad attitude ? rally? and ask me to come back ones i was relax. so i went back i asked for my money back and got help from a different employee and he was about give my money back and the so call manager name Jared shows up and tell the employee not give me my money back really??? . I come here, a lot. If you spend more than $20, it counts for 1 point. After 5 points, you get $20.00 discount on your next buy. Over a year ago, I bought brake pads for my car, the expensive ones. It came with lifetime warranty, and it is a good thing. My car started making funny noises, Big Brand told me about the shim on the brake pads came off. The following week I went to Auto Zone to ask about the warranty. They said that is covered with lifetime warranty, I just have to take the brake pads out and bring it back to them. That is what I exactly did the same day, they replaced it with a new one. Wow! No questions asked. Anyway, I have the print-out of what Big Brand listed problem noticed when they rotated my tires. Also, I took a picture of it before I took the pads out, just in case they question about it. It ruined my rotor but I guess it is still OK. Today, their female employee helped me when I looked for the batteries for my garage door opener and my keyless entry remote. Thank you! Overall, they are helpful. Highly recommended! read more

I had been on the road and trying to hurry and make it to Auto zone before it closed. Nothing else was open. Having engine trouble and just needed the codes quickly ran on my car to make sure I wasn't damaging it by driving. My phone was dead It was dark and I was by myself and I got there as the last Customer was walking out. They wouldn't help me and didn't care. He saw me walking towards the entrance and hurried up and locked the door. I waved and The worker looked at his phone and just kept telling me they were closed. It literally would have taken a minute of their time. They wouldn't even talk to me to me to find out what I wanted. I get it's the end of the day but come on I'm not familiar with the city and was having trouble with my car. They could have offered to call me a tow and wait with me or something. The parking lot is very dark and not in a very good area of town. Two grown men with no manners. I would be livid if they did this to my 17 yr old daughter and left her in a dark parking lot. What if I really needed help or some creep was in the parking lot?! They'd never know because they wouldn't even talk to me. To busy with their faces in their phones. Kindness and chivalry doesn't exist anymore. read more

Let me start off by saying I travel to Santa Barbara County a lot for business, with that being said there's a lot of wear and tear done to my car so I frequently stop at AutoZones for quick things. I've encountered the so called store manager Natalie on many occasions. Not only is she rude and unprofessional but she always has horrible personal hygiene. I'm sorry to say but I can't speak with her for too long without feeling neasous. I would frequently deal with Don and he was always so helpful and polite and I assumed he was the store manager because of his knowledge and willingness to help. Natalie the store manager needs to be talked to by her management she doesn't like to work or apparently brush her teeth. If you find yourself in need in this store ask any of the other people for help but not her unless you want horrible customer service, laziness and unbearable smells circulating the area your in. read more

Went to get battery tested. Their portable tester didn't work so I had to remove my battery and take it inside. They tested it and then charged it. The were supposed to test it again after the charge but the employee simply walked out and said my battery was good. I had to explain what they were trying to retest only to have him say now their in house tester was broken. A total waste of my time. Will go to any other auto store in the future. read more
