It's unfortunate that this 7-eleven is the only one with fuel pumps, in Lompoc. Half the time the credit card readers at the pump don't work, so you have to go inside. Unfortunately, you can't get gas rewards when you pay inside (big scam). And it would be great if you could enter your rewards number at the pump, to get the rewards. That isn't functioning properly either. It "times out". And do you think the 7- eleven employees care or are willing to compensate? Nope. They are arrogant and rude. I know these are all franchise places, however, the company is giving themselves a bad reputation by not having the people running them adhere to any kind of standards. I visited the store today April 2nd to buy gas for my client. I went inside paid with a card, but wasn't able to pump the gas as the amount wasnt showing at the pump. I went back inside to ask why and the clerk was rude, rushing off to help other customers in the middle of our conversation. I asked her several times to explain why but she ignored me. The customers behind me apologized when she helped them before finishing with me, which was nice. However, after that experience, I'll take my business elsewhere! read more

I never come to this gas station unfortunately today I had to drive by because I was on my way to take my son to school. I was on pump #2 I put my card in twice and it wouldn't work. I sent my son to go tell the clerk that it wasn't working and all she did was tell him that it was working fine and that it was probably our car that didn't work. I had to move to another pump and I went to tell her that pump #2 wasn't working and that is why I sent my son so they can fix it and she was hella rude said it was working and I needed to calm down! This lazy bitch wasnt of any help and she's hella rude with shitty attitud! I will not go back to that 7eleven! read more

I don't usually have an issue but ordered through door dash and i also dash myself. That being said, i ordered a few thing that all came fulfilled but they marked the fruit bowl as refunded because they didn't have it but proceeded to charge me for taquitos i didn't receive and gave me a coke slurpee instead of cherry... umm yea no.. Everything else i ordered was fine... just not impressed. Can't say for sure of tonight but everytime I'm in there the employees are always on the phone. They 100% inflate prices at random or have prices marked up. I used to go in all the time and my total always came out to around 14. First time I saw my normal grab add up to 26, I said nothing, just zoned out and thought about it at home. Second time it happened I mentioned it being pretty pricey. "Yeah buddy that time off year." Gas is EXTREMELY pricey. I've seen other gas stations around the area that were lower on the way over to this gas station but since I was already on empty, I needed the gas. I was mislead by the $$$$ signs on Yelp but as of now, you'll be paying $4.17 for unleaded. read more

Had an awful experience the other night, Thursday 9/12. My sister and I always go in at around 10:30 after work to get some taquitos NEVER had a problem before with the usual clerk.. on this night it was a new guy and he refused to heat up taquitos for us. He claimed it was "late and the microwave has already been cleaned" We told him that the other guy ALWAYS heats some up for us since they're always open. I visited this 7-Eleven for the first time today and the service was horrible. I had just pumped gas and I really needed to use the restroom, so I parked and went into the store. I saw two signs that read "Employees Only" and the other said "Paying Customers Only". So I went to the cash register and asked if I could use the restroom and he shook his head "No" then I told him how I had just pumped gas but he just shook his head "No" again. I went to buy a fountain drink .99 cents for big gulp.. My first time at store in long time. I tried asking the employee if big gulp was same size as can soda 16oz He didn't understand me. And didn't speak English. I tried asking a few times but no luck. He made me feel like I was problem, very rude! Last time I will be going to this 7 Eleven.
