I walked in and asked for some Sailor Jerry's. The Syrian guy said sure and that I NEEDED a big bottle (1.75l). I asked how much and he said "$30, but for you $25." I've never bargained for liquor before (at least here in the US), but I jumped at the opportunity. A bit of back and forth and we settled on $23 (its $20 at BevMo). Not too shabby. With the help of the guys at Highway 1 Liquor, the trusty sailor made our stay in Lompoc just a bit better.

I have a very hard time believing this is the first time he has made a comment like this. It says a lot about a man to comment on a women's body in an inappropriate way, especially while with her kids. . My boyfriend's family have been coming here for years. We don't feel comfortable sending the kids or even any of girls over there anymore, and it shouldn't be like that. We believe this man should be fired.

As said they might not have a large selection, but if you ask them I'm sure they would be happy to carry it for you. I'm proud that these are my neighbors, shop local! Not only beer, but they also have wine tasting and serves food. The whole vibe is actually pretty cute. Outdoor seating with umbrella as well as indoor. Majority of people were outside enjoying the weather. Inside, one section is like a cafe with tasting as well. We stopped by for a cold beer which they had a good selections and ciders. If we hadn't already had lunch earlier, the food here looked quite nice. Someone ordered a charcuterie board and it was quite impressive. Service was nice and the staff were all very friendly. I'm sure if it wasn't a holiday, this place does will probably be pretty busy when the town is full of people. Now that we've been through, it's definitely worth coming back.
