B Nails is great! Very busy - the place was packed and we were walk-ins; put our name on the list and only waited less than 10 mins. The staff are very welcoming and friendly - we were offered water, iced tea, and candy. I got a bikini wax and pedi... Lone's the best! They use a new liner in the tub for each customer, sterilized tools sealed in a pouch, and a fresh scrubber and emery board which you can take home if you want. I took my 15 yr. old Granddaughter here to get her first set of "Salon" nails. Although we had an appointment it took 3 hrs . to get a full set of acrylic nails . She said nothing , but they admittedly had to strip the polish 3 times because they kept messing them up and then had the nerve to charge $60 !! Frankly they look terrible. I have been here before and every time it's the same thing you walk to the door they ask you what you need and that's it they don't tell you go ahead and have a C will be 15 minutes it'll be a half an hour so I sit there and wonder what's going on while there is six or seven girls in the back socializing. Have been here twice and will not be back. The first time was for a full set of nails which was done by the owner. There were two that were very uneven bumpy is the best way I know to describe. I asked for something different on each nail which I did get but not much creativity and I felt like I was putting her out by asking for this. I don't understand as I was willing to pay extra for this service. I wanted to schedule an appointment for a fill in in two weeks and was told they don't make appointments that far in advance which tells me they don't care about repeat business. Needless I went back for not only a fill but a pedicure as well with the thought everyone has an off day. I took a picture in of what I had in mind and showed the girl who greeted me, she told me no problem then turned me over to a gentleman tech. obviously there was a lack of communication she did not even tell him that I wanted a fill in after my pedi nor what I wanted. I felt like I was putting them out once again. There was a sign out front for pedicures for $20 but was charged $80 for the fill in and pedi. The first time I was charged $40 for the full set, that seems off to me and I felt overcharged. The staff is very gossipy and not friendly. I will be taking my time and money somewhere were as a customer I will be appreciated. Also like other reviews my polish chipping just a couple days later despite getting the gel polish. In response.....I came in on FRIDAY not Saturday and the pedicure sign said the $20 pedicures TODAY. I felt like I was overcharged due to the price I was charged for a full set and design with gel polish at my first visit. I do not mind paying that much for a GOOD experience and will just take my business elsewhere and definitely not recommend you to anyone. With someone with so much experience the job you did on my nails at my first visit was sad they were not even smooth with bumps in them....noticeable. Unfortunately it was not until I got home did I really look at my nails or I would have pointed them out. I did not go from pedi chair to nail I was walked to the front. Why don't you check your cameras you say you have installed to verify the date I was there was October 2nd. Gossipy? You were one of the people doing so. Gel manicure started chipping after a little over a week, so I would say that the length of time they last is a little discouraging. My technician only did two coats and seemed in a rush to get to another client. I had originally picked the salon because another reviewer said her gel manicure lasted a month, that was not true for me. read more

Such a nice salon! You can get hair and nails done all in one. Would be perfect for a bridal party. We went on a busy Saturday and though we had a little wait, they sat us in the chairs to soak and get a chair massage. Minh took care to really make your feet soft and smooth when you left. They even offered to take my chipping old finger nail polish off at no cost. Would highly recommend a stop in! read more

I've been going to B nails for about eight months now, coming every two to three weeks for a fill on my acrylics, and I am usually satisfied. The staff is generally very kind and helpful, and everything is very sanitary! The owners children are occasionally there, and they're cute as a button and very well behaved. However, on my most recent visit, I picked out my polish and sat down to wait, and was left to sit for what felt like much longer than normal while I felt like several employees were just sitting on their phones. However, they might not have been able to do acrylics. When I was brought over to a table, it was to Tony. I've been helped by Tony before, so I know he's learning and that he doesn't speak much English, which I don't mind as normally he is aided by someone more senior. This time he was entirely on his own, and I was unimpressed. While filing away at my gel polish with the drill thing, he cut me several times and made my cuticles bleed, which I was very upset by, due to sanitary reasons and the fact that it stings when they're wiped with alcohol. When he was putting my fingers together to check nail length and shape, he yanked my hands very strongly and continuously wore at the skin on my fingers with the nail file. My acrylics were very rounded and lumpy on top, which was definitely more pronounced by the light pink color that I chose. However, the gel polish was not applied well, and it's easy to see spots where it's applied too thick or thin, and they're not to the usual level I've come to expect from this salon. I was very disappointed this time, and unfortunately I think I will be looking for a new salon. read more

I must say I'm amused by the reviews I've read on here and other sites slandering and negatively speaking illy of and about the owner of B Nails and the wonderful staff there. I usually do not chime in on such negativity but I feel since people do judge merely on what they read verses experiencing for themselves... I too must jump on the wagon and speak of my experience. I have been going to B Nails from the very beginning, 13 years to be exact. I walked in by chance late night as she was closing, I explained I was 18 years old (at the time) & getting married in the morning and I didn't have family support. I knew it was last minute but every salon was closed... she didn't know me and yet showed me so much compassion... she agreed to remain open to accommodate me, she not only did my full set and pedicure, she waxed my eyebrows and did designs too. She turned a sad time (being alone with no family support) into a time of excitement and oh my gosh, yay I'm marrying the man I love in the morning, I'm ready! :) Anne and her mother stayed with me until 11 pm that night and as I went to pay, she said it was on her and wished me all the best... I can't explain what an impact that night had on me... to receive such love from a total stranger. Again, that was 13 years ago and I have been riding with her in her journey ever since! Every time I walk in her salon, I know of the blood, sweat and tears the owner put in and continues to do today to get where she has and made that AMAZING business what it stands today. And that is the BEST! All the wonderful reviews and loyal clients speak the truth. And I can only speak for myself so that is what I'll do. I can't imagine her or anyone there speaking badly to others or not doing their best to see you walk out happy. After all, this is their bread & butter! (This feeds their families). When you do go there, you will encounter pure dedication, compassion and yes, an atmosphere that's family oriented and driven. You will always be greeted by her, her husband, maybe special appearances from her 2 children and staff who they treat as family. I've watched these people eat together, celebrate life events together and whom all shapes, sizes, colors and cultures work together as a family. Without a doubt no other Salon compares to it in our area or our surrounding areas... I know because I have tried them out and no other Salon gives you a quality experience. They use top of the line products, super clean and BEAUTIFUL atmosphere, they go above and beyond to sanitize everything and the staff are warm, professional, friendly & HILARIOUS! I love it there and every time I walk in the door I want to remain there. They offer so many amazing things to choose from... varieties of things from their hair salon, to their amazing chocolate pedicures, nail art too! I just urge whomever hasn't been there to do 1 of 2 things: 1. Go there and experience it for yourself and or 2. Understand that most people writing these horrible reviews are malicious and slandering a business for their own financial gain. I am not by any means a best friend or a family member, but like many satisfied clients, am treated as one. I merely have had exceptional experiences at this salon and continue to and am thrilled to see them do well because the owner(s) and workers are so deserving of it. I use to go to this nail salon all the time. I noticed the women working there were very gossipy and would talk about clients in front of me. I went to a different nail salon because they were full and took off my acrylics to find that i got a fungus from this unsanitary nail salon. It took 6 months to get rid of it so beware. This place looks great from the outside. My friend and i called in to specifically ask for prices prior to splurging on mani pedis. We were told one price and charged another- MUCH HIGHER price. Angela is great. She does a great job and has a great attitude. The owner was doing my friend's nails and was constantly interrupted w her children, phone calls, and dealing w other clients which resulted in poor service. Her nails were not done well as the tops of her nail beds were not fully painted. Imagine a manicure that is constantly stopped... Not very relaxing. My friend then had horrible service for her pedicure. The poor guy barely spoke english and did not know what he was doing. Granted they found someone else who did a great job to replace him, but it took a while and tried to comp her w a free alcoholic beverage. We were there almost three hours. Very unprofessional atmosphere!!! Within the first 3 minutes of entering this "business" I heard employees use the words g-spot, orgasam and titties. I am not even kidding people, I can't even make this one up. I am not offended by such language, but I definitely feel there is a time and a place, and a business with customers present is not one of them! The owner should be embarrassed. I went in for a polish change on my toes and a gel color on my nails. The guy doing my nails spoke no English. Another lady had to keep coming over to translate for us, just a little annoying. While painting my toes he seemed a little rough, but no big deal. When he started doing my nails he asked if I wanted them cut, I said No...he started cutting them. I told him he didn't have to file them as I already filed them and I wanted to keep as much length as I could...he filed every single nail. The final straw came when I showed him where I had a tear in one nail while explaining I was hoping to keep the nail from breaking, then at which time he lifted/pulled on it making it worse. I had enough at that point, paid for my polish change with no apologies from the staff and went across the street and had my nails finished at another salon. read more

I'm not here to bash anyone but I been to this salon a couple of times. Mostly for eye brow waxing. Two issues that I do have and it still makes me wonder til this day is if the owner possibly dislikes a certain type of person because on both occasions I came for a full set and I was a walk-in I was not greeted and I sat down for maybe 10 minutes then asked what I want done. The guy sat in the front and the owner on the other side of him. Usually the tech would make small talk but nothing. (This situation wasn't really bad) the one I had an issue with was one afternoon I came in to do my eyebrows. Wasn't greeted by the owner at all and she was right in the front. I said good afternoon and asked for my eyebrows I had no attitude and was smiling the whole time, the owner flat out said in a non chalant tone " no we are busy, we're having a birthday party )or a group of people were getting pampered for a birthday) something in that nature.. Come tomorrow" no sorry nothing. It kind of hurt because I'm not a mean person, I'm giving business. I didn't get a sorry for the inconvenience, have a good day nothing. I was thinking about coming for a refill this weekend but I might go somewhere else because I think that situation will forever be in my mind. Overall the salon is beautiful. read more
