The decor of the salon is beautiful. Judy did my wax, she was very gentle and extremely professional. They use organic wax that sticks to the hair and not the skin. She also had a special waxing menu for men. They also do organic spray tans. I am very happy that they are in Stuart and will book my next visit online:-)

I'm new Stuart and I was way overdue for a haircut and color. I was a little nervous going to a new salon. My appointment was with Kristoffer and I explained that I needed a change in both my style and my color and that I wanted a trendy updated look that still looked soft and feminine. He knew exactly the color and cut for my face shape, age and skin tone. I was so thrilled with the outcome. I couldn't stop looking in the mirror. I can't remember the last time I left a salon feeling that great. Also, I explained that I have a sensitive scalp and that my scalp usually itches terribly after color is applied. He added something to the color specifically for sensitivity and I wasn't itchy at all. I couldn't be happier. I am 100% satisfied and highly recommend this salon and Kristoffer. read more

Fortunately, I got an appointment that day. Upon my arrival I was greeted in a friendly manner and Andrea took me to a chair for a consultation on what I needed. Should you wish for your hair to be artistically sculpted by a true artist, then Kristoffer indeed is the gentleman with whom you would book an appointment! No doubt the other stylist are of the same high caliber. This was the worst experience I've ever had getting my hair done. I don't like to complain but I've…read morealready had to spend so much money to fix what happened at this salon. During the appointment when my stylist was putting the color in my hair every time she got to the ends she would rip at them and it was quite painful and ultimately damaged them leaving patches shorter than the others and gave me a headache, this happened with every section she did. She put on an excessive amount of hair color to the point my head felt heavy and charged me for 4x the amount of product even though my hair does not require that much and is shoulder length. When we got to the bleaching she kept hitting my face carelessly with the bleached strands and got quite a lot of bleach on my skin causing it to burn and be irritated, when I went to the bathroom to wash the bleach off my face I also saw she got it on my eyelash as well which is really huge safety concern. The amount of time she bleached the small section of hair was quite long and also ended up extremely limp and damaged, the money piece ended up looking bad as my roots were extremely white, the middle was yellow, and the ends were darker. When I left the salon I noticed that there was a huge patch of bleach left under my neck. The price i was shown and the discount discussed were quite different than what i paid. Despite them saying that apprentice stylist are not left alone no one was present. After trying to contact them they refuse to do anything as they have a no refund policy and "well she's an apprentice". They've also tried to swap what actually happened to make it seem like it was my fault despite having proof. There was zero accountability for what happened.
