Luckily I found Kristoffer's salon. My hair was breaking from being over processed. First he took his time and analyzed my hair. I really appreciate it when a stylist does that because it makes me feel that they are invested in making my hair turn out really good. I love the haircut. My hair looks fuller then it did before. I will definitely be back. read more

I absolutely love this salon!!! I was greeted warmly when I walked in and offered water while I waited. The salon is very clean. Kris is an amazing hairstylist. He took the time to hear my thoughts, ideas and concerns. He offered suggestions on a style and highlights that would best fit my face and hair type. He did not rush the process and made me feel very comfortable. Albania washed my hair and it was so relaxing, I almost fell asleep. I have had horrible experiences at other salons that left me in tears and with a pounding headache. I may schedule a weekly shampoo here because it felt so great. I won't go anywhere else now. I have finally found..."the one". read more

I expected more from a high end salon. My color ended up bleached out. They left me sitting too long while they gave someone else a cut. I felt like a number... read more

Susie changed my color from brown to red in such a classy way. I never could have picked out the right shade on my own. The cut she did was fantastic and even the assistant was pleasant and eager to learn new techniques from the senior staff. This Salon is one of the new up and coming Salons in the Stuart area. The Salon is really nice inside and out. The people who work their make you feel comfortable and at home as well as pampered. I was there today to see Susie. She did an amazing coloring on my hair today. I just love it. She is very creative in what she does as well as a good listener to what I am looking for . I watched the other stylists work as well and they all are very talented. I definitely recommend this Salon. read more

This place was horrible!!! My mom went in for highlight and she came out with dark brown hair and not one highlight on her hair. Evelyn did her hair and I personally explained to her that my mom doesn't like dark hair and she wanted highlights all over. She suggested to do partial the first time and she would do more the next time. I asked her if by doing partial it would still look like she has a lot of blonde in her hair and she said yes because she would glaze or dye (don't remember the the term she used) the parts that she doesn't highlight. When my mom was done, I was no longer there and my mom tried to complain about it, but acted dumb about it and charged my mom $190.00. I tried calling the owner and he wouldn't call me so I had to tell the receptionist that I would leave a review in yelp and open up an investigation with my credit card if he didn't call me back. Within 15 min he called me and asked me to send the picture of my mom's hair which I did, but that was a week ago and still haven't heard back. The funny thing is he was at the salon when my mom was complaining and acted like was just another employee there doing someone's hair. What kind of business owner is he? Beware of this place, it's a ripoff read more

Erica was recommended to me by another one of her clients. It was the best recommendation I have gotten in a long time. She painstakingly took my bleached out and over processed hair (caused by the sun and chemo treatments) to the perfect combination of colors. I manage a Salon in New York and have been in the business for years, but because of circumstances I needed to take a leap of faith and get my hair done. She is an artist, and a true professional. read more

I'm new Stuart and I was way overdue for a haircut and color. I was a little nervous going to a new salon. My appointment was with Kristoffer and I explained that I needed a change in both my style and my color and that I wanted a trendy updated look that still looked soft and feminine. He knew exactly the color and cut for my face shape, age and skin tone. I was so thrilled with the outcome. I couldn't stop looking in the mirror. I can't remember the last time I left a salon feeling that great. Also, I explained that I have a sensitive scalp and that my scalp usually itches terribly after color is applied. He added something to the color specifically for sensitivity and I wasn't itchy at all. I couldn't be happier. I am 100% satisfied and highly recommend this salon and Kristoffer. read more

I started going to Kris in 2000, and I knew immediately that he was a gifted, talented professional. He is very focused, listens to you intently, and will do whatever it takes to solve your hair issues. I get unsolicited hair compliments all the time (on the color and cut). Do not hesitate to call the Kristoffer Andrew's Salon - a beautiful new salon. Kris has chosen other stylists who meet his high standards and expertise (he is a Paul Mitchell instructor) so you can feel confident that you are receiving the most professional services anywhere in Stuart, and surrounding area. I cannot rave more - Kris and his associates are the best! ~Nicole read more

I have been going to Kris from the beginning. He is a perfectionist. I would not let anyone else touch my hair. I always get compliments about my hair. I highly recommend this hair salon. I have never been disappointed with the service. You get what you pay for. read more

I finally had the pleasure to talk to Kris the owner of the salon and still have not received a response as to a solution. he seems more worried about a Yelp/Google review. Evelyn did not offer to bring me back to salon and I have 3 texts that's she never responded to. As to cutting the ends I was told we could hold off to next time.. Any normal client would agree to that if they are trying to grow out there hair. Kris says my voicemail was full however it is not full and the days he called me I called right back with no answer. When I was getting my hair washed by the assistant she did not say one word to me yet I was at the salon for 4 hours and hears her speak to all the other clients. At this point I am very upset that the salon is more worried about a review and I still have no answer as to if I am getting my hair fixed or a refund. Apparently customer service doesn't matter to this salon. read more
