I absolutely love this salon!!! I was greeted warmly when I walked in and offered water while I waited. The salon is very clean. Kris is an amazing hairstylist. He took the time to hear my thoughts, ideas and concerns. He offered suggestions on a style and highlights that would best fit my face and hair type. He did not rush the process and made me feel very comfortable. Albania washed my hair and it was so relaxing, I almost fell asleep. The cut she did was fantastic and even the assistant was pleasant and eager to learn new techniques from the senior staff. This place was horrible!!! My mom went in for highlight and she came out with dark brown hair and not one highlight on her hair. Evelyn did her hair and I personally explained to her that my mom doesn't like dark hair and she wanted highlights all over. She suggested to do partial the first time and she would do more the next time. I asked her if by doing partial it would still look like she has a lot of blonde in her hair and she said yes because she would glaze or dye (don't remember the the term she used) the parts that she doesn't highlight. When my mom was done, I was no longer there and my mom tried to complain about it, but acted dumb about it and charged my mom $190.00. I tried calling the owner and he wouldn't call me so I had to tell the receptionist that I would leave a review in yelp and open up an investigation with my credit card if he didn't call me back. Within 15 min he called me and asked me to send the picture of my mom's hair which I did, but that was a week ago and still haven't heard back. The funny thing is he was at the salon when my mom was complaining and acted like was just another employee there doing someone's hair. What kind of business owner is he? This Salon is one of the new up and coming Salons in the Stuart area. The Salon is really nice inside and out. The people who work their make you feel comfortable and at home as well as pampered. I finally had the pleasure to talk to Kris the owner of the salon and still have not received a response as to a solution. he seems more worried about a Yelp/Google review. Evelyn did not offer to bring me back to salon and I have 3 texts that's she never responded to. As to cutting the ends I was told we could hold off to next time.. Any normal client would agree to that if they are trying to grow out there hair. Kris says my voicemail was full however it is not full and the days he called me I called right back with no answer. When I was getting my hair washed by the assistant she did not say one word to me yet I was at the salon for 4 hours and hears her speak to all the other clients. At this point I am very upset that the salon is more worried about a review and I still have no answer as to if I am getting my hair fixed or a refund.
