It probably took around an hour for them to inspect the car, but there's a nice waiting area to get some coffee and water. It's hard finding a trustworthy place and is reasonably fast. Highly recommend! After having an issue with the dealership not properly diagnosing my car, I took…read moreit to Gus's. Full disclosure I was fine overpaying for the convenience of taking it to the dealer as I would get a loaner and be on my way. However, my car wasn't fixed the last time I took it to the dealership. I took it to Gus's and rented a car from Hertz in the same plaza, super convenient! Gus cleared the codes, drove my car twice, and did some troubleshooting. Clearing the codes has seemed to fix the issue. He said I'm 50/50 this is the problem but drive it and if issues, please bring it back. He could have easily told me I needed the repair done. He gave me an estimate, so i'm aware. He did NOT charge me to diagnose my car. He does everything from oil changes to headlights (not an easy swap in my car), to major repairs. I won't take my car anywhere else at this point and wish I would have taken my car to him years ago! You will not be disappointed. Again, highly recommend!
