If you need any work done on your car, this is the place to go!!…read more I can't say enough great things about this place! When I took my car into the dealership for a check engine light, it turned into a high priced nightmare. So I decided to look for quotes to fix the needed repairs. I reached out for a quote ,via yelp, and within an hour received a response. I called and explained the situation. Not only did they quote me $2,000 less than the dealership, they also offered me rental car at no additional charge. Because I was a first time customer they also offered me a discount. When I arrived at the shop everyone was so nice and knowledgeable! Willy was amazing, explained everything to me and reassured me that they would take care of everything. And they did !!! So professional, so nice and very fair pricing. Thank you for everything guys !! If I ever need anything else, I will be back!! Customer for life ! Give them a try, you won't be disappointed!

I was quoted 350 to get the top up on my BMW and estimated next day to pick it up. 3 days and 900…read morelater I got my car with roof up and not locked so I'm stuck with windows down and endless door chime. Virtually no parts bought and I literally paid for them to allegedly remove a bunch of seat cushions. 900 worth. Guess I gotta get another bill run up to get the job completed. NEVER again. It would have been cheaper to go directly to BMW. Thumbs and toes hell no this dude full of shit

Mukesh was extremely helpful with identifying and fixing the problems with my older higher mileage…read moreLexus. I had a lot of bad fortune with the car in the last year and got tricked by a mechanic before to dump money into it I didn't need to. I didn't realize this until Mukesh told me they had done not the best job and when they tell you to replace the shocks to be skeptical. Often I've found when you're a younger man with a Lexus even if it's an older one, the mechanic will try to charge you an arm and a leg. Not Mukesh. I had previously some rats get into the engine area and I took it to two different Car X places and they wouldn't help me, wasting my time telling me that it was hopeless without even looking at the car. Mukesh did the diagnostic and told me not to worry and identified clearly what the problems were and what I needed. He was able to identify through sound in the passenger side engine area that the water pump was not working properly and if that failed I could lose the engine. He also told me that at 120k you're supposed to replace the spark plugs and identified that one of my O2 sensors for the catalytic converter was not working. He did these three things and charged me a very reasonable price. He also came back to the shop in the evening on Saturday so I could pick up the car that day since I had to work 3-8pm. He used to work at a Toyota dealership so he knows older Toyotas, Lexuses, and Scions like the back of his hand. Excellent experience. Exactly what I was hoping for.

It was indeed a pleasure to meet Mukesh. He is very honest, professional and takes care of you as a family member. I am also impressed with his work and happy that I have a reliable and dependable auto maintenance shop right in the neck of my neighborhood. Thank you Mukesh for taking care of us!

Although, I think the people are nice, they have a slight issue, knowing that if you go a mile west of them, in Central Aurora you're going to receive prices 1/3 the cost of this location. I think they would be better off, offering more reasonable prices, relative to the competition.

I just had taken the car in not too long ago for something else mind you. They did a level 1 diagnostic to see what was wrong and see what the check engine light was for. They got back to me pretty quickly and gave me the usual list of things that need to be done, the estimate was almost 800 dollars for the diagnostic and to replace spark plugs and other repairs. Which I thought was ridiculous in the first place as I decided to do it myself and get all the parts for 1/5 of that price. Mind you the job does not take that long. Problem 1. I pick up the car and one of the mechanics actually left his wrench on the upper part of my hood. I called to ask about the diagnostic so I know what exactly I'm working with, and the person on the other line goes "oh I've been meaning to call you, on of our mechanics left a wrench in your hood". You've been meaning to ? Like you knew about it and didn't say anything just yet ? Bit odd but whatever, workers shouldn't leave there stuff in customers cars anyways but it was a human mistake I get but jeez. Problem 2. I go to check my hood, found the wrench and I just happen to see definitely something odd with my wires connected to the engine. One of them looked to be CHEWED out by an animal! Obviously, definitely, if not the main issue with my car at the moment !! Of course I cannot drive on it in this condition. Upon closer look I see little droppings from a mouse or rat or some other animal and the left over rubber pieces all over the place near the wire. Go figure. Now, they did not send me any inspection report after looking into my car and they never mentioned not one piece of detail about this issue to me until I looked for myself. Granted I probably should've known before, but the LEAST they could've done was look and mention it to me instead of quoting a price and calling it a day. Left a sour taste in my mouth. I also found what looked to be a candy wrapper near the inside area where the little critter left his mess. Looked to be from a candy bar or what have you now I'm not sure if this was from the workers or something else but I sure as hell don't sit on the hood of my car and eat candy or chocolate. Overall, it was just not a great experience this time around, I'm definitely going to be looking for a new shop, I think they definitely need to be more reasonable with their prices and labor. I hope they can be more honest and transparent about issues in the future with other people, as I felt like I was left in the dark until I looked for myself. Obviously I'm not blaming them for whatever critter came and left a mess but the whole principle of just handing me an estimate without pictures of things or even an inspection report and then leaving tools in my car and giving me a ridiculous estimate for a job that can be done myself is absurd.
