I made an appointment at 3pm to get my eyebrows done. The owner, getting up from doing someone else's toe nails, comes and immediately asks if I had an appointment. I tell her yes at 3pm and she's saying that I need to come back later. I made an appointment, why are you asking me to come later. I ask her how long because I have my day planned and she says AN HOUR later. What is the point of making an appointment if you are going to turn me away like that without a moments care. Do better planning or don't have an appointment system at all. This has happened 3 times now. Poor quality and poor planning on this owner. read more

I've had so many acrylic manis that looked awful if I looked at the underside of my nails. Similarly, my 5 little gold gems were placed with painstaking precision and glitter nicely in the light as I type this. 3) GOOD SHAPE. I hate when my acrylics are filed crooked and when I ask them to fix, it's still crooked. Didn't even have to ask bc they started so even! She takes her time to give you a beautiful design. 4) GOOD VIBES. That is the #1 thing that makes me a repeat customer. When the energy is just so good I wanna come back for more. I wish they could renovate or relocate to a better location because the owners are amazing! The service here was great! I told them I don't have much time but I need a mani and a color change on my nails. The owner started on my pedi and the other lady started on my hands at the same time, which was great since they were so understanding. They did an amazing job on my feet and hands, but they lose a star because of how run down and unsanitary this place is. As much as I would like to go again because of the service and great job they did but sadly they don't keep the place clean! Nails on the floor, dusty all over, and some of the tools were on the floor. They don't provide sandals to wear when finished with a pedi so I had to walk on their dirty carpet to get to the nail station! Yuckkkkk! I just wanted to go home and pour bleach on my feet!!!! Three stars because Moon was friendly but more of a two stars rating for the work. I stopped in after work on a Tuesday for a gel french manicure and there was only one other customer in the shop at the time. The front door was actually locked so I thought they were closed but the lady saw me and opened the door. My nails were already long so I just wanted them filed even and painted in the French manicure style with a gel polish. I'm not a big conversationalist so I don't really care if the person doing my nails talks to me, but Moon made a little chatter and was at least pleasant. I wasn't too thrilled with the job she did as my nails are more pointed than rounded to my preference, and the white polish just barely covers the whites of my nails, and hardly one my index finger and a small bubble in the white polish! The shop is also dim but maybe the desk lamp wasn't enough. I should have spoken up, that's my fault, but I was also wanting to get home. And yes it did seem like she was in a bit of a rush towards the end. I was also shocked when she told me it was $30. I paid of course but this will be my only visit here. read more
