The only critique I have is that the basic pedicure is advertised as $35 and there is an additional $15 charge for shellac, which I missed. $50 was still reasonable for the quality of service, it just wasn't clear that polish was an additional charge. I showed him a picture I had found online. Told Eden that the colors didn't need to match exactly but something close. He went to work and was super gentle and fast. He is very good at his job. He did run overtime and I apologized for keeping him past close. He said No, don't apologize I'm okay and we are okay. It was very reassuring. I'm so used to being rushed by these places, but not here. Then I also LOVED that because he had to stay late, his wife sat by his side and waited for him to finish and also watched. Love a family atmosphere and just felt so cared for and relaxed. The facility was also very clean and busy, but their atmosphere is so welcoming. I can't even explain it very well on here. The nails on her hands were done beautifully and the guy that did them was nice but one of the bows fell off 2 days later. The gel one the toes where done sloppy & messy. When I mention this the the women running the place she said that the nail "technician" did the best she could and when I requested they redo them she said only if I'm willing to pay again thw service! If I can do a cleaner job than a professional then they should not be doing nails. And I would have if I'd known they do not have good nail technicians. Most lower star reviews have a negative response from the owner and I do not expect any different from my review. Constructive criticism or ethics aren't in this woman's criteria.
