I didn't realize Pro Cuts changed over to Super Cuts. I've been a 3+ year Pro Cuts customers until today. A month ago I walked out of Pro Cuts and went across the street to Sports Clips because the customer support seemed to be lacking. I've always been treated nicely at Pro-Cuts, but that day I waited 20 minutes without being acknowledged, which is unusual for this location. Initially, I thought there were customers ahead of me and another gentleman who was waiting, but when a new employee I didn't recognize walked behind the counter and began doing wherever she was doing without acknowledging either of us, I walked out and went to sports clips across the street. Today I had direct interaction with the same new employee and I didn't make it past checking in before I walked out knowing I won't be coming back to this establishment again...even if I have to pay more at Sports Clips. This employee was beyond rude! She talked to me like I was annoying her and as if I was incapable of signing into their new sign-in system. I refuse to be treated like this especially after being a faithful multi-year customer. I'm the type of person that will pay extra for good and honest service. All it took was one person to destroy my loyalty to Pro-Cuts. If you can be anything, be kind. read more

Supercuts Twin Creek in Bellevue is a family friendly salon that has been family owned for 20 years. Formerly "Procuts", the name is the only change. Same great staff! I highly recommend it! Full service salon that is value priced. They offer color,cuts and waxing. read more

I've been to many salons and none seemed to take their time and would just rush through. I went to Supercuts today and April was very nice and did an amazing job with my hair. They had amazing customer service and I would 100% recommend. read more

I went to Ashley at Procuts for 13+ years, she knows exactly how I want my cut and we talk like friends who haven't seen one another in awhile each time I go. The bonus was I was always able to make an appointment for my next haircut 2-3 weeks out. Then Supercuts took over -- no appointments and I can't even "check in" with Ashley until she logs in present for work, which usually means hit-n-miss checking the app to see if her name comes up under available stylists. It's frustrating and I'm about fed up with it. I hate to think of going elsewhere and getting used to a new stylist but the initial growing pain may be worth it. I wish Ashley would go get hired somewhere else, or start her own place. For owner of Procuts, changing to Supercuts was a very bad decision!!! read more

Love it here! Yes, we gone through some changes but we have the same loyal stylists, hours and we were able to bring back appointments with a shampoo like the Procut days! Change can be hard for our guests, but we are doing great things to help our guests and stylists enjoy their time in and behind the chair! We listen to concerns and try our best to make everyone happy. :) love working at this local family run salon read more

I have been going to ProCuts for many, many years and in all that time, I only have Whitney cut my hair. She is the ONLY stylist in the area my wife trusts to give me a good haircut. I was a little dismayed when it became Supercuts, but, so far, I have still been able to walk in when Whitney is working and have her cut my hair. She is the absolute best! read more
