A month ago I walked out of Pro Cuts and went across the street to Sports Clips because the customer support seemed to be lacking. I've always been treated nicely at Pro-Cuts, but that day I waited 20 minutes without being acknowledged, which is unusual for this location. Initially, I thought there were customers ahead of me and another gentleman who was waiting, but when a new employee I didn't recognize walked behind the counter and began doing wherever she was doing without acknowledging either of us, I walked out and went to sports clips across the street. Today I had direct interaction with the same new employee and I didn't make it past checking in before I walked out knowing I won't be coming back to this establishment again...even if I have to pay more at Sports Clips. This employee was beyond rude! She talked to me like I was annoying her and as if I was incapable of signing into their new sign-in system. I refuse to be treated like this especially after being a faithful multi-year customer. I'm the type of person that will pay extra for good and honest service. All it took was one person to destroy my loyalty to Pro-Cuts. If you can be anything, be kind.
